It was about leaving my consultation without understanding why it was $3,500. During my appointment, scans and photos were taken, I explained my situation, and I was presented with an estimate. I left with a price, but not an explanation. Ironically, I learned more about the reasoning behind my treatment plan from your Google response than I did during my consultation. If those details were important enough to justify the estimate publicly, they should have been important enough to discuss with me privately. That is the experience my review was intended to reflect.

Experiencia negativa: Two days ago I visited Johnathan Dental Implant and he told me the cost would be $36,000. I told him okay I need to talk to my family about it and will get back to him. He asked me what did I come there for and what did I think was going to happen? I felt small, cornered and bad because I couldn't put down $36,000 on the spot and couldn't wait to get out of there! He is all about money and has terrible bed-side manner. You guys do what you want with him, but it was a demoralizing experience!

Experiencia negativa: So hear we are again, my final crown out of a few I had done by this office has now cracked not even 10 years old. A filling has also eroded because he overlaps the teeth and leaves no space thinking it going to keep food out. I will need to have these repaired correctly now and it will cost me more money because this office didn't perform quality work. You have been warned and if you decide to get work done you will see after a few years that it will not last nor will it be lifetime covered. This office might be the right one to go to if you have no teeth left and need implants. Otherwise if you need filling or crowns you best look for a dentist that does work that lasts more then a year and half for thousands of dollars. In response to your comments of defense. When someone chooses a dentist because they have an emergency and need service asap and decided to choose you because your office has ozone and latest technology and need a tooth fixed. They took time off to have one tooth fixed and then realize that the dentist in front of you is telling you that other work must be done on other teeth, which have nothing to do with your emergency. The dentist, you in this case insist that he will not fix the tooth unless you do all the work. That is disingenuous and a shady tactic that I see from reviews that you use all the time. You also brag that your work will last 25 years. Well I too had 2 crowns at the tune of 2500 each that broke all within less then 5 years and you would not honor your word of lifetime guarantee and fix for free. Your analogy of an automobile doesn't last forever is poor. That's like saying I had my brakes done and 3 months later my wheels fell off but the mechanic is not responsible because I didn't come back and pay 300 for my check up to make sure the lug nuts were tight. Again, this is a very honest review and I don't believe you really care about your patients because I'm not the first to write this and won't be the last. If you want to use the automobile analogy, you win hands down for the best chop shop. I did everything you recommended and did not receive lasting results. That's the whole point of this review and you still continue to believe you have done no disservice to your patients. You actually believe what you write even though your work does not reflect it. Steer clear of this place. You go for one issue and they refuse to do the work unless you agree to have other things done. Then they tell you it's lifetime warranty until you have to go back to have something fixed. The office then tells you its not covered because you didn't spend the $300 plus every 3 month on check ups . I spent a lot of money here and not even 5 years later it started coming undone. I'm still having to have his work corrected years later. Love his response about coming for maintenance, if your work was worth the time patients wouldnt need maintenance visits. Never had i had to go for maintenance other then cleaning. Steer clear of this dentist office.
