Palms Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: Front staff oral hygienist and dentist were all friendly and explained everything everything clearly

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to Greer from Columbia and changed dental provider to Palm Dentistry. I can not overstate how impressed I was with both Dr. Dillon and the Hygienist. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and went to great lengths to assure I understood the treatment plan and necessary home follow up. While I've only been with them a short time, I consider them to be the best dental service providers I've ever encountered. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: This was the worse and unprofessional office I have been in my life , they set me up for an appointment in their simpsonville office For today, I get there the hygienist states to me oh your hygienist quit I can’t help you. You need to go to a specialist. I don’t know why your Dentist gave you the information they gave you because we can’t help you grant I seen the Dentist in Greenville and the hygienist., And I was very nervous because I’ve been through a severe surgery So being a scared patient when I went to Greenville and there was so kind to me there by the way, but when you make me drive 25 minutes to another location without giving me a courtesy quote to let me know the hygienist quit and that you couldn’t assist me that I needed to go see a specialist that would’ve been the right thing to do you don’t do .

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit after some time and they made me feel so comfortable. Kammyi was so accomodating and answered all my questions!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy going to this denist office. They all are very nice , helpful and explain different things to you about your dental health etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit today. Office and dental staff were awesome!

Experiencia negativa: I initially had a great experience with this office in terms of care however, they mislead me when they said they would bill my secondary insurance and reimburse me any over payments. This has been since December 2025 and no claims have been filed with my secondary and I paid out of my pocket for services I could have waited to have if I had been told the truth. I have called and left several messages with no reply and the last time anyone did return my call they said they were doing to be filing the claim and would get back to me. With everything so expensive now you would think these professionals would have more respect for hardworking people's money. I will not return and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Lee was great, wonderful sense of humor and did not give up until my teeth were clean, always a great atmosphere with everyone really extra nice.5-21-2026-Mauldin Greenville office

Experiencia fantástica: At a older age and having had over the years numerous dentists, palms dental near mauldin is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and the doctor was awesome..I didn't have an appointment, I was a walk in and they accommodated me with a same day appointment..I'm forever grateful

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were exceptionally helpful and very skilled. It had been awhile since my last dentist visit and this appointment went off succeeding well.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Dillon and Lee, RDH were very professional, detail oriented and willing to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I am really picky about teeth! after trying 4 different dentists, I finally settled with them HAPPILY. just cant wait to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency issue I needed to take care of ASAP, due to severe swelling, and the team got me in immediately, within a couple hours of me calling. Had options to pay over time with Sunbit, which I’ve used before for motorcycle parts, so I was familiar with that payment program. Good to have options! The team was a Dr. I’ve seen there before a year or so back, so it was nice to see someone familiar with my dental issue. She even brought up something I told her team and a different doctor, which was that when I got a root canal, it was a pleasant experience for me. Cool to have done and it never hurt once, abandoned the healing process; Which deserves its own review. I’ve always been somewhat afraid to go to the dentist, because my mom never brought me as a kid- as a single mother working and taking care of 3 of us, it was hard and I thought I’d be scared so I never pushed it. But after getting the root canal done, I honestly think it was easier than having a cavity procedure done when I was 12.. which was the last time I saw a dentist before a couple years ago. I’m 37 years old.. so it’s been a while. Anyway, Everyone was so nice and very attending to the issue. It felt great to be taken care of there. And I know my teeth aren’t the greatest in the world, but they don’t even remotely make you feel bad about having ugly teeth, or anything. They made a plan, started the execution of it, suggested I see another dr for this and a previous issue, and follow up and see how it’s going. Great place all around.

Experiencia fantástica: The Staff was very pleasant and professional. I was 2 hours early for my appointment (my mistake) but the fit me in right away and it was fine. The staff and dentist were very profession and helpful as always. I've been a client for a few years because of their service.

