Experiencia fantástica: Gina was amazing. She gave clear instructions and made sure that all my questions were answered.

Experiencia positiva: Always a great experience in terms of the work actually performed and the staff there is great. My only somewhat negative review is the apt cancellation fee as well as the reminders not showing an end time. Visited today with the plan of only being there for an hour. Then was surprised to hear that I was scheduled for another hour of cleaning when I planned to go back to work. My initial booking and reminder only mentioned a start time and then I had to pay a cancellation fee on top of the cost of my visit after trying to reason with them.. I scheduled this apt Nov of last year so how would I remember a double-booking 6 months later and the cancellation fee costed more than my visit.. I just hope they fix their reminder alerts so no one else has to deal with this sort of situation..

Experiencia fantástica: Coastal Dental is amazing, they have been taking excellent care of my family’s teeth for years! Magda & Andrea are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Although I've only been a patient for the last year, Dr. Soutcheva, Dr. Cicero and Dental Hygienist Andrea, all have treated my dental concerns as if I were a family member. Melissa (Office Manager) and staff are very cordial. I recommend Coastal Dental to all of my friends. I would award more than 5 stars (if they were available) as an overall rating. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!! UPDATE; It's been 6 years since I've been a patient at Coastal Dental, the service and treatment I received still get a 5 star rating! If you or anyone you know is looking for a dentist, I highly recommend going the distance to make an appointment with Dr. Soutcheva or Dr. Cicero you won't regret it! Another update; I recently had dental work done and through nobody's fault I experienced a dry socket! I called the office and Melisa got me right in and Dr. Cicero did me a huge favor and relieved the pain! Thank you so much Coastal Dental for your concern about your patients.
