Pain free. I was very satisfied! It is quite costly! But when it’s pain free and it’s a good, quick job, I think I am willing to pay the cost.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt frustrated and disappointed. That’s never the experience we want anyone to have.
Our office begins sending confirmation reminders a over a week in advance by both text and phone. If we’re unable to receive confirmation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, we do release that time so another patient on our waiting list can be seen. We are currently booking several weeks out for hygiene and often reserve up to an hour with both a hygienist and dental assistant, so confirmed appointments are very important to ensure access to care for all families.
That said, we understand that life gets busy, and we never intend for this policy to feel personal or dismissive. If you’d like to speak directly with our office manager, we would be more than happy to review what happened and see how we can help moving forward.
We genuinely wish you and your son the very best and are always open to having a conversation.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so Thankful to have found All Smiles Dental. Dr. Suter and his team do outstanding dental work and are all just a wonderful friendly group of people. I was having severe issues with my two front teeth and I was extremely upset due to the dental work I had received from my former dentist. Dr. Suter listened to every concern that I had and spent as much time as needed to make sure that I was absolutely happy and satisfied with my teeth. He did an outstanding job and I can't recommend this office enough!! I have been to other dentists and Dr. Suter is by far the most knowledgeable and caring dentist that I have found.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to All Smiles for several years. I have always received excellent care but just for basic typical cleanings. Over the weekend a veneer on my front tooth shattered while eating dinner. My wife reached out to Dr. Suter via Facebook yesterday (Sunday) to see if I could be seen on Monday morning. Dr. Suter responded to her within a matter of minutes and told me to come in today (Monday) at 10:00am. After checking my dental situation, Dr. Suter decided putting crowns on both front teeth was the best route to take. He was very thorough in his explanation and talked me through the entire process. The quality of care I received from Sunday through today was second to none. A very easy and painless procedure with an incredible outcome as I’m overly impressed with both crowns. One of the things I love about having CEREC technology in our office is that we’re able to design, create, and place permanent crowns in the same appointment — no temporary crowns, no second visit, no extra waiting around with your front teeth in limbo.

Experiencia negativa: I will say that I had nothing but great experiences in the office, and with all the dental staff. My issue came with the quality of work and overall attitude. In regards to work quality, my toddler needed a filing and the end result was messy, uneven and eventually came off. I had concerns about why a two year-old was getting a cavity so young to begin with. My question was never really answered, I don’t really think one person spoke to the other. With our family, having underlying health concerns and genetic teeth issues, I guess I had hoped for them to dig a little deeper. This brings me to my final straw. I’m not altogether innocent, in the past 2 weeks both my son and myself have had pneumonia and sudden onsets of crazy symptoms requiring a deeper dive. These occurrences happened on the same day as the dentist appointments. So twice in the past week I’ve had to cancel right before the appointment because my sign had just left the ER the first day and I was at the hospital getting chest X-rays, CT, bloodwork and other labs. When I apologized and asked for understanding, the receptionist basically spoke down to me, offered no compassion and said he was being cancelled as a patient. I would’ve paid a fee if asked, but what I really wanted was a bit of kindness, compassion and understanding.

Our office operates on a model of high-quality, individualized care—not a high-volume “dental mill.” Every appointment reserves a full hour of clinical time with both a hygienist and an assistant. That time cannot be recovered when patients no-show or cancel at the time of the appointment. In your case, we had already extended grace for a last-minute cancellation earlier that same week. When it happened again just days later—with no notice—we had no choice but to enforce our office policy and dismiss you from care.
As for your child’s treatment: treating toddlers is inherently difficult due to their inability to remain still or tolerate isolation—something every dentist faces with very young patients. Despite those challenges, we guarantee all of our work with a 1-year warranty, and we would have repaired the restoration at no charge or referred you to a pediatric specialist. Unfortunately, that opportunity never came due to repeated missed appointments.
We wish you the best moving forward and hope you find an office that aligns with your needs and expectations.

I have gone to the same dentist since I was 7 so I was nervous to find a new dentist. I started looking when I moved here over a month ago and found All Smiles. Coincidentally I went to an all smiles in Colorado as well so I thought to try this one. They are not affiliated at all but kinda funny. I really enjoyed my visit to all smiles! I am very grateful I found a good dentist and close to home. Pros (what I liked) - Took time to clearly explain procedures and treatment options in an easy-to-understand way - Very thorough with exams and X-rays to make sure teeth and gums were healthy - Carefully checked previous dental work, including root canals - Focused on preventative care and long-term oral health - Noticed my enlarged tonsils, explained how they could contribute to snoring, and recommended myofunctional therapy as a helpful, non-invasive option - Cleaned my teeth thoroughly while being gentle and pain-free - The dentist and staff were very knowledgeable and professional - Answered questions patiently and never made me feel rushed - Communicated clearly with appointment reminders and confirmations through both text and email Cons (what could be better) - Finding the building can be hard because it doesn’t have a big sign Overall I really enjoyed All Smiles!

Experiencia negativa: The staff are great but the prices are outrageous. I was quoted $100 for cleaning and exam so no big deal. I went with my 3 kids, all getting basic preventative care, so expecting bill to be around $400-500. I was charged $769… I called and asked what the charges were for and she just listed the basic preventative care, I just don’t understand what extra fees were added that would make the total amount increase that much. Did I pay it? Yes. Will I be back? Absolutely not. I just want everyone to be aware of the cost before going so you’re not blindsided like I was… I still have 0 clue how one persons fee of $100 x 4 total people goes from $400+ taxes all the way up to $769. If you want decent care, kind staff, and have the disposable income to pay for nearly twice the estimated cost 2x a year then this is a great dental office. Do not expect their cost of service quote to be relevant to what is actually billed. Also, be aware that they are no longer in network with any insurance providers, according to the lady I spoke with today.

We want to be upfront and clear: At All Smiles Dental, we intentionally chose to go out of network with most insurance providers—not to surprise our patients, but to serve them better. Why? Because our relationship is with you, not the lowest fee an insurance company is willing to pay. That model limits care, quality, and experience—and that’s not the kind of dentistry we believe in or deliver.
That said, we are still extremely insurance-friendly. We go the extra mile to help our patients get reimbursed for the benefits they’ve already paid for through their plans. But as you pointed out, the reimbursement depends entirely on the type of insurance your employer provides. Some plans just don’t cover as much as patients expect, and that can understandably feel frustrating—especially when you’re trying to plan ahead.
Roughly 40% of our patients don’t have dental insurance at all. They come to us because they trust the value, the care, and the experience. We never aim to be the cheapest—we aim to be the most caring, most intentional, and the most patient-focused.
We’d love the chance to talk through your specific charges and walk you through exactly what was done for each of your family members. Transparency matters to us, and we’ll always own it if we fall short in communication.

Iv had multiple issues with my teeth from cavity’s, to needing a root canal, he gave me many options I could go with an recommended to do the canal to save the part of tooth tht was left and fixed my front fake tooth tht was staying to chip. i always left there feeling better then when I arrived i always take his advice seriously for my Health i appreciate them very much.

The hygienist even noticed my daughter had enlarged tonsils and helped to get us referred to a ENT that will more then likely correct several issues we didnt even realize she had.