Experiencia fantástica: I set an appointment at Palms dentistry to get teeth cleaned. Smooth transaction the sent my documents through phone b4 getting to the office. Then I was appointed to MS Kristi she really know what she doing. I received the best teeth cleaning ever very professional and so Smooth I could sleep. I love that Kristi took her time and she so detailed i love this experience. THANK YOU KRISTI AND THANK PALMS DENTISTRY for being so convenient and affordable Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful Experience : Have you ever dread about going to the dentist, and have to worry about those “evil instruments of torture”?? fear not!!! The staff, ease of communication for appointments and my dental hygienist made sure that the entire procedure went smoothly, without any problems whatsoever. I love this office and staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: always nice pleasant atmosphere would highly recommend to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Love this office! From the moment you walk in to the time you check out the experience is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brad is definitely skilled and experienced. Customer focused. Listens well. Informative. Kind and thoughtful. Fun and humorous as well, plus great music!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to Greenville and I was in search of a new dentist. I found Palms Dentistry through my insurance and then I read their reviews and booked my appointment online which was quick and easy. Everyone is so nice and friendly from the front desk staff and Camy, Leah, and Dr. Dylan were all great. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Back in 2022 we had to find a new family dentist since we relocated to the Upstate for a new job opportunity, thanks to Google reviews we decided on Palms. The receptionists/service managers are all great from check in to check out. If I don’t get to see my usual hygienist Lee (who is incredible) the other hygienists who have cleaned my chompers are equally great! The dentists are reassuring when I have questions, and thankfully I haven’t had to have much work done beyond having a filling from a previous dentists fixed, and I’ve seen both Doc Williams and Dillon. If you’re looking for a great dentist practice for your dental needs I’d definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Ever since I've been going to Palms Dentistry everyone from front office to back office has been extremely patient and helpful. Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend Palms Dentistry for any dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The young lady who cleaned my teeth at my last visit was GREAT. She was very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. Dr. Dillion and Mercedes are very knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and attentive staff. Took their time to properly inspect and provide a solid plan to get my dental health back on track. Highly recommend checking them out

Experiencia fantástica: Great denal office! Very nice people! Would definitely recommend to everyone I know to go there!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Greenville office was super nice and professional.Dr Dillon was very informative and transparent about all of my options.Although I am not a fan of the dentist, still a great place

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley was incredible. I have not been to the dentist in eight years and I had a lot of anxiety about going. I have several little issues that I do need work on, but she did not make me feel ashamed of not being there. She was a great conversationalist. She was very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly office! Staff is polite and kind. Prices are reasonable and fair. Visit went well with all my questions being answered.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. With best music playing in the background.. allowing you to temeber your child hood in the 80s, 90s, 00s.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentistry team at Palms dentistry, from the front desk to Dr.Brad are true professionals. Ashley, my hygentist, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She is an asset to the team! Thank you Ashley.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience here! The staff behind the desk are always friendly and personable, and the dentists/dental hygienists are always friendly and informative. This is the best dentist I’ve visited.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly to me throughout my x-rays, cleaning, and scanning for a new retainer. The process was easy and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was from the moment you walk in. From receptionist to dental assistant and doctor! I moved from NY and have been looking for a new dentist. I'm glad I found this one. They gave me a quick emergency appointment and the doctor actually listened to my concerns and addressed them!!!! I will be returning and so will my husband! Will definitely recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: "I am so grateful for your patience and skill. You made my visit a positive one and truly care about your patients." It’s awesome that you remembered me from my last visit. I can tell that my dental hygienist (Gio) loves what she does. Continue treating your patients with kindness, patience, gentleness and you’ll go far in life. Thank you Bennie B Keep rocking that 80’s music

Experiencia fantástica: Service is great. Staff is amazing. Dr Alyssa Dillon went beyond to help on my dental issue and so far results has been working.

Experiencia positiva: Edit: The office manager did reach out and was open to feedback and put me back on the schedule. This was very helpful and appreciated. I was having excellent care for about two years, then they called me to reschedule an appointment. I was given a new date and time for my 6 month cleaning, then months later told I did not have an appointment. I reiterated the date and time, that I was contacted by their office to reschedule. I was told no, sorry no appointment exists. No attempt to fit in that day is what really upset me. I am contemplating looking for another dentist now. I took time off of work for this appointment and do not want to risk them repeating this when I have done nothing wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: Palms Dentistry has been extremely welcoming and inviting during my first few visits! Everyone I’ve met has been super nice and helpful. I would recommend checking them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I met during my first time appointment today was wonderful and friendly! I struggled retrieving my documents from my previous dentist and they were very patient with me and helpful while I got everything together.

