Haywood Smile Designs

Experiencia fantástica: After 14 years I finally got the VA to start working on my teeth. People really don't understand the complicated roadblocks veterans continuously overcome. I'm writing this post at this moment to bring awareness and advocacy to those veterans who have to wait years and decades while fighting unimaginable battles before and after war. So if you see me smiling today it's truly because someone couldn't.. yesterday! SINCERELY ... Thank You to the entire staff to include Receptionist- Maureen Cleaning. Nichole and Dr.V for the outstanding team at Haywood smiles My Dentist at the VA got all this done before Christmas and my Birthday... #thankful #blessed #veterans #AmericanLegion #VFW #God #christmas2025 #dentalcare #veteran #veteransupport #advocate

Experiencia fantástica: They genuinely care about their clients comfort. They have the best Dentist and staff. I can't thank them enough for the care they have given me over the years. Haywood Smile Designs is the best. I have been with them for well over a decade, and so has my wife. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have anxiety issues. You can’t do better than Haywood Smile Designs.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience at HaywoodSmileDesigns. I have been a client for almost 2 decades! I feel comfortable and at ease with any procedure and the staff is always respectful and kind. I absolutely love Dr. V and her work is truly incredible.

Experiencia negativa: I am very upset right now due to for the 3rd or 4th time scheduling an appointment multiple months in advance to get cleaned and any fillings possibly needed and they again cancel with 3 days notice. Now I know a storm just happened but let me tell you, less than a week without power (in my paticular area) did not put an office 3 months behind where an appointment meant to happen on Oct. 7th now needs to be rescheduled until towards the end of Januaury (They said it is because a hygenist isn't in today, but how does one hygenist not being in put a company behind 3 months? If so then the workload needs to be managed and staffed better as well. But truth be said if this hadn't of already happened mutliple times to me before I wouldn't even be questioning it or upset). So it is completely ridicoulous especially after calling another dentist within 3 miles of the same Dentist and they can get me in as a new patient within 2 weeks and that is only that long because now I need an extremely late appointment due to scheduling the original appointment on one of my final days of paid vacation (also had taken days off work the previous times I was canceled on). They can be friendly yes but constant canceling and rescheduling is just unproffessional as well as disrespectful and rude to peoples time.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love everyone here. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia positiva: Dr. V is an amazing dentist. The admin assistant was service oriented, calling and assisting me with my insurance plan coverage immediately. My only issue was the higienist, she was behind schedule setting up the room as I was standing there. Her flossing technique was awful and a bit painful. Just disorganized and did not put me at ease. I believe the person was from a temp company filling in and not their full time employee.

Experiencia fantástica: Thorough detailed work. Handles pre-billing direction. Kind and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and talented Dr. Vahkaria

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved my first experience at Haywood Smile. The staff was very nice and attentive to my needs. I am so glad to now be a patient of theirs.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and they are honest!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vakharia and her staff always have their act together and are focused on doing the right thing for their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client since I was 7 years old and I have always been well taken care of. The HSD team always takes the time to educate me on my oral health and give me the tools I need to keep good hygiene on my own in between my visits. 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: SUCH A PLEASANT TRIP AS ALWAYS CALLED LAST MINUTE TO SEE IF I COULD HAVE A CHIPED TOOTH FIXED WORKED ME IN WITHIN 15 MINUTES BACK HOME WITH IN THE HOUR CANT GET BETTER THAN THAT!!!! Thank You - Jim

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was exceptionally friendly from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I arrived 10 minutes early and they called me back almost immediately. Dr. Vakharia explained everything thoroughly, and was quick and very effiient. I had a very pleasant experience which I haven't been able to say about too many dentists. I saw Dr. Vakharia from a VA referral but she treated me like I had been her own patient for years.

Experiencia fantástica: Since 2010 Haywood Smile Design has loved on me! I absolutely love them! They truly make you feel like family; so much so I hesitate to share that I may keep them to myself...lol

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic dentist and staff. Dr .V is always patient, gentle, and comforting. Sherry P is skilled, quick, gentle, and provides nice commentary on what she’s doing. Experiencia fantástica: It's a very professional and caring practice.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I always look forward to our recall visits to this terrific office. We feel welcome from the moment we walk in the door and are eagerly and warmly greeted. The hygienists are so friendly and perform a very thorough and painless prophy for us both. Then we get to see and visit with Dr Vakharia. She is such a delight! She checks our teeth and gum tissue and offers any recommendations that might be needed. We feel like we are visiting friends rather than just showing up for a dental appointment. I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone seeking excellent dental care in a friendly manner.

Experiencia fantástica: The team is great and very efficient. The only recommendation is to have Marjorie offer Mimosas for folks in the waiting room.

Experiencia fantástica: Very knowledgeable and professional

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, efficient, and highly skilled professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Always very professional. Never a wait I love my dentist and her staff.

Experiencia fantástica: DOCTOR AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSION. EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HANDLE MY DENTAL EMERGENCY. THANKS TO EVERYONE !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't dread the dentist anymore! From the moment I stepped through the door on my first visit, every staff member was attentive and kind. They asked me about past dental experiences and eased my anxiety about everything! They remember me each time and make detailed notes in my file. For example, I shared that a past dentist refused to listen when I ask for smaller x-rays mouth plates and they would cut my mouth, and they immediately made a note in my file and every time I get x-rays done they tell me that they are using the small ones. The dental hygienists are very good, they are gentle but thorough with cleanings. The dentist is personable and knowledgeable as well. I'll never go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was very welcoming and made you feel at ease. They explained in detail what needed to be done and always asked if we had any questions. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. V is the kindest, most caring dentist. She is completely honest and trustworthy. So rare in this for medical industry to have someone who puts patients over profits. Do not hesitate to bring your family here.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff and Dr Vak is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in fearing a painful experience with a deep cleaning as I’ve had elsewhere in the past. Came out telling the team that this was one of the top dental experiences I’ve had. Very polite and informative from the time you walk in and throughout your visit. Top notch in every aspect!
