Seven months ago Dr Hamrick treated me with Botox injections and within two weeks the pain from TMJ was gone, amazing results from one treatment. I would definitely get Botox again if needed. Today I got a crown and a crown replaced all in one day. No impressions, temporary crown or going back for multiple visits. What a great experience. Thank you Dr Hamrick and your fantastic staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I first went to Heritage because of significant pain—and a horrible experience with a nearby dentist, who proposed a very expensive fix without any diagnostics. Dr. Hamrick was far more conservative and dealt with the issue after thoroughly assessing the situation, and no root canal was needed. I then had a cleaning done by Amy, who did an amazingly thorough job! Truly the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I was also impressed by all the great tech they have to track your dental health. The two most important qualities of Heritage, however, are the great care and the integrity they offer.

Due to my medical history, I require premedication prior to dental cleanings and procedures and they without fail check prior to starting if medication has been taken. Dr. Hamrick is highly skilled, efficient, gentle, friendly, eager to answer questions and explain any procedures. This is true of the other staff also. Such highly skilled personnel and up-to-date equipment means you are getting the best of dental care. Getting my first crown today was easier than expected and typical of my experiences at Heritage Denistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is an anxiety causing thought for me. But not at Heritage Dentistry. I have nerve damage in my face and mouth that even slight touch causes extreme pain or discomfort. Dr. Hamrick heard my concerns and was attentive and understanding. He even offered to get me numb, which was MOST appreciated and thoughtful. Hygienist, Amy, was gentle, kind, informative, and overall excellent! The office staff was welcoming. The office was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The hour drive to get there is worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Really impressed with Dr. Hamrick and staff. It's apparent they truly care about the patient experience and well-being. I have a tech background, and Heritage is easily the most technically-advanced dentistry I've been to. For example, I was able to see a full 3D rendering of my teeth which no dentist I've been to previously had the capabilities of doing. Additionally, I liked how I could text the front desk about my appointment and ask questions as needed, didn't have to worry about making phone calls back and forth. Lastly - all the forms were online! No physical paperwork required. To balance the cutting edge, the office is in an older remodeled home, which to me neatly balanced that "old school, small town" dentistry feel with 21st century tools and service. Very happy, and very impressed!

They’ve addressed issues I’ve been procrastinating on for years (cracked fillings, worn out crowns, grumpy gums) and are always willing to adjust the level of care to suit my needs. Dr. Hamrick and his staff have worked with me on a long-term plan for the care of my teeth and always have tips and recommendations for taking better care of my teeth at home - whether it’s a more efficient way to floss, a better toothpaste, or a discussion about cleaning/whitening products. And, as if all that ^ weren’t enough, they are just SO. DARN. NICE. They understand people are anxious about dental procedures and do their best to make sure patients are as comfortable as possible during cleanings and procedures. I also appreciate that they’re always willing to take the time to answer all my questions and discuss care options - and they’re never ‘judgy’. Dr. Hamrick and his team are THE BEST!! (and I have the teeth to prove it!)

They are constantly accepting new patients, remembering their current patients in detail, and greeting and treating patients with the best kindness, sense of humor, empathy, and understanding.

Edit: Had an issue with billing, Dr. Hamrick reached out personally to take care of the issue and handle it with me directly.