Experiencia negativa: Really terrible billing wise. Over 2 years ago I had cavities filled, paid the agreed upon price, and then 2 months later they try charge me for double what I paid. I told them that’s not what’s agreed upon and that’s not what the insurance says that will pay, and they kept trying to get me to pay the bill. 2 years go by and they send me an email (I guess they got bought out by the name on the email) saying I owe them the remainder balance. Do not use, completely overpriced and the billing department doesn’t know what they are doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was friendly, professional, and timely. My hygienist explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience as a new patient for a first time cleaning and highly recommend them if you need a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Super nice people, new facilities and they have short term availabilities. Fully satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: My Dental Assistant, Lee provided me with a regular teeth cleaning and was very thorough. The interaction with Dr. Elisa was also very productive. I look forward to coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a crown come loose and needed emergency repair they were able to do it the next day and within half an hour an hour time at the office. The staff was amazing and very professional. Definitely recommend Palms Dentistry!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Service was fantastic I even fell asleep while (sorry don't remember her name) she was cleaning my teeth definitely a 5*

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist I’ve been to. All of the staff there is so kind. Lee has been the best always makes sure that you’re comfortable and doing ok through the whole process. 10/10 definitely recommend this dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Palm's for a couple of years now. They are wonder on all their services. Everything from cleansing, fillings, and crowns.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I recently completed our first appointment at Palm Dentistry. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the new clean facility and the high skill levels of the hygienist and doctor. We are very pleased to be new patients at this Wonderful Establishment!

Experiencia fantástica: When you walk in you are greeted by a pleasant efficient front desk. The appointment started on time. Every step was explained. It was a comfortable setting. It was my first time there. This will be our new dental care facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a bit of dental anxiety! Giovanna, my hygienist was beyond amazing. Her laughter and compassion was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with her!

Experiencia fantástica: New to the area and on a recommendation, I struck gold with this dentist office. The staff (Kristi, Mercedes, Dr. Saad-Naguib, and Kalee) was tremendous (very genuine & very caring)! All were amazing! I feel right at home and would recommend this place to anybody looking for dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Palm Dentistry made me feel like a VIP. I especially appreciated the compassion and expertise of Dr. Bevans. She is so kind and meticulous.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist and staff are always professional and kind. They do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable. They have been very respectful of my time and I am never left waiting very long. I am so glad I found this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Most thorough and gentle cleaning I can remember. Also the team took the time to listen to my questions and needs before making recommendations

Experiencia fantástica: Dr B is great I never feel the needle or discomfort when she has to numb my mouth. I’ve been to other places and my crown feels perfect. Will keep going here

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dillon was amazing and super funny. She made me feel comfortable the entire process.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice clean office. Friendly staff. Dental hygienist was courteous, professional, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist did a quick follow up exam and was very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and more cost effective than some other dentist offices.

Experiencia fantástica: Palms Dentistry is a state-of-the-art facility that is clean and well maintained. The staff and doctors are all very knowledgeable and professional, personable, engaging and friendly. Above all, they have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth and are genuinely passionate about my healthcare, without trying to upsell me on potentially unnecessary procedures. For these reasons I will continue my relationship with this dentistry and highly recommend them to my friends and family members.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I been going here for years and Everyone is always great to deal with! They are Extremely helpful and make sure you’re comfortable during the whole process!

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist was the absolute best! Unfortunately the dentist (who is no longer there) left me with a poorly placed filling that I had to have redone twice in their office and finally again at another dental office. Just recommend getting a second opinion before having any work done, but it’s a great option for cleanings!

