He always requests Athena when getting his teeth cleaned up. She is always very kind and caring . We also had a pleasure to meet recently Dr. Saliba. My son has couple cavities in his baby teeth and was extremely anxious and so scared to get it done . I was extremely amazed by Dr.Saliba. She was unbelievable loving and patient with him. The procedure went very smoothly. Definitely A++ and best Pediatrician dental staffs .

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first visit. As soon as you walked though the door, you were given a friendly greeting. I explained to them prior to making the appointment that both of my children are special needs (autistic), and they assured me the staff was peoperly trained. One of them is extremely difficult about going to the dentist. Even though he was upset and taking alot longer than normal, EVERY SINGLE staff member was absolutely amazing. Each one had incredible patience with both of children; from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the hygienists, to the doctor. I am very happy I found them. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a great experience with Leo! My 4-year-old daughter is usually very quiet and gets nervous at the dentist, but Leo was so kind, gentle, and reassuring. He made her feel comfortable right away, got her talking, and the whole cleaning went smoothly with no tears. It was our first visit with him and I would recommend him a hundred times. It was also nice chatting with him and hearing that he has kids too—it really shows in how well he works with children!

From the courteous and always helpful staff, to the appointment reminders/confirmations, and of course the unbelievably amazing dentists, the Pediatric Dentistry Practice of Wyckoff is my now go-to dentist of choice for my 7 yr old son. Ive mistakenly spent the past 5 years selecting other top tier pediatric dentists which didnt accept my insurance, but presumably were worth the out of pocket costs, only to have my son fearing having to return, even for simple cleanings. However, thanks to Wyckoff Pediatric Dentistry my son no longer fears the dentist. Highly recommend and I intend to use only this practice going forward for all of my son's dental needs. Bravo to you all and many thanks!

Experiencia positiva: I liked this office very much. However, the front office staff needs to follow through on things. I originally made appointments for my three children on the same day at the same time and confirmed with the woman over the phone. The day before the appointments, I only received an email for one of my children, so I called and the girl at the front said that only one appointment was scheduled, even though she remember talking to me to schedule them and taking their information. It wasn’t a big deal because she was able to put my other two kids on the schedule. Another issue I had was that the dentist, Dr. K, prescribed my daughter, a special toothpaste, and I forgot to ask about the prescription before I left so I called the office to let them know that I needed the prescription filled at a specific pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to ask if they had received the prescription and they had not so I called the office back and they assured me that the prescription would be sent and it still has not been 24 hours after our appointment. I don’t have an issue with the office or the staff, but I would Just like to see the staff follow through on what they say they will do. Other than that, I do recommend this office.

They are all extremely well versed in pediatric care (sadly not a standard at other pediatric practices though you would think it should be so), bright, friendly, impeccably clean, fast and informative. We are so happy to have found this practice to care for our boys' pearly whites.

Experiencia negativa: This was not a great experience. This is a pediatric dental office, but the staff—particularly one lady—showed very little patience with my 4-year-old daughter. Young children need extra care and understanding during dental visits, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I ended up leaving the office and would not recommend this place for toddlers.

We have been patients for years and the moment I needed help for my child they wouldn’t offer an ounce of compassion. They were ok leaving a child in pain instead of helping him. They only care about money and not the patients . There are much better options out there, don’t waste time with these evil money hungry people.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing both of my daughters to Dr. Hussain since they were 3 or 4 y.o. and now they are 10 and 14. She is very kind, attentive, and professional. She takes her time explaining the process and answering questions. My girls feel very comfortable going to her. The staff in the office is nice and accommodative as well.

