Experiencia negativa: They NEVER told me they were out-of-network with my provider(they actually lead me to believe I was in network), and then soaked me for surgery that took years to pay off. The surgeon, the day of my extractions, got greedy and decided to add a PERFECTLY HEALTHY molar to the list of things to extract, and started cracking and splintering(with a pair of pliers) the perfectly healthy tooth - that fought him 'TOOTH & NAIL'! He actually had to put his knee on my chest to get that molar out! I've lost 20% of my chewing capability on BOTH sides of my mouth! The shotty extraction left fragments that lacerated my tongue for months and when I complained, they said it was the result of the bone graph that they had tried to covered-up the scene of the crime with! Forget the one star, if I could replace the THOUSANDS I lost, I'd get a lawyer instead!

Experiencia negativa: They cemented my crown back on ,that had fallen off, without cleaning or sanitizing the crown. Therefore my good molar decayed and had to be extracted within 2 years of negligence. This costed me my molar, and health. That molar had a root canal and I didn’t feel any pain. With the rotting tooth, my immune system attacked itself and I got an autoimmune disease, had brain fog and heart irregularities, landed in the ER twice within months, not knowing what the cause was. After extraction my good health returned. I am thankful to still be alive. This dental office seems to care about $$ more than teeth. They offered me nothing due to their negligence. I am pulling my entire family out of this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I always enjoy visiting Dentists Of Apache Junction, because when you enter the office, you will hear someone laughing out loud within a minute or two. Usually Dr. Kubicek! The dentistry is excellent, the hygienists are excellent, and the staff are truly caring. I've been a customer here since they opened, and they sometimes have people training here from other offices. The Trainees always say they wish they could stay. I have had zero problems receiving care here. I wish all doctor offices were as good as this one is.

Experiencia fantástica: 5-Stars and 2 Thumbs-Up!! I needed 2 Dental Implants with Bone Grafting. Dentists of Apache Junction (Kurt Wallin - DMD Peridontist) did a wonderful job at an amazingly affordable price! Another Dentist Office (in the East Valley) quoted me $5,000 op, with my Dental Insurance. Dentists of Apache Junction got the same job done (excellent job, by the way) for only $1,000 op!! And that's not even the best part! The entire staff was extremely professional, helpful & friendly, and absolutely wonderful from the moment I said 'Hello'. How you spend your money is up to you. But if you want good, professional Dental work done at a very affordable price, I would give them a call. Highly recommended!! ❤️❤️

The office was closed when it happened but as soon as the office reopened( 5 days later) Dr. Kubrick was able to fit me into her already extremely busy schedule . I have severe dental anxiety and had been putting off treatment for quite some time. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Hong, and it was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire visit was completely painless, and Dr. Hong was not only kind and reassuring, but also exceptionally skilled and thorough in her work. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes great pride in delivering high-quality dentistry! Her dental assistant, Rudu, was also incredibly helpful and supportive—they make a fantastic team. I feel so lucky to have found this office! Experiencia positiva: I went to this dentist to get a cap on one of my teeth because mine had popped off and they convinced me to get three of my teeth capped. I was unemployed and without dental insurance and they quoted me $700 which was great, but then I ended up needing root canals on two out of the three teeth, which was not something that they had told me was a possibility so it ended up costing me a total of $4000 because I had to pay for the root canals out-of-pocket. I so wish that I had only gotten the one cap And I don’t think that they should have told me to get more when I didn’t have dental insurance. They should’ve just done the one cap like I asked them to do. It’s literally half of my savings that I just spent on my teeth when I only really needed one cap for the time being. They are beautiful caps and it’s really good dental work but I would’ve preferred to do it when I was employed instead of spending half of my savings when I couldn’t afford it.

Experiencia fantástica: Love teresa she the bomb well update been 4 months and my crown just broke in half kind bs pay that amount of money with insurance and last 4 months and they say no warranty since it was not the most expensive had 2 family members have the same problem 1 had to go back twice within a 8 month period and got the most expensive crown wich supposedly has like 10 year warranty or somthing yea its still cracked. So update they sent me to where I got my root canal all good there but there is nothing they can do unless I get the upgrade for 500 more bucks this place is just about the money not the patient

I ended up paying for a couple of procedures that were not covered by insurance because I was not asked in advance whether I wanted those procedures. Otherwise, very fair billing practices.

Experiencia negativa: Be careful. I had a procedure done and they told me my insurance would pay all but $250. I paid the $250 at the time of service. A month and a half later I got my Insurance summary and saw that they paid my entire bill. I called the dental office and they did refund my $250 but I am 100% sure they would not have given it back to me if I didn't call. I will never go back to them.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are that nervous person about going to the dentist, this is your place to go. The staff greets you like your family and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Goss is simply fantastic at explaining everything as she goes and in terms you can understand. Her methods are careful, gentle (as much as can be) and she talks you through it all. I had the pleasure of her assistant, Teresa, yesterday and she is the same with the added sass and humor to make you feel comfortable in a chair that many don’t like to be in. You won’t go wrong choosing this team.