Experiencia fantástica: Always very careful and thorough with their patients. All of the staff is friendly and upbeat! Great place for teeth care.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the absolute BEST experience at Palms Dentistry, so grateful, and highly recommend Palms Dentistry! LEE & KRISTI are angels among us; our teeth have never been so clean and well tended‼️ Dr Bevans is pure light ✨, amazing energy, such a positive experience! My husband is an anxious dental patient, and he was at ease the entire time, such an amazing team! THANK Y'ALL so much‼️ We are Palms Dentistry patients for life now based on the wonderful experiences had today, God bless y'all always ‼️

Experiencia fantástica: I came here for second opinion! The staff was really great & very caring! Dr Saad-Naguib was so nice and patient!! Kristi was amazing!! She cleaned my teeth and made sure I was okay during the process and was very sweet & kind! Overall the visit didn’t take long! And I feel comfortable there! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for dentist office

Experiencia fantástica: We followed our years-long hygienist, Kristi, to Palms after our prior dentist retired. The Palms team on Laurens Rd were all super, friendly and efficient. Each employee made a point to welcome us to their practice, and the professional services were excellent plus very reasonably priced. Thanks!

Experiencia negativa: Billing/insurance issues. They keep trying to overcharge me out-of-pocket even though I showed them my benefits page - they are in network and I have fixed co-pays for services. I have a clear plan with Delta dental for that reason. They finally agreed to let me pay what I'm supposed to and send the rest to insurance (what should happen in the first place). Called my insurance company afterwards to double-check I'm not crazy and they assured me the services are covered, that Palm should have just sent them the bill without giving me a hassle. I feel bad for people who don't know how their insurance works, get charged extra and never think of it. I wanted to leave 5 stars but they need to fix their billing department. They're either crooked or not trained enough. I will say all the medical staff I worked with were very good, gentle, and knowledgeable. I was impressed there, but the review lost a lot of stars when I thought about grannies/unsuspecting people being scammed by billing.

Experiencia fantástica: An exceptional dental office. They absolutely make sure i don’t forget my appointments. There are friendly and very personable the staff. I have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: First time at Palms! Friendly receptionist and my hygienist, Leigh, were informative and helpful. The dentist explained her findings thoroughly and advised on treatment until my next cleaning. The environment is serene and welcoming. My teeth have never felt better. Happy to call this my new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience, easy to Make an appointment, send you reminder when your visit is coming up. All the staff very friendly, make you feel comfortable. Explain everything in detail.

Experiencia fantástica: Palms Dentistry has been great!! My husband and I needed a new dentist after moving to the area, and both Kristi and Dr. Bevins take amazing care of our teeth! ✨

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care and super friendly. Easy to schedule with great communication. Dr B and Maddie were both fantastic during my last visit. Would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great family dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch staff at Palms Dentistry. They were kind, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Experiencia fantástica: I take my special needs daughter to Palms Dentistry. Her hygienist, Kristi, is wonderful! Kristi is patient and gentle. She is the only one who has successfully gotten dental x rays on her. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Rebekah always looks forward to seeing Ms. Kristi!

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist, Kristi, always does such a great job in cleaning my teeth. She checks my records, takes x-rays when needed, and confers with the dentist about her findings. I feel that I'm in competent & experienced hands with her. She's always friendly and puts her patients at ease. Thanks Kristi!

Experiencia fantástica: My semi-annual cleaning at Palms Dentistry was awesome. The hygienist, Kristi, always does a wonderful job. She takes time to explain what she’s going to do, and is very professional & thorough in performing her job. She is friendly and makes her patients feel at ease. I leave there with a beautiful smile thanks to her!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and team! They made sure that we're comfortable. Dr. Bevans and team were very nice and they explained the procedure well. The clinic is clean and organized too. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff (Hunter is the best, she is approachable, calm. and most of all a great listener who assists you whatever you might need at the office), and Dr. Dillon's attention to your dental needs goes impeccable. Thank you to all of you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate the care they have provided Dr. B and her staff have been great !

Experiencia fantástica: They are a really great group of professionals. Very nice and caring. They work with you on your dental needs and really care that you are getting the best.

