Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit, and it won’t be my last. From the front door to the back room I was treated with respect and care. My cleaning was done excellent. I am already scheduled for my next cleaning and I’m looking forward to going. If you need a new dentist check them out!

From the moment I walked in, the office was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Shandy Condie is an amazing human being. She is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer every question I had and gave me an honest, thoughtful diagnosis without making me feel rushed or pressured. It really felt like she cared about making the right long-term decisions for my dental health. The entire staff was outstanding: Asia was incredibly helpful and patiently answered my insurance questions multiple times so I could fully understand my coverage. Chloe was very welcoming and friendly. She helped walk me through everything as a first-time patient and explained future appointment scheduling clearly. Alex was great as well. She handled my X-rays and initial inspection and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality of care were exceptional. It’s rare to find a dental office where every single person you interact with is kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on patient care. I will absolutely be returning for any dental work I need in the future and would highly recommend Desert Springs Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental team.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I somehow scheduled my appointment on New Patients Day, which made the visit even more fun. I got to roll a dice for a free prize, enter a raffle, and even received a goody bag! The dentist was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my care. She also took all of my concerns seriously, which I really appreciated since past dentists haven’t always done that. The office itself is absolutely beautiful; such a pretty and welcoming space. My husband used to go here but changed to go with me to my dentist. Our insurance changed recently and he suggested Desert Springs. From the moment I walked in with a warm welcoming to the time I left, I received top quality service. Jennifer, who was very patient & friendly, took my x-rays. Randy, my hygienist, was very personable (reminded me of myself), and Dr. Shandy was so genuine, with such a beautiful spirit. I don’t believe I’ve ever had such a thorough visit, and my teeth looked like they’d been whitened once Randy was done (I had a lot of staining from coffee & green tea). To the entire team - the front office staff & everyone who provided a service…THANK YOU for a job well done!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred here by my wife since she and the kids have had really good experiences at this dentist office for several years. As a new patient, I had a full cleaning and X-rays appointment, then later had both of my cavities fixed. The staff and dentist were always friendly and professional, and getting my cavities fixed didn't really hurt at all, they numbed the area really well and I was taken care of quite well. The dentist and assistant really went out of their way to mitigate any possible pain and to answer questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: I left this practice a while ago. I had my husband go there to pickup a retainer that was sitting on a shelf for some time. Finally after numerous calls, it was released. I have since been referred to a new dentist by someone else.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible billing. The dentist is amazing but her billing needs to be retrained. I was told to pay one amount and then told I could not have my crown until a different amount was paid so I have to walk around with a temporary tooth. I refuse to continue service with this dental office because they were not transparent up front, so now I feel scammed. I will pay for services rendered and go elsewhere, to a place I can trust not to try to scam me.

Now it seems like a corporatized business, the women at the front desk are rude and standoffish. Calling their office now seems like an inconvenience for them. Anyways there’s cheaper places with better service ✌️

I don't have dental insurance so I was immensely stressed out about the bill but only having half a front tooth was a dental emergency. From the time I walked in the door and was warmly greeted, to time time the nice assistant walked me through the cost and payment plans, to the amazing dentist herself, I was at ease. Experiencia fantástica: I had recently had a new dental crown placed on a fractured tooth and I had been experiencing discomfort and pain from the moment the process started. I had returned several times and referred to an endodontist where I was advised there was not any visible or identifiable issues, and I could have a root canal or deal with the pain. I had it looked at again by the dentist who confirmed that nothing could be identified. After trying to deal with the discomfort for another couple of weeks, I sought a second opinion as I did not just want to have a root canal if there was not a clear issue, but the pain was real. I found Desert Springs Dental Group and was able to get an appointment with Dr Condie the following day. The staff from the moment I arrived were top notch in checking me in, advising of the financials and getting me set up for the look at my issue. They assisted me and listened to my situation. Then Dr Condie listened to my issue, thoughts of the problem and history of the issue and looked at my teeth. She confirmed that things looked good on the surface, and the source of the discomfort was not obvious. She referred me to Dr. Kerr (endo) who has been able to assist me. Thank you, Dr Condie, for your professionalism, bed side manners and for referring me to another top-notch professional for assistance in solving my dental issues, and not just telling me I need to wait or do some un needed work on my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Condie and Desert Springs Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Just became eligible for Medicare and didn't really care for my family dentist any longer, so I reached out to friends for their dentist and were they pretty happy with them. Desert Springs Dental & Dr Shandy Condie name was highly recommended by several of them. I scheduled my initial exam (pretty easy to schedule in a timely manner) and had full mouth xrays and a dental cleaning - and Dr Condie dud the cleaning! She said for new patients, she likes to do the initial cleaning so she can get to know the patient and their teeth. Really great dentist and an excellent staff and office support.

I had one of my crowns fall out and I was dreading going to the dentist to have it replaced. Every time I left the previous dentist I went to here in AZ I couldn’t hardly chew for two weeks. When I stopped going to him I didn’t care if I ever went to the dentist again, but now I know there are better dentists than that and I am not afraid to go back to the dentist anymore.
