Ilya Freyman, DMD

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr Freyman for years. He does a great job and he’s personable.

Experiencia fantástica: Love my dentist and the staff. From walking in the door you are received with this welcoming smile and a nice to see you again greet. Which right away gives you this assurance that you are in good caring hands. My husband and I have been seen by DMD Freeman since our children were in grade school now they are all adults and we still see him for our dental needs. One term I was force to see another dentist due to change of insurance by company I was employed. One treatment left my left side of my lower lip and chin nummed for almost a year. Was ecstatic when they went back to the previous plan which provided DMD Freyman as a provider. Highly recommend Ilya Freyman, and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to see Dr. Freyman. The office staff was pleasant. Wait time was short. Dr. Freyman did a thorough exam and explained the xrays to me. He gave me a comprehensive plan for what I need with a priorities. The checkout staff were very helpful and patient. No pressure added for scheduling work to be done. Overall, good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting and I had an extraction with Bone graft. Since the moment you walk in you feel at peace. The office staff is amazing and super caring and Dr. Freyman has the hands of an angel. The procedure didn’t take long at all and I did not feel a single bit of pain. He makes sure throughout the whole procedure that you are comfortable and explains to you in a detailed way what was done and what your after care is. I am so happy I found him, as someone who has fear of the dentist I felt every emotion but fear. Thank you Dr. Freyman and staff for making me feel so comfortable and safe.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Dr. Freyman for several years - mostly routine cleanings, but have also had major work done. Always professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I have spent several years trying to find a good dentist. I found Dr. Freyman over a year ago, and I am so pleased. He is kind, listens to concerns, explains recommended procedures and is meticulous in his care. And there is no sales pressure. I had to have a crown and Dr. Freyman and his staff worked to ensure my comfort (you can watch TV or a movie to distract yourself!) and I am very pleased with the procedure and results. The hygienists are very sweet and do a wonderful job with cleanings. I couldn't recommend this dental practice more.

Experiencia fantástica: Highest qualifications, empathy, golden hands - this is Dr. Freyman. Pleasant atmosphere of the office and kind, smiling staff. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dentist care.

Experiencia fantástica: Here's an example of a positive review for an implant dentist: --- I can't recommend the doctor and his team enough! From my first consultation to the final placement of my dental implant, the entire experience was exceptional. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort truly set this office apart. The dental office was state-of-the-art, which gave me confidence in the procedures being performed. The staff was friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasant one. I was particularly impressed by how smooth the procedure went—there was minimal discomfort, and the recovery time was quicker than I anticipated. Most importantly, my new implant feels and looks natural, and I can finally eat and smile with confidence again! If you’re considering dental implants, I highly recommend visiting, —you won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter here for the first time and they took AMAZING care of her. They talked her through every part of the exam and made her feel comfortable. The hygienist, dentist, and receptionist were all kind and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have had a pleasant experience here. The workers are super nice and no one ever makes me feel nervous or unheard.

Experiencia fantástica: Great and gentle dentist. Friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a positive experience when I go to get my teeth cleaned. The Doctor and his staff have always treated me professionally and with respect.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the way this dental office handled my mother’s treatment and insurance. My mother is a Humana insurance member, and she was charged thousands of dollars for dental crowns that should have been covered. The office either failed to verify her insurance benefits properly or deliberately misled her about coverage. After being concerned about the high out-of-pocket costs, my mother sought a second opinion at a different dentist. To our shock, we were told that the crowns are fully covered under her Humana plan and should never have required such a large payment. This raises serious ethical concerns about the practices at this office. Either they are not competent enough to properly process insurance claims or they are intentionally overcharging patients for procedures that should be covered. This is not just frustrating—it’s financially and emotionally damaging to patients, especially seniors on fixed incomes. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here and to verify everything independently with your insurance provider. We will be reporting this office to Humana and the appropriate state dental board. Patients deserve transparency and honesty—not predatory billing.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing as usual!!!! It's so relaxing and everyone is soooo sweet, calm and pleasant! I love being here

Experiencia fantástica: The teeth cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Freyman was very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this office for 19 years. I moved and will drive across town to go there. Office staff exceptional, techs gentle and efficient and Dr couldn't be more qualified.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist and staff are very attentive and friendly. Im extremely happy with the crown work and dental service I have received. I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this office!! Everyone I encountered was exceptionally polite and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient had received a complete full mouth exam, ex-rays and cleaning and it was a very pleasant experience. I am very happy with my choice and already made my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Their office is so sparkling clean, and everybody is so nice and professional!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best dentist in the area! Saw me as an emergency, stayed late to fit me in and helped me fix a problem another dentist created. Plus the staff are all so kind, professional and simply AMAZING! Thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Freyman and his entire staff are excellent. The crowns he's done are perfect, and apparently indestructible. Sarah does my cleanings and X-rays, and she's gentle, but thorough. I wouldn't even think of going to any other dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Virtually painless root canal, very attentive and both the temporary and permanent crowns fit like a glove!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I've been too in years. Alot of my family have now switched over to this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are always prompt and courteous

Experiencia negativa: They will take your money and pocket it, then also bill the insurance. Worst people on the planet.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency this week and ONCE AGAIN, DR FREYMAN CAME THROUGH FOR ME!!!! He truly serves with excellence and I am very, very, very grateful for him and the staff. Thank you all for how you helped me this week! Truly grateful. I've been coming here for several years and Angela at the front desk is a gem! Dr. Freyman is always professional and thorough, making sure I understand every step of my treatment. The staff is equally wonderful—polite, friendly, and genuinely sweet. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and I always feel well taken care of. They truly have an efficient facility with everything always clean and organized.