Experiencia negativa: The Hygienist and Dentist offer excellent service. However, the Fluoride Treatment was administered without a consultation. I only discovered the added cost was assessed as I paid for “out-of-pocket” services. I had been pleased to this point. However the principle of being informed is expected when the treatment is not covered by insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Kind, friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dillon is upbeat, with a sweet disposition. They're working with me on a dental implant, and it's a process. I wasn't completely happy with a temporary and they offered to replace it at no cost, and as small as that may be, it's getting harder to find businessess that do right by the customer. Palms Dentistry has proven to do right by me so far, and that means a lot. UPDATE: I'd like to say thank you to Dr. Dillon. She filled in a gap in a tooth that was meant be be temporary until I can get it crowned. The composite came out last night, and they were willing to see me the following morning with no appointment, even though it was a busy day. They didn't charge me for it. I appreciate Dr. Dillon for doing right by the client, and understanding that's the right way to do business.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had the best experience at Palms Dentistry! Dr. Bevans and team did an amazing job on my new crown on my front tooth and it turned out absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing! I am so appreciative of the personal touch at Palms Dentistry and how Dr. Bevans and team made sure that all my concerns were addressed and that I was completely happy with the results! 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have visited a lot of dental offices, and it is never pleasant because I hate the dentist. However, this office made the appointment very easy with minimal pain. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Because of that, I might make them my permanent provider even though they are at least 30 minute ride from my house.

Experiencia fantástica: First time having a cleaning and it was a great experience! All of the staff were friendly and kind. Looking forward to going back in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: I called today they got me in today the staff was so sweet and caring the office was so clean the doctor was great great great I will be going back because they care and that goes a long way with me thank you all again

Experiencia fantástica: They are the sweetest and make you feel so comfortable! Dr. Dillon is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are all so nice and really good at what they do. As a bonus, they don’t try to sell you services you don’t need.

Experiencia fantástica: Very understanding and nice. I have terrible anxiety with dentist and they were so easy going and explained the whole process and plan this helped so much!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Palms Dentistry was awesome. This was my first visit and everyone was friendly. I especially was impressed with my dental hygienist, Lee. She was very easy to talk to about my concerns and had an easy comfortable way about her. I hope to get her again next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental emergency and they fit me tight in, the same day I contacted them! Everyone was so friendly and reassuring. Going to the dentist can be daunting, you feel judged for your teeth but not here! Every person I came in contact with made me feel great and were incredible.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff appeared very friendly and personable. The office is very clean. I was able to get my teeth cleaned as well as get booked for another cleaning with ease.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is definitely 5 stars. Caring and gentle are a few words to describe them. Definitely my new Dentist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Would recommend with zero hesitation! I came in with high anxiety and the staff were all so amazing! Dr. Bevans is wonderful! I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Palms is great! Everyone I’ve encountered here has been super friendly and helpful. Lee was great with both my regular cleaning and patiently answering many questions I had about a service I was considering. They are not pushy or judgmental. I will continue to recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to the area and needed some important dental work done. I found Palm Dentistry and I couldn’t be more excited that I found them. Mrs Lee is awesome, made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door and the entire time I was there. Dr Dillon was very informative gave me multiple ways to look at treatment plans I highly recommend this dentist office, I am excited for my follow up visits. Awesome staff and special thank you to Mrs Lee and Dr Dillon.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Excellent staff. I was afraid to go back to dentist after 4 years. Had an appointment with Dr. B. Went very well. Kristi was a friendly, comforting, detail oriented hygienist. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Arron makes dental visits easier on me with her exceptional care. All the dentists and hygienists are very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: We are new to the area and this is the only place that got him in same day for his dental emergency. The staff was super friendly and funny. It was so nice to be treated like a person. Would definitely recommend and will be making this our family office.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Palms Dentistry. I have been going to Palms for many years and have always been treated great by all, from start to finish. They care about you and your teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved from PA to SC so this was just my 3rd visit. Dr Bevans and her team have been wonderful. Great service. Very attentive. No complaints
