Experiencia fantástica: I had Invisalign treatment and our son got conventional braces. We had great experience with them. This time, we just went to replace retainers after a few years. The orthodontists have changed at the location we used to go, but they were all nice. My son's retainers had been already broken, so they accommodated him as soon as possible at a different office and made them right there while he waited. (I went home and went back to the office later to pick up, which is a normal practice.)

From my first phone call with Samm, before I even went into the office- my experience has been amazing! The office is lovely, every single one of the staff I interacted with was fantastic as well. Dr Cohen was so informative and helpful talking about her recommendations for my treatment and Shannon spent lots of time going over options that were available to me. I never felt rushed and appreciate the transparency from the very beginning! Looking forward to starting treatment!

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Doctors did a great job with my children’s braces and Invisalign! They worked well with insurance. They communicated well. There staff worked hard to develop relationships with the kids, and they were always very upbeat and friendly. They did not rush into treatment; they were deliberate and conservative in their approach. I had every confidence in their plans. They did interim online scans, so they could monitor progress without us having to go to so many in-office appointments. They responded quickly to braces “emergencies” and worked to get the kids in on that same day. We have had a very positive experience with them and would highly recommend them to others!

Experiencia positiva: There must have been a glitch in their systems because I got a text saying my appointment was at a different day than it was previously scheduled. I went and they were closed that day. I did get texts again with the original time a few days later. It was just very confusing.

The doctors were fantastic, and did excellent work throughout the 2 years.Appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling were very smooth and hassle-free. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and the wonderful care given.I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Brent would work with my son and I could not recommend him enough. He treated us like family and made him so comfortable (which is not easy with my son’s dental anxiety). Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience with this office when my permanent retainer from 15 years broke off. My former orthodontist had retired. This office accommodated me and Brent (assistant who did the work) re-cemented my retainer in a timely fashion before my teeth shifted. He was great! The team (orthodontist and receptionist) was awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Kudos to the receptionist in the Hilliard office who was able to change my appointment to the Plain City office when I broke my foot and was unable to manage stairs. Impressive all the way around!

Aside from Dr. Rola's excellence, I must also praise the entire staff at this Smile Doctors office. They have been consistently kind, accommodating, and helpful. From scheduling appointments to addressing my questions and concerns, the staff always went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience!

Experiencia negativa: Arrived at 10:13am for a 10:15am appointment. Receptionist was great and we were ushered to the chair right on time. Initial prep work was completed in <5 min….we were cruising through an appointment that we were told was going to take 15 min max. Then….we waited. 30 minutes passed. We were told that we were waiting on the doctor, who was on a phonecall. (Seriously???) There were a total of 3 patients and 6 staff in this place and 0 doctors to be seen. The phone call finally ended - however, instead of the doctor finishing the work that supposedly needed her expertise, the 2 assistants completed it for her. (What expertise exactly were we waiting for???) Staff gets 5 stars. Doctor gets 0 stars. Communication within this office also gets 0 stars. Definitely some areas for improvement.

Silvia and Dr. Rola were especially helpful as they thoroughly reviewed my case and advised me to finish my treatment with my NJ provider since I was almost done and would incur a big cost otherwise. My daughter had an appt a month ago only to be informed liners were not ordered and we would have to return when they arrived. Our convenient location didn’t have availability, so we had to go to another location. This is her last grouping of liners.

In all of the years we were working with them, including the transition when Smile took management of our original office, have been wonderful. The dentists and staff have been attentive and so friendly. They are great about helping out with poking wires between appointments and have great customer service. The office is clean and comfortable. We have loved it there.

Whenever I would be silly and break something they’d get me in to get it taken care of. We tried to get them off in time for my wedding, unfortunately my teeth didn’t listen! But once we got them off a few months after my wedding my smile was great! I struggled my whole life hating my teeth. Im 31. So having a pretty smile was important to my self esteem. Growing up kids picked on me for my teeth. Such a dramatic change in my smile now! Now I am wearing a retainer & I had to be hospitalized and couldn’t wear it there and my teeth shifted a bit, and smile doctors came to my rescue to fix the issue with a new retainer and made sure my smile is good to go again! Always friendly staff. Always good music. Always clean! And even though we are human and have crazy life’s everyone is always upbeat! Thank you smile doctors! Oh and I sold one of the doctors an electric Mini Cooper! Thank you again for the great experience

The building itself is very clean and the employees make sure that every area is kept to and above standard. Knowing about Covid-19 and experiencing it, it makes you feel safe coming into the office for your appointment because you know that your office team does their part and does it well.

Experiencia negativa: The people there are great but unfortunately the schedule is a hassle. They never have anything available and make you wait months if you reschedule. Deff not flexible at all! Wait 4 weeks for my next set and try to reschedule for the next week and they told me it would be another month to get me in. Not very happy with how they don’t work with you.
