Experiencia fantástica: Just finished a cleaning a Wilson Martin here in Bridgeport. I have been coming here for years now. It all started with a tooth ache for which they got me in right away and I've been coming here since. With each appointment I leave knowing I'm getting the best care from the tools to the people. From the moment I walk in and am greeted my nerves start to ease. Then everyone I see through my appointment only eases them further. Kimberly today got me settled in, did my initial screening, helped me pick the best flavor of fluoride, helped me with this appointment and the getting ready for the next. Friendly, comforting, and just wonderful. Madison did my cleaning and from the moment she walked in I knew I was in good hands. Even as this was the most intensive part of my visit, she kept the experience pleasant and relaxed. Extremely knowledgeable, she was able to answer all of my questions and leave me with great advice. Though I didn't have a lot of work for Dr. Fowler today, he is also incredible at what he does and has helped me so much since I started coming here. I cannot recommend these folks enough. Everyone is personable even at 7:30 in the morning (when I am not very personable), but I don’t dread going to the dentist and actually have some great laughs. Stephanie is an amazing assistant who really takes my preferences into consideration even down to numbing flavors (thank goodness because I may have gagged with mango). I feel like the staff takes time to get to know you, treat you like a person and not just a dollar sign, and they take a lot of pride in their work and making sure it is their best. My experience w them was horrible, but not only my own I’ve spoke to several people saying they screwed them over in some way. They added $600 onto a $330 payment I agreed to pay & was paying on & weren’t even going to tell me until I called them about it, They were just going to continue taking money out like it was fine. Do not trust these people! Dr. Getz is way better, they get you in faster, they are way nicer & actually seem to care about their patients. Go there instead.

I had them removed, others pulled, a bridge put in, cleanings, and now multiple fillings. Every appointment is the same - friendly, fast, and painless. I can't express how much dentist anxiety I have, and they walked me through this whole process wonderfully. Thank you WM, after a year long journey, my teeth are as healthy as they can be and only need regular maintenance. Highly recommended!

They were very thorough in their care and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciated how quickly they responded to any concerns, and I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. If I had to mention one minor issue—and it’s truly a small one—the music playing throughout the office was a bit loud, which made it slightly difficult to hear the staff at times. I had to ask them to repeat themselves on a few occasions. That said, it’s definitely not a deal breaker. I’m 1000% sticking with them as my dental provider.

Experiencia negativa: i called them to remove a tooth and asked if they took met life dental. I came in and they evaluated me and did x-rays and scheduled me to come back. When i checked out they said the bill was around 163 dollars. I asked them why so much .that was after it went through my insurance .i checked with my insurance company and they told me Wilson Martino dental was out of my network.so i changed Dentist. Last week got another bill saying i owed them 90.00 dollars. Take it its been 2 months. I asked them what was the bill for she said that's what the insurance didn't pay.so i paid 163 dollars for x-rays and exam.insuarance did not pay a thing.plus they wher wanting to pull all of my teeth on the top for 2 bad teeth.they are Robbers.dont go there.if you do make sure they are in your network for dental insurance dont ask them call your insurance up.

I never had a great experience (the office is always overbooked, the doctor's never spent more than two minutes with you, etc.) but it was acceptable enough for the two cleaning visits I made per year. But recently I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal. I schedule this appointment in April for a Saturday in December this year. I was told the doctor only works on Saturdays so that was my only option. I wait all year just to be told the day before the appointment that the doctor hasn't worked a Saturday in months, they don't know why I wasn't notified, and that I would have to reschedule my appointment for the following month. It seems totally unacceptable to make a change like that and then fail to inform your patients. I will be finding another dentist to visit.

Experiencia negativa: I was treated super rude by one of the girls that does the teeth cleaning. She was rude from the moment she walked in and had zero people skills and couldn't be less friendly. I had apparently mixed up the difference between a partial and a Flipper non permanent tooth and instead of explaining that to me she just kept rudely disagreeing with me and not explaining the difference. She then proceeded to look at my gums and measure while using the tool with the hook on it. I've had my teeth cleaned every year and Noone has ever been so rough. To the point I am convinced she was trying to hurt me on purpose that's just my opinion. she didnt even apologize. She said "if that hurts your gums just arent healthy." Who treats a patient this way?? I had to call it quits I was so mad and ended up leaving. I would never send anyone to these people. DR. Martino was nice but I felt like made excuses for her behavior just trying to deescalate the situation but I will never go back here.

Their whole staff smiles and is very pleasant and Dr.’s are excellent They extracted all my teeth approximately three weeks ago and right before the holiday (4th of July).. I was having pain they had me come right over the doctor looked at everything and told me it was going pretty well and that he would give me some antibiotics and should be good to go so I can go on my vacation. I was really happy and pleased that they were actually seeing me that day on 3 July, right before the holiday. Definitely recommend this dental practice!

They stated I had 8 cavities that my previous dentist did not catch due to their x-ray equipment was out-dated (I go for cleanings every 6 months.) Please do not go here, or get a second opinion if they recommend dental work.

I came here for a second opinion and left the same day with my urgent dental issue fixed and a plan to take care of a less urgent issue. I interacted with multiple staff members who were all fantastic. All were polite and thorough and did not add to the stress I was feeling. They were very careful to address everything about which I was feeling anxious, and that made a big difference in my experience. Samuel Martino was an exceptionally patient dentist and did everything he could to make me feel better. My pain was managed very well. Abby made the insurance and billing info very clear.
