Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting The Dental Wellness Company. I really like Dr. Bilal and his staff. The hygienist cleaned my teeth on the first visit. She was very gentle and always letting me know what she was doing or planning to do. Always making sure I was comfortable asking me if I need a blanket, or sunglasses. The xray pictures was fast and easy and pain free too! I noticed the tools. Very modern. I was most impressed by how Dr. Bilal and his staff were very mindful of insurance, and costs, letting me know what to expect on my bill. I had such a wonderful first visit! Only one thing I complain about is the roadside sign. It needs to be BIGGER from the street, and doctor knows this. So very KIND and understanding. No shaming. Also I was able to purchase a nice electric tooth brush, and they gave me a FULL dental kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, & lip balm! WOW!!! I recommend Dr.Bilal to anyone who needs a NEW experience! Very easy to fill out paperwork too! All sent to my phone. Just click on the link, and you are done! So fast & simple! :)

The office was very nice and then I was given a tour of the office. I then met with Dr B and he spent a good amount of time with me and my wife. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. Experiencia fantástica: I always had a beautiful, natural smile. Unfortunately, years of chronic medical issues took a toll on my teeth. In 2020, I made the difficult decision to have all of my teeth removed and received dentures from a large dental “chain.” From the beginning, I was never happy with them. They didn’t fit properly, and they simply did not look natural. I no longer felt like myself when I smiled. In August 2025, I began doing extensive research on full dental implants. I spent many, many hours researching my options because I knew this was a major decision and a significant investment. After all of that research, I decided that The Dental Wellness Company checked all the boxes for me. I had my implant surgery in September 2025, and two weeks ago, I received my final, permanent set of teeth. I truly could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend The Dental Wellness Company to anyone considering dental implants. One thing I will emphasize is this: understand that it is a process. You have to be patient and trust the process. Follow the initial restrictions—such as sticking with soft foods when instructed—and make the effort to thoroughly clean and care for your implants. After all, this is your money and your investment. Take care of it! I also personally do not recommend rushing into a quick “same-day” implant approach. Over the past nine months, my temporary sets were continually adjusted and tweaked until we got everything exactly where I wanted it before moving forward with my final teeth. That process gave me the opportunity to fine-tune the fit, appearance, and overall outcome. For me, that was incredibly important, and I truly believe that patience played a major role in achieving results I love. Yes, dental implants are a big investment. But it was an investment I was willing to make to regain my confidence and improve my quality of life. My smile looks more natural than it has in years, and it is absolutely wonderful to eat the foods I want without constantly worrying about my dentures coming loose. I finally feel confident in my smile again, and that means more to me than I can put into words. I receive compliments on my smile everywhere I go! After years of feeling self-conscious, being able to smile freely and confidently again is truly priceless. Thank you so much, Dr. Sajid, for giving me my smile—and my confidence—back!

Experiencia negativa: I tend to be mild mannered but my experience with this office was just awful. I also heard other patients complain about lack of attention they were receiving. Their receptionist was rude, nasty and just very difficult to deal with. When you are in pain and looking for relief, you don’t need nasty people harassing you. They advertise comfort, headphones and even pillows. I received absolutely nothing! They need to have more positive actions and less words! Myself and my teeth will never go back to this place.

