Experiencia fantástica: Great hospitality, I really felt welcome here. Everything about the procedure, the products used and general dental habits were explained to me well. Instead of just doing their job, they were good at inviting you to learn more about dental hygiene. I decided to change to this branch for proximity, but in retrospect I would’ve changed just for their service.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienists and doctor are all great. They spend time getting to know you, and thoroughly examining you. They are also efficient and excellent at cleanings and repair.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service yesterday at 12 noon

Experiencia fantástica: Very good dentist. Staff is great also. I had two teeth that became infected and needed to be pulled - I decided to do permanent ones. However, here I got outstanding care promptly. First rate technology and service.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, thorough, efficient and courteous.

Experiencia positiva: Had to appointments in the last few weeks. Two weeks ago for a temporary crown implant and this week for the permanent crown. The first appointment was a little over a half hour, no pain, no issues. Flawless. Staff was congenial and informative. Second appointment for the permanent implant was quicker and easier. One of the smoothest dental procedures I have experienced. Same congenial staff. Other than the dent the procedure put in my wallet, the whole crown implant was essentially painless. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience. They took care of me and made me feel super comfortable. Going to the dentist is never fun but I’d say my experience was pleasant despite the situation. I’d highly recommend this office!

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience I ever had so far at a clinic. They take your booking. You make alll arrangements to reschedule your meetings to attend it and then on the last moment they cancel the appointment and ask you to reschedule. It’s all done by text messages. Most insensitive way to handle customers. I got this experience back to back twice.

Experiencia fantástica: First time at Premier dental. The facility was very clean and nice.. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. I was in search of a new dentist, so I am happy that I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Premier Dental has been great. I love the new technology used for cleanings. Dr Olsen has been fantastic over the years… removing my old silver fillings with care.

Experiencia fantástica: Comfortable office with kind front desk staff and an absolutely fabulous dentist. He noticed an issue with my bite that hasn’t been identified by other dentists for over a decade and did a great job replacing an old filling. Can’t recommend enough!

He is honest and really good with solving dental issues without jumping to expensive procedures. He fixed an older crown that had always bothered me. He knew just what the issue was, and thankfully it didn’t cost me anything. He is spot on with diagnosing what’s going on. He’s also very personable. I’m very happy to have found him. The hygienists and office staff are great too.

Experiencia fantástica: I was having lunch and started to have some discomfort in eating and then noticed a piece of tooth I called premier dental and asked the receptionist if I could see Doctor Olson today. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to set up an appointment with Doctor Olson for the same day. When I got to the office I was 10 minutes early and was taken in to see the doctor right away.Doctor Olson assistant was very professional and took an exray Doctor Olson showed me the exrays and we made a game plan.I was quite pleased with the professionalism and service of the entire office..

He always makes sure I know what he's doing and what my options are. I feel like he's doing things the way I want it done, not what he says should be done.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, great staff

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a general checkup and an evaluation on a loos crown - needed another separate appointment for the crown - which was scheduled quickly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency and they took me in the same day. They are all very professional and friendly and always helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Always a comfortable experience. Quality service and cutting edge dental innovation.

Experiencia fantástica: Obsessed with the new teeth cleaning protocol they just recently started! They begin with painting your teeth with a disclosing solution, and after awhile the areas that are pink/purple are where you need to work on brushing better. I believe the new protocol now relies primarily on pressurized water, much like a water flosser. This includes getting rid of many of the old steps like the nasty tasting toothpaste, the manual flossing, and most of the scraping process, which is also a huge relief given how unpleasant those steps were from a sensory perspective. At other practices, I've had them try to tell me I needed a filling for a cavity that didn't exist, whereas the staff here work with integrity and will show me x-rays and explain what they're doing every step of the way. I've always had great experiences working with the hygienists and the dentists here, would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: God bless… too many cancellations tried to call to see if I could cancel. Nobody’s on the late call and they always charging $30 or something extra. Something is wrong with your teeth. They do that to everybody to get that money.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a good visit, I like that they listen to my questions and answer them. I dont feel blown off

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment for a cleaning and the office staff and hygienist would not let me have a "regular" cleaning b/c I had a deep cleaning at my last visit. My insurance only covers a "regular" cleaning. I requested only a cleaning that my insurance would cover and the hygienist would not do this. So I will NOT be returning to this office in the future. It's very high pressure, money-driven, and patient-unfriendly.