Experiencia fantástica: Hey after going to my same dentist for 40 years in Colorado I was nervous about going somewhere new now on Medicare. From the moment I walked in there for my initial exam x-rays cleaning everyone from the front desk on Back has been super friendly and professional!!! Cleaning… crowns….. night guard … root canal … super easy for adjusting and getting it all dialed in! Thanks Dr Hong thanks Morgan , Diana and all the super helpful nice team …. 2 thumbs up!

Experiencia negativa: I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all, my insurance covers my x-rays at 100% and I received a bill for $65. Most people would just unassumingly pay this, but I knew my insurance covered this and they still tried to charge me. HUGE red flag number one. Then they told me I needed over $16,000 for a few crowns. Then they refused to give me my free cleaning that insurance covers unless I got really expensive treatments first. This place is a full of scammers that don't actually value the care of their treatments and treat you as a money mill going in and out of there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I cancelled all future appointments and will never return.

FYI take your earrings out before your new patient visit, BUT if you lose your earring in the X-ray room they will go above and beyond to find it . We were impressed with her thorough vision for our dental plans going forward. She explained everything in detail before proceeding and even during each procedure. She was very thoughtful to make sure this anxiety ridden patient was always comfortable! We couldn’t be happier with the service of her entire staff. Teresa was also exceptional when she completed my initial exam and X-rays. She also was able to make a same day permanent crown for me. We can’t thank you enough for getting us back on track!

Experiencia negativa: Dentist Dentist I went to Dentists of Apache Junction when I was in Arizona in January. Im from Canada. A small piece of a molar had broken off. They told me that I would need a crown and not just a filling and that there was a cavity in the tooth right behind the broken one. I chose not a to spend $3000 Canadian and wait until I returned home. Went to my dentist, no cavity and the tooth can be filled so I don’t need a crown. I know about Mexico but didn’t want to go down that road so glad I waited.

Help me get my teeth in order. Was receiving care at a different office and they totally missed all of my second molars that had issues. Like, how did they miss that? Experiencia negativa: As nice as everybody is, I'm not sure I'll be returning. I had a dental extraction in August, and when I scheduled the appointment, I asked if I could just be numbed for the procedure. The scheduler had told me that the oral surgeon wouldn't do the procedure without being put under. I hesitated because insurance generally won't cover that, and I had a feeling it might fall back on me. I confirmed again and again, it would be covered. With my insurance as well, given the dentists coded correctly. I received the extraction, and went on my merry way. 2 months pass and I receive a bill for $368. For sedation I was told would be covered on.. I called the office, and honestly didn't help much. By saying this excuse and that excuse.. I asked them to recode and send back to the insurance, and the office stated that "too much time had passed". I can't see myself returning with this much disconnect between insurance and the dentist. It was only $368 this time, I fear to go back and be charged more for other dental procedures. Proceed with caution.

Experiencia negativa: Great intake person but lack of confadance by Dr Hong in her own skills to extract a tooth made me wonder about a bait and swith to get more money form a bump to bone grafts and surgery..to pull a tooth? Tooth pull free under insurance the other option offered cost was $3,429.00...I am in 8+ Pain they did nothing to help that AT ALL! Then asked me to put up $100 to make an apoinment to come back to see their expert in the house...refundable they said but come on...think twice about this office..Nice as cen be..but it seems this is kind office is a factory of money minded takers as well.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very unsettling experience at this dental office. The dentist tried to scare me into getting treatments, claiming I needed several procedures. Wanting a second opinion, I went to another dentist, who confirmed I didn’t need any of it! They even wanted to fill “cavities” that the other dentist said I didn’t have at all. It became clear they were just trying to sell unnecessary services. Beware—this place seems more focused on making money than on genuine patient care. I would not recommend this office if you’re looking for honest, trustworthy dental care.

She explained everything thoroughly to me about what was going on with my teeth and what was needed to correct the issues. Experiencia fantástica: As a millennial I feel like I have had plenty of traumatic dental visits. The first time I visited Dr. Goss, she was INCREDIBLY KIND. That was the first thing I noticed. She took the time to calm me down. She understood that I had past trauma and DID NOT JUDGE ME for it. She was so so sweet during my numbing. I got home and cried, I told me husband- “I just found the best dentist on the planet” I just appreciated Dr. Goss so much for how kind and caring she was. On October 3, I got charged $70 for what I don’t know. The previous appointment was $45. For my next appointment, I want to be informed ahead of time if there’s extra charges. From what I can see the check up and cleaning is a normal procedures. James Cass