Experiencia negativa: The best decision I made was leaving this practice and it wasn’t because of the dentist but due to her front staff. I had been going for years but because of my last experience I had, I will never step foot in this office again. For some context, I had a follow up for fillings. No one ever informed of the cost of the fillings before the visit or even during. And instead of leaving like I typically do I decided to stop by the front desk. I realized one of the ladies was calculating numbers and I was panicking because I had nothing on me. I figure no problem because in the past they have collected copays once I had left because I didn’t stop at the front. Their front desk manager proceeded to now inform me of the cost of the fillings and stated that this is knowledge I should have known before coming to my visit. And typically a patient is informed what their future cost will be and if they are going proceed or even reschedule. Nope the job was done and I had to pay. Didn’t matter that no one spoke to me about cost of the work they had to do. I was not refusing to pay but to pay at a later time. Which I was denied the option to. I was beside myself because typically these things are discussed prior. She continued to what felt like mom shaming because I didn’t know how much they would charge me for a filling and the gas treatment. I’m not one to go back and forth but I was offended, upset, and frustrated. I didn’t want to allow her to talk to me the way she was but she was not letting up and I gave up and tagged my husband, he went ahead and paid. Which by the way we had to scramble to figure out groceries and things like that. I walked away so upset. I will never come back here again. Btw I hope when you visit your wireless carrier you’re all knowledgeable in a deptmartment you don’t work in..

Also for any parent looking for a white crown this office has them which is very hard to find (trust me).

This is the worst place, I’ve been dealing with them since February my son got braces and they were supposed to check from INS and they never did I was the one always going for follow ups and asking front desk and no one had an answer they always said the girl is not here or oops I’m sorry we haven’t check the email, all the time is a different front desk staff that talks a lot about a practice, months after they never called me to tell me that ins doesn’t cover 100% but ofc the want me to pay 894.00 in full for them to see my son that have an expander that’s is breaking his pallet and having a bad infection! Called them this morning and the manager that has no idea what he’s doing . said I’m sorry ma’am if you don’t pay I can’t book the appointment! And I keep telling him just tell me what I have to do to get my son seen as an emergency he barely can eat and he kept saying pay the amount and we will see him when I’m telling him I don’t have the money, and is not may fault that they lazy and never called me to let me know that INS is not 100 covered! The staff is terrible, now the new manager say something very rude. He said he need to get paid too. They don’t care about the severity of the children, he didn’t even say what should I do with my son, If you guys want to have bad experience and bad customer service go there because honestly they useless! They fix everything with a I AM sorry, but they don’t do anything about it

Experiencia fantástica: Isabella has braces since March/2023. It was initially explained that the braches would remain until at least March 2025 (2 years). She gets her adjustment on schedule each month. She also gets her cleaning every six months. I'm very pleased with the help and support she gets with her teeth and gums. I couldn't ask for better treatment, and the staff is very helpful. If there is an update as to how things are coming with the expected timeframe and results of her teeth alignment thus far, I'm sure I'll get the update when it's time. I'm excited to hear of her progress and I know she is in good hands. Isabella loves that she has braces for the alignment of her teeth. She follows all instructions and I can tell she's proud and happy to get the help she needs. If there is an update, I'd love to hear how things are coming. And thank you for your excellent care and for a wonderful staff. I can tell the kids that come get the best of care.

Experiencia negativa: Every time we go here it is a different experience. Sometimes the front desk is rude, sometimes they are great. Sometimes the hygienist is friendly and patient, other times not. Sometimes the dentist is great with scared kids...sometimes they intimidate them. We will not be going back here. My son (4) went today for his appointment. The doctor acted like him being scared and nervous was an inconvenience to her. She stated that there were "3 other patients waiting to see her" so she basically just wanted to get it over with. No trying to speak nice to my scared child, no reassurances...nothing. They couldn't even finish the appointment bc the doctor was so over it. Uncalled for, lacking professionalism. If you don't like kids, don't get into pediatrics!

However, desk staff leaves a little to be desired. Our appointment was at lunch time and we were greeted (very nicely) by someone who was in the middle of eating lunch at the desk. I hope the staff is given the necessary breaks. Upon checkout I was asked by a different person “You need to come back?”. While nothing wrong with the question, it struck me as odd…of course we do…just a matter of time, right? My biggest issue is that after confirming via Both text and email, I received a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon saying I needed to call back to confirm upon “immediate receipt of the message”. But why? I had already confirmed twice.
