Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sanders is absolutely the best! This is our 3rd child to get orthodontics with Dr. Sanders and he has been amazing with each of them. He takes time to really listen and develop a personalized treatment for each of their individual needs. He is also super flexible with scheduling to fit around school and sports schedules. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, we have had 100% positive experiences with him and his office.

Experiencia negativa: I called them the day before my sons appointment and got all the info about the appointment and when we got there to check in they said that they don’t accept his insurance what a waste of time

Experiencia fantástica: We now have had both of my children in braces with Dr Saunders, he has always provided us with top care! Thankful for him and his great staff!

Experiencia fantástica: My son has had a great experience and he is always in and out for his appointments. Only thing I can say is if something comes up and you have to reschedule it’s a month out.

Experiencia fantástica: His office staff and himself are wonderful they make you feel like family. Which is rare nowadays for a doctors office… my son doesn’t get nervous going there none whatsoever

Experiencia fantástica: Always great service!

Experiencia fantástica: Always thorough but quick appointments. Understanding and kind orthodontist. Had an emergency that needed to be handled ASAP and the dentist used his lunch the next day to fit us in and get it taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: Office is very efficient and professional. My daughter's treatment seems to be going well.

Experiencia fantástica: Still very happy and excited to be told possibly only 3 more visits and braces can come off for my daughter. Shes super excited. Dr Sanders and his staff are amazing as always. Definitely will reccomend to my family and friends. Thanks again Dr Sanders!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We started out at a different orthodontist in the area and unfortunately spent a lot of time getting the runaround. When my daughter received her retainer and it didn’t fit properly, I brought it up, but they didn’t seem concerned. It was so loose it would fall out of her mouth whenever she spoke, yet they still told her to wear it. They wanted $500 to replace it which I felt was asinine since it never worked in the first place. Frustrated, I called Dr. Sanders’ office to see if we could go there instead for a retainer, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism by both the staff and Dr. Sanders himself. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ordered a new properly fitting retainer, and has been seeing her every six weeks to monitor her progress and gently shift her teeth back into place. I truly did not expect such thorough care and attention to detail. This is by far the best orthodontist we’ve been to and the most professional, attentive office I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! Staff was very friendly and the place was always clean. One down side are the stairs.

Experiencia negativa: Literally from experience. You guys are the worst dentist office I've ever seen.In my life. You called my daughter's name. You had a different chart for her from somebody else?'s file not my daughters , and you try to give her work that needed to be done on the other person's. A bracket fell or broke off of her tooth. And you guys did not replace it yesterday. You forgot to replace the bottom half of her bands on her braces, which is unbelievable ridiculous. No way go to Morgantown if you can, these guys are not a good dentist period.

Experiencia fantástica: Sanders' Orthodontics is full of very friendly staff and it was very surprising, but nice, that Dr. Sanders came to the waiting room himself to call on my son. He was a very nice and gentle provider and explained everything in a very thorough manner and in words that both of us could understand instead of like we were medical staff. This was only our first visit, but I think we will be happy here.

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough great things about the Clarksburg staff. They have been so helpful and understanding and Dr. Sanders is second to none.

Experiencia positiva: Everything that matters (professionalism, friendliness, wait time) were all excellent. Dr. Sander’s came and greeted us in the waiting room and took us back and he was very thorough. The only reason I took it to 4 starts instead of 5 is because, as a first time patient, the location (upstairs) and lack of signage to direct you was a bit confusing. The check in was simple, but again, as a first timer, I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first. The office is very dated, but gives a very comforting (grandma’s house) kind of feel. Overall, our experience was pleasant, once we were back in the chair.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly fast caring

Experiencia fantástica: The Dr. And staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional, kind and caring.