Experiencia fantástica: When I tell you I am terrified of the dentist, I could not be more honest. A 40 year old woman brought to tears at the thought of getting work done. A friend recommend Dr. B and I am so glad she did. The office staff is kind and professional, and it truly feels like they care about my emotional and mental comfort just as much as the work I need to get done. I have a laundry list of things I need, and a long map towards full dental/oral optimal health, but I’m glad to be in such good hands. The DR broke things down in phases and focused on the highest priority item(s) and said “once we get those all set we will worry about the next thing.” So it made it far less overwhelming. I drove 40 mins to get here, and I would have driven hours. It’s worth it. Trust me, if I’m not totally dreading going back next month for an extraction, they did something very right.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to go to a different dentist and ended up with gum infections and no explanations from them. All they said was I needed gum surgery. I had never had any gum problems until I went to them. Anxiety and worry consumed me. For my own peace, I searched for a second opinion, and that's when I found Dr. B. I cannot tell you the relief I felt when he examined me and said my gums were fine. My family changed dentists that very day! Patient comfort is a priority! The staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. So many medical and dental professionals do not truly listen and understand patients, but The Dental Wellness Company does! Experiencia fantástica: This will be an ongoing review. I had done my due diligence researching All-On-4 Implants for my Upper. I found a website for "All on implants Cleveland" which is partnered with The Dental Wellness Company in that they supply all the implants, materials, etc.. I'm in the initial consultation phase which I go to on Monday the 16th of March and looking forward to a positive experience after having browsed some of their reviews already. I also wanted to clarify for anyone who ran into the same thing I did, that is the two different company names. I'll add to this Review as my journey continues! So far so good, everyone I've talked to on the phone answered all my questions without hesitation. 3/23/26 Went in for my 3d scans of my mouth today. Appt set for surgery. Everyone super nice, great office cleanliness, can't say enough good things about them. Dr. B, Denise, and now Tatum. All wonderful.

From their sweet front reception area lady Denise to all the assistants and then of course Dr. B. Great job! My mouth looks amazing and I couldn't have wished for better. They have an on-site lab to make all your stuff right there too. They will make your visit comfortable and as stress free as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a huge dental phobic. I walked in with my sweaty palms and very nervous. Denise was so welcoming. There are beverages if you'd like. Denise did my CT Scans and talked me through the steps of my chosen procedure. Dr. B came in and reviewed the scans with me and explained everything to me and showed me some photographs of results. I decided this is what I want. Denise came back in and we went through a little more paperwork and I am looking forward to this life changing move. I have been so self conscious of the way my teeth were "fixed" prior to this decision. I was in the wrong hands for a very long time and am so grateful that I found Dr. B and his wonderful people there. I am so calm about this and it is so unusual for me but they made me feel like I mattered and addressed my fears. Three months in and looking at completion soon. There were a couple rough spots but I would do it all again. Life changing and so worth it.

Experiencia negativa: I was told to raise my hand when I felt pain (my teeth were really sensitive) while getting two fillings. I was originally squeezing the arm of the chair or the nurse hand, I started raising my hand and after I was done I was told by the scheduler he wouldn’t do my extraction I had scheduled for the following week due to me moving my hands too much. I was already going to pay the $588 for laughing gas sedation so I would relax during the extraction. I was told he wouldn’t do it unless I paid the $2800.00 to be put totally asleep. This was really disappointing because now I have to start all over finding another dentist, establishing care, and then getting an appointment for an extraction I desperately need. I started crying out of confusion and disappointment and the scheduler told me that it has happened a lot when people move their hands. I called soon as I left and asked if the doctor just wouldn’t do the extraction without being sleep or if he wouldn’t do any work without me being sleep. She said he was on break I called again and asked and she said he was with a patient and would call me back. That was two days ago and I never received a call back or answer. So if you go here they are really nice and will make you really comfortable but please don’t move even if told to because it will cost you one way or another.

Throughout the years I’ve had some pretty heavy anxiety regarding going to the dentist, and I sought out this office in particular for a pretty involved procedure. From day one, the office has been open and inviting. Dr. B and his team are calm and caring, while still finding ways to remind that they too, are indeed human beings (he’s pretty funny when the time is right). They do a great job at building trust with their patients, and to say my experience was great is truly an understatement.10/10 would recommend!

I knew the result of the appt was likely to be a serious prognosis and it was, the staff did not dwell on how I was a poor caretaker of my own dental wellness and there was no criticizing or blaming me. This made it possible to make a plan to go forward with what needs to happen. I think that would have been much more difficult for me to continue with the Dental Wellness group for further treatment had the staff been judgmental.

I chose to have the IV sedation for my procedure and I fell asleep quickly and awoke as they were finishing. I was kept safe and comfortable as they closely monitored me during my procedure.I am 1 day post op all on x and my teeth are beautiful and functional. I have no problem driving 1 hour away to his office for any future dental needs. Lastly, the cost was very affordable and allowed me to finally achieve my goal of having a beautiful smile. I am grateful I found this place.
