Kelly cleaned my teeth and she is very skillful. In fact it was the best cleaning I have ever had. No one really wants to go to the dentist, but beyond their excellent care, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet. I had not gone for years due to covid and they did not care, they just treated me great and are getting me on the road to better dental health. The Medina office is in a cool old building and it is very calming. Their technology is top notch. Donna who sets the appointment is very friendly and helpful. This was my first time there and immediately I felt comfortable and assured I was in great hands. He will be my dentist for life and frankly it's hard to find a great dentist who treats you wonderfully. A million stars. He also works in the Beachwood office a few days during the week if you don't want to go to Medina. Thank you doc and staff!! Highly recommend!

While there was some initial pain when he injected the novacaine, or whatever they use, the rest of the procedure was pretty painless. Dr. Adelstein and his assistant expressed concern that I was comfortable during the procedure. Offering tv, massage feature in the chair, and asking me several times if I was okay. I highly recommend this office. I have been going there for about 4 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a dental emergency where an old filling of mine somehow fell out. I contacted Dr. Richard Adelstein immediately to explain the situation and to request that he handle my dental emergency, and he worked with me and handled my situation promptly and cordially. And the new filling he put in has been holding up well. If it had not been for Dr. Richard Adelstein, I wouldn't have been able to eat until my filling was replaced once I could have received an appointment during normal business hours. And in general, when attending this dental business, they are honest, as if something needs to be done, they get it done, but if something doesn't need to be done, or if something doesn't need to be done right then and there, they don't just provide the service to make funds. This is a great dental business, and I recommend them to others.

I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally. My daughters also attend this practice and they have had consistently excellent care, esp. by the hygienist staff with whom they have the most contact.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently had my first visit with Dr. Adelstein. He told me this practice likes to treat everyone as family. He is 100% correct. From Lizzie, the receptionist, and Dana, the dental hygienist, to Dr. Adelstein, I felt like a member of their family during my first visit. They are professional. I received a warm welcome and put right at ease by everyone. They are friendly and seem genuinely interested and concerned with me as an individual and a patient. Dana did an thorough and detailed inspection of my teeth and gums along with an excellent cleaning. She provided some very useful tips on oral care and actively listened to my questions and comments. Dr. Adelstein did a detailed exam and told me about the practice and his passion for dentistry. He too listened and responded to my questions and comments. A few days before my first visit they emailed me a link to the new patient forms. I completed them on-line and they contacted my out-of-state former dentist to collect my dental records before my first visit. Outstanding dentist visit and outstanding dental practice. I am looking forward to my next visit with my new dental health and welfare family. This week I had an old crown pop off a tooth while I was eating. I was in no pain or other discomfort. I called the office and was able to get a non-emergency appointment two days later. Dr. Adelstein was able to reuse the crown that came off. He did a fantastic job and the whole process took less than an hour. I am very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The office is clean and they have good Covid-19 protocols.

They have always had the apt day and time available for me and never had to reschedule me. They always send me a reminder email and text the days before. The whole staff always is friendly, smiling and welcoming. I've had several different hygienists clean my teeth and all were friendly, thorough and as gentle as possible making sure I was always comfortable. A+ for everyone there I've ever had contact with!

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who is a recent patient of Dr Adelstein's. His office building is easy to reach from Interstate 271 and Chagrin Blvd. There is ample outdoor parking. The wearing of masks is still observed inside the building as well as limiting the number of people riding an elevator at one time. I accompany my wife to her appointments and have found the staff to be courteous, friendly, and professional. The office is clean and the waiting room chairs are spaced according to Covid 19 recommendations. At our visits, my wife is seen promptly, and we have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for her to be called. We are very happy with the care my wife has received from Dr. Adelstein. He makes one feel at ease and has gone the extra length to make sure that my wife gets an appointment with a consultant in a reasonable period of time if needed. He has personally called the consultant's office to assist in this regard. My wife and I would definitely recommend Dr. Adelstein to anyone for their dental care. He is professional, competent, and caring.
