Experiencia positiva: Great JOB

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. They care.

Experiencia negativa: Many of negative reviews are on point.... I went for routine cleaning with hygienist Ms. Eid and consultation for chipped tooth with dentist Gullo (few years back). The cleaning was decent, but the issue was rinsing liquid Erin used during the cleaning which caused serious digestive issues. The dentist, Gullo, was unable to provide a simple tooth repair. The front desk was unable to generate a correct bill-which I had to keep correcting and have reprinted several times. Listen to the many warnings….

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely satisfied and happy to be a patient at Contemporary General Dentistry It's always a pleasure to come to the office. From the time you arrived at the clinic until you leave, you are treated with respect and dignity. Dr Wilson and his team are extremely outstanding professionals. Experiencia fantástica: "THE WILSON'S ARE THE OBAMA'S OF DENTISTRY"

Experiencia fantástica: Great place I felt very comfortable .

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to the Rocky Hill area about 2-years ago and have been searching for a new dentist since having a bad experience with a local dentist about a year ago. I looked up Dr Wilson across a few sites and was impressed by his favorable ratings as well as the ratings for Contemporary General Dentistry overall. I was very impressed with the reception welcoming me to the practice and with the time that Dr. Wilson spent in getting to know my background and concerns. He is very personable and addressed all my concerns. I never felt rushed or felt patronized. After his initial exam and explanation of his suggested treatment plan, he introduced me to one of the Dental Hygienists , Laura, for a cleaning and a few x-rays. Laura was also very personable and professional in bringing up any concerns and answering my questions. I'm pretty sure I've found a Dentistry that I feel comfortable with now.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to my dentist, staff are very friendly the moment you enter they acknowledge you, there services are great.

They care for our family’s teeth but have also taken the time to get to know me, my husband and our two young adults. Dr. Wilson has always made himself available for emergencies outside regular office hours and has referred us to other equally capable specialists. I highly recommend Contemporary General Dentistry, LLC to anyone looking for a friendly, non-judgmental dental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, friendly, attentive, caring…..

Experiencia fantástica: Take this from someone who is absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist's office. GO HERE! The front desk ladies, dental assistants, and Dr. KENNEDY is absolutely SUPERB. Dr. Kennedy is a fun and amazing professional. She is concientious, knowledgeable, and personable. I had an appointment at another office and when I got there I was advised it was canceled! My life was over that day. The amount of courage I had to muster up from the night before to actual go to the dentist appointment was crushed. I literally took the day off just for my dentist appointment; again I AM SCARED OF THE DENIST OFFICE! So I began to call around and by the grace of God, I found my new dentist home with Dr. Kennedy and her staff. I had a consult, x-rays and a beautiful pain free procedure- SAME DAY. Dr. Kennedy told me that I might feel pain after the numbness wore off because she was working in that area but WHAT PAIN? NONE WHATSOEVER. And I'm not exaggerating - I actually was waiting for the pain to hit me and it never did. I can't rave enough because they are a blessing. GO here and you will experience the joy and gratefulness I have. THANK YOU!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Camilla, Dr Kennedy and Christina (I believe is her name) were top notch with making sure I was satisfied with my experience. They were extremely helpful and professional. Great job

Experiencia fantástica: Came to Contemporary General Dentistry for Invisalign and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Shout out to Kristina for being the best assistant around!! Highly recommend these guys. I have never been to an office with such a great balance of professionalism and positivity.

Experiencia negativa: It is very sad to write this review having been going to the practice for over a decade and referring many friends to Dr. Wilson. This practice is now part of a national chain called The Smilist. Nearly three months ago the receptionist informed me that I had a credit on my account of over $1k. This credit had been on my account for months and I was never informed. She explained that the insurance company had paid more than expected on a procedure I had done in the early part of 2023. She tried to convince me to leave the balance on my account but without having any procedures coming up I asked that a check be issued. They said it would take 1-2 weeks before I would receive a check. It has now been nearly 3 months and my calls dont get returned and when I do reach someone they always guarantee that I will have it by the end of the week but it never shows up and nothing is ever done about it on their end. For those that are local to this practice you can find additional discussion on this event and others recent experiences with the practice on Facebook within the Neighbors and friends West Hartford page. Again, this practice is now the Smilist, a chain with more than 45 locations. Please do your due diligence and read about The Smilist when looking into this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Alicia Kennedy and her assistant made sure I felt comfortable and safe since I entered the room. I was informed about every step of my procedure. It was a surprising great experience taking in consideration that it is always scary going to the dentist. Clean, no pain, and awesome job.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is amazing- from the moment you walk in, it is such a welcoming environment. Dr. Wilson is so calming and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Kareen is very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: All was good

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful hospitality great job

Experiencia fantástica: Hi. Dr. Kennedy and Juan are an amazing team. My bite alignment is perfection. They were kind and gentle and coached me through the entire process. Voila! Cavities filled and bacteria?Vamoose. I wasn’t nervous in my mind but my body was still reacting to the possibility of pain out of PTSD but man when I tell you I didn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed at all. Also, my hygienist for the day, Ms. Erin, is so warm and knowledgeable and I left her feeling equipped to maintain the work that was done. I also truly appreciate the pop-in from Dr. Wilson. I’m not so good with small talk or introductions and I tend to be a bit awkward socially however my experience with this particular group of professionals from Elly (my apologies for misspelling) and her colleague at the front desk to the aforementioned staff truly made my time there both fun and comfortable. Thank you SO MUCH. I feel empowered to go forward with my life and do much better with my oral care for a long and healthy life! God bless you Sincerely, Nashville ⛰️

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very happy to give this review of Contemporary General Dentistry. I was in need of a new dentist since my former dentist retired. I had tried several and wasn’t totally pleased. On the advice of a trusted friend he told me of Dr Wilson. From day one I knew this was the practice for me. The front desk receptionists are so friendly, welcoming and helpful… well let’s just say it’s refreshing to be met with a smile and a great attitude. The dental hygienist who cleans my teeth is thorough and teaches me as she does her job. Very professional and Nice! I’m accustomed to an exceptional dentist and finding a new wonderful dentist took a little work. Dr Wilson is just the BEST!!! Kind, gentle and caring along with top quality dental work. If you like an extremely talented dentist, who is kind and spot on with his work Dr Wilson is the man.

Experiencia fantástica: Yo this places does it all my friend. Best teeth in the game, got myself them pearly white thank the LORD. I ain’t felt this purdy since the last July.

Their technology is up to date and everyone from the front desk on are professionals, yet quite friendly. Even if you don’t like going to the dentist, you will feel more at ease at Contemporary General Dentistry.