Experiencia fantástica: I'm terrified of the Dentist, went in and first meet Jasmine who did my x-rays. She saw my fear and made me feel so comfortable and helped get me through it. She also made sure I meet with Dr. Z so he could reassure me I was going to be okay . Jasmine came and checked on me several times . The entire staff was so kind and caring. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Predatory estimation practices puts their profits before your dental health needs. You will receive an estimate for unnecessary upgrades and inflated out of pocket expenses when your insurance might cover EVERYTHING at 100%. See photos of my actual estimate from these greedy monsters. I was told I needed $5,456 worth of out of pocket work after insurance. So I delayed necessary treatment to reorganize my finances, resulting in my delay of treatment. I was then unnecessarily charged for a $903 upgraded crown they put on a tooth that required a root canal, which will destroy the crown and cost an additional $1000. I paid $250 for half (upper only) a cleaning which was 100% covered by insurance. Even if I had not gotten the upgrades, I was still overcharged an excess of over $1000. Rather than informing me I had a credit on my account, I had to call with my insurance company and request the refund to initiate it, otherwise, they would have kept it. Because I unknowingly paid for upgrades, I can't get my badly needed root canal until January. I will be on antibiotics and Tylenol 4 times a day until then, because of their lack of transparency in my treatment options. Notice the highlights and totals provided for my upgrades, but nothing for the "basic" covered options in the photos. Note that those non-totaled, "basic" options were 100% covered by my insurance and we're not discussed with me, even after expressing my shock at the expense. It's an absolutely profit driven, predatory practice that unnecessarily cost me thousands of dollars and months worth of unnecessary pain. Choose another honest, transparent dentist unless you have money to burn and the time for a Better Business Bureau complaint. I cringe to think about how many others, like me, were vulnerable and trusted them only to be taken advantage for the sake of their profit margin.

No excuses to not start a dental program for your own good health. Their dental hygienist is cool and the best one I’ve ever been to. I walked out of their office, the first time happy, satisfied, and confident with my choice. I have found it truly hard to find an acceptable dental practice. Dr. Goss’s practice is exceptional.. I must give a shout out to Deja, also a dynamite caring, knowledgeable resource in their office.

Only dentist I wil go to, she's patient, very enthusiastic, smart and takes the time to explain options and procedures. Tells it like it is, kind and really cares about her patients. Jess is my hygienist and she's also wonderful. Entire office hours out of their way to take care of you. Highly recommend them!

In the past, I have been attended to by several hygienists, but none have demonstrated the same level of thoroughness and expertise as Jessica. During my first deep cleaning with Jessica, I noticed a marked difference in her technique compared to previous experiences. To ensure the utmost cleanliness, she even conducted an X-ray to double-check for any missed debris. Thanks to her meticulous care, I have been able to avoid multiple gum surgeries. They go above and beyond to not only making great smiles, but giving you confidence, making you comfortable and finding the best prices. I personally see Dr.Goss and her assistant Theresa and they are wonderful! I may be 23 years old but they always make me feel so loved and cared for! Also Tracy in the front has helped me tremendously with getting my dental work done for good prices and she’s always so nice!

The teamwork in the office was evident as one of the other doctors numbed me up while Dr. K. was with another patient. He was quite pleasant as well. I needed to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict in my schedule and they were able to fit me in to there schedule on very short notice. I was seen quickly for X-rays by Presley and she did an amazing job. Jess did my cleaning, it was thorough and pain free. Dr. K came in for a check and as always she is up beat and fun to chat with. She is honest and straightforward about what works need to be done immediately and what can wait. My cleaning and polish was done excellent!! So quick and painless. Dr Goss and Teresa were an amazing Duo! I had 3 hours of fillings to do and they took every measure to make sure that I was comfortable and calm. Teresa kept me company throughout my whole visit to ensure that I was never bored! Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental non-emergency dental issue unexpectedly arise. I called and was able to get in to see my dentist, Dr. Goss the following day. Even under these circumstances, it was a delightfully reassuring experience. I was initially under the efficient and compassionate care of Teresa Vega. Her humor and kindness set me at ease. She expertly measured my tooth in order to custom manufacture a cap for my tooth. Teresa did a perfect job with my new cap. It fit perfectly and felt like my natural tooth. Dr. Goss is also wonderful. Such a soothing and informative chairside manner. She explains what she is doing and why. It was so very comforting being in the expert hands of these two professionals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Teresa & Dr. Goss.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentists of Apache Junction are a first class outfit. First off, I spoke over the phone to a friendly and knowledgeable person named Ma'lea. From her I knew I had to come in. When I came in, the first person I met was Lisa. She is very capable and made me feel right at home. Eventually I was introduced to my assigned dentist, Dr. Lindsey Goss. She is as professional as it gets. Besides that, she appears to be a genuine and wonderful person in my humble opinion. I'll be going back and if you haven't already been, you need to go too. Thumbs up all the way!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years and DAJ are the most comfortable and relaxed visits of any. I've always been happy with the care. They keep up with technology, so I feel like my teeth and gums are getting thorough attention. Techs like Presley are competent and efficient. They are also a very personable group, which matters a lot to me. I feel like I am working with my hygienist Morgan to keep things healthy. I’ll never “enjoy going to the dentist,” but don’t mind visits here at all.