Experiencia fantástica: Right on time.Outstanding explanation of diagnosis and proposed treatment, office and exam rooms are spotlessly clean,Even offered payment plan unheard of these days

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was 12 years old. Whenever I visit Dr. Freyman I know I’m in good hands. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for all the my dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Freyman is honest and very nice. Angela at the reception is so very kind and friendly. It is a pleasure visiting this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed with the dental hygienist - Sara. I was actually impressed, by far she is the best one that I have experienced here at Dr Freyman's office. I have been going here for about 20 years. I did get married and moved to Conway area and went to my husbands dentist, well they were scammers doing whatever they can to get $$. I promptly went back to Dr. Freyman no matter the travel or traffic. This dentist has the skills of a machinist, his hands are steady and his eyes are sharp, he really is EXCELLENT and his staff are awesome too. They really want to help you. I read a bad review on here that was posted 2 weeks ago, I am sad she thinks so little of this place, because what she thinks could not be further from the truth. This is a for profit business. Hope she finds her better dentist, but good luck on that one.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Freeman did a great job as he always does. He has a professional and courteous staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist. Proficient at scheduling, I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room. They get u right in and there’s no waiting in the back. Everyone that works there is always so pleasant. Feels like a family, heartwarming. And the dentist is amazingly good with people who are fearful like me. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Just an awful experience. I went because a crown had fallen out. After the initial examination the doctor appeared with a set of dentures. This was "HIS" plan for my mouth. It was so easy for him to say. "We need to pull all your teeth"? I was shocked! I replied.. Sorry Doc.. I'm not ready for that but I am trying to save what I have left. I'm not in any pain & nothing is infected. Let's just extract the tooth that was holding the crown because it was decayed and could not support the Crown. He was not sympathetic or caring at all. I also wear a bridge my father made. He is a retired Orthodontist. When I told him that my father would add the tooth to my bridge after the extraction.. he got a strange smirk & walked out of the room. I then sat in a separate dark room waiting for someone to come talk to me. But.. it was if I suddenly had Leprosy. I finally got up after 20 min. of silence & walked out to the counter to pay for the office visit and left! Ugh. I've recently gone to a new dentist in Lake Mary who is at least trying to save the teeth I have left so I can continue wearing my beautiful bridge my father made. So in the end Mr. ILYA's 10,000 Denture Plan costed me 150.00 for a simple extraction in Lake Mary. Mr. ILYA was rude.. condescending and if he can't get you on "HIS" plan for $$$$. Then.. your just simply.. a number. EDIT: Well it's been over 3 years & I still have all the teeth this guy wanted to pull. In fact. I had a nice steak at Ruth's Chris last night. I wonder how many times other poor people fell victim to his creative $$ journey. Just awful.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional attention to detail in a high tech setting. Dr Freyman is the best!

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn’t recommend. Really long waits, really little time with the dr, I have Humana and the price that was given to me was twice as much as what I paid with my current General practitioner and specialist for a root canal and crown. Also the dentist wanted to perform both procedures and said it was gonna take over 2 hours (My specialist did the RCT in 20 min) Receptionists and dentists assistant were very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff. Very pleasant. Dr is very skilled

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Freyman is such a nice guy and tries to calm the patient as much as possible. He is very thorough and does a good job with the procedure. He was the 4th Dentist I saw before choosing him.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been coming for years. The staff is professional and friendly. Never a long wait.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Freyman clearly explained my need for bonding and expertly performed the procedure. My teeth look so much better and I am grateful to have Dr Freyman as my dentist. And the entire staff is very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this office. Dr.Freyman is a perfectionist and a very gentle dentist. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia negativa: Have tried to contact the office for over a month now and unable to secure appointment. Understanding time off for holidays , messages were left prior to the holidays and contacted again starting the second week of January. Left message via website, phone, have never been able to speak to receptionist. To be fair I’m trying this hard to get an appointment with Dr. Freyman as I have seen him in the past and he was a polite competent dentist.

Experiencia positiva: My mom has been seeing the Dentist for some time. She is very satisfied with his work and recommends him. The place is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, the Dentist and assistants speak spanish.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Freyman is a wonderful Dentist! He really cares and takes all the time a patient needs with explanation of options! You can tell he really loves his job! From the front desk to the chair you will feel relaxed! Since moving to Florida I found it very difficult to find a Dentist with all his qualities! Don’t think twice just book an appointment!
