Experiencia negativa: Dentist was very nice but the front desk staff that answer phone calls not helpful at all! I needed time to get to the oral surgeon but needed an antibiotic to clear a unrelentless tooth infection and Chlorohexidine mouth wash. I instead got schooled on how important it is to get the tooth taken care of, and the Dentist was probably not going to fill it. JUST WOW!! Ive been there and have a chart I was not calling blindly to random dentists. No call back I don't think she even asked the dentist went to Urgent Care for help. Not sure how the other 2 offices operate but the Dumont office is where this happened

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Jeff and have had a fantastic experience with Smiles by Bergen Dental MIdland Park I had a very complicated procedure done on a 4 implant bridge a few weeks ago. I was very reluctant to have it done and felt it might be a big problem I regretted doing. Dr. Farinas-Han and her associate guided me through everything and promised me.it would be fine. They hit their timeliness of having it done and a new bridge pit in 2 weeks were correct. There was no pain at all and if I did not do it I could have.had major consequences down the road. I am sorry to say I don't not remember the name of Dr. Farinas associate who was also fantastic. ALL STAR.TEAM. I would recommend this Dr.

He actually says the dentist is his favorite doctor, which still surprises us every time! The staff is consistently sweet, kind, and welcoming. They have such a natural way of making both kids and adults feel comfortable, and they always bring a sense of humor that helps ease any nerves. At the same time, they’re incredibly professional and thorough, which gives us a lot of confidence in the care we’re receiving. It’s not easy to find a place that balances warmth, patience, and expertise so well, but this team truly does. We’re so grateful to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone—especially families with young kids!

Today I called to see if they could get me in because I thought I chipped my tooth. They were able to squeeze me in the morning and told me there may be a wait. However, I was taken back right away and my issue was quickly diagnosed and treated, and I was out within 20 minutes of my arrival. X-rays are comfortable because they don’t use gigantic pieces to bite on. Cleanings are very quick and efficient yet nearly painless. I saw Dr. Sia earlier today and she made sure I understood what she was doing and how to better take care of my teeth. She didn’t judge me for my lack of flossing, so please be honest about your dental habits. All in all, I highly recommend going to Smiles by Bergen Dental for your dental needs. It was Kim, the Dental Hygienist, who changed my entire relationship with dental care forever! I mean, who actually says they love going to the dentist? (Said no one ever—especially not me! Lol.) But from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and pleasant energy that last from check-in to check-out. The all-female crew is amazing, and while there are many new faces, it’s so comforting to still see Sue, a staple from the beginning! Even though I travel 30 minutes just to get here, it’s absolutely worth it. The care, professionalism, and atmosphere keep me coming back. Honestly, I love my Beyoncé All-Lady Dental Band! Each of them plays a role in making your smile brighter. Thank you all for your gentle touch and unmatched care!

Before finding Dr Ballentine, I never had many good experiences with dentists so I would put off going as long as I could. They make each visit a great experience and are the friendliest and most thoughtful team. Each and every visit they make sure I am comfortable and that I know what’s going on and any dental work that is being done or that will be done. Before finding Dr. Ballentine I have had issues with not being able to get numb and pain when being worked on. Thanks to her and her knowledge, she knows how to get my mouth numb and I have NEVER felt any pain or discomfort! Even Kelly my Dental Hygienist makes every cleaning go smooth and makes my teeth shine pearly white. I really owe Dr Ballentine, because if I didn’t find her, I probably would never go to the dentist unless I had an emergency, but know I go as often as I’m supposed to go. You will never find a better dentist than Dr. Ballentine or a better assistant than Kristen, they are the BEST!!!. And if you’re looking for a fresh deep cleaning, there is no one better than Kelly! The entire staff and office is GREAT! Very nice and friendly. I would recommend making an appointment here if you want top notch dental care and people who actually care.
