Experiencia fantástica: I have super bad dental anxiety and had to get a procedure done and the assistant Macy was so kind and so patient with me throughout the whole process she even got me a Jamba Juice smoothie for after my procedure which i have never experienced for! Dr Jason explained everything so throughly and is very knowledgeable! Cortney was super helpful going over options for a payment plan in my budget! Every single person from the front office to the back office seems to truly care and are all so compassionate! The office was very clean and everything was so high tech! They quickly set me up with a temporary front tooth and scheduled a follow up appointment for the permanent cap. Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with my experience at All Smiles Dentistry. We visited this office over a year ago and made it a point to pay everything upfront at the time of service. There were no outstanding balances communicated to us, and we left under the clear understanding that our account was fully settled. Now, more than a year later, we are suddenly receiving a bill claiming we owe additional money. This is unacceptable. Billing issues like this should be handled accurately and in a timely manner—not brought up long after the fact. This situation raises serious concerns about their billing practices and transparency. Patients should not have to worry about surprise charges appearing a year later after being told everything was paid. I expected professionalism and proper financial handling, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: I originally went to All Smiles due to the fact that they offered sedation. I was afraid of dentists after having my jaw broken without novacaine many years ago. At All Smiles, they were very gentle, understood my fear and told me every step they were taking. Also, being able to see the inside of my mouth on camera helped me understand how my own dental care was progressing. I suspect the prices of service at All Smiles are higher than average, but so is their service. I can now get a cleaning without having to get drunk or take sedatives!

Experiencia positiva: Update as of 4/28/2026 Dr. Jason and his team have reached out to me and resolved my billing issues with a refund. It sounds like they are trying to make things right after some poor management and have been taking the steps to do so. That being said, my experience still did happen, and they have lost my trust. I do still appreciate the effort they have taken to make it right. I had been a patient at this office for several years, and in the past it was a positive experience. Dr. Jason was always kind, and the hygienists were great to work with. However, about a year ago there was a complete staff turnover, including the front office, and the quality of care and overall experience declined significantly. During one visit, I had a particularly uncomfortable experience with a hygienist who made me feel judged and pressured me to agree to additional treatments, despite my clearly stating that those expenses were not financially feasible. That interaction ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. After switching dentists, I learned that much of the recommended work would have cost me thousands of dollars and was not actually necessary. More recently, over a year after leaving the practice, I was unexpectedly contacted about a large outstanding bill. This was surprising, as there have been no recent insurance claims, and I would have expected any balance to have been addressed months ago. I have requested an itemized bill multiple times and have yet to receive one, making it impossible to verify the charges. Additionally, I asked to be removed from their text communication system and to receive correspondence via email or formal mail instead. I was told this would not be accommodated, which is frustrating and unprofessional. While I only had one directly negative clinical interaction, the overall business practices—particularly around billing transparency and patient communication—are concerning. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this practice despite the positive reputation it may have had in the past.

Three years later and they are still a dream dentistry with excellent high tech equipment and staff. I’m nearly finished with an invisilign treatment that has gone very smoothly. Experiencia positiva: I really like all smiles staff and dentist. The only inconvenience is the recommendation to see a periodontist. They have a periodontist that comes into the clinic however unless I pay out of pocket the periodontist doesn’t take my insurance. Now I have to find another periodontist that takes my insurance. The problem with that is you have see the clinics dentist to be evaluated. What a waste in time and money.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs. I was nervous to see the dentist last December as I hadn’t seen a dentist since early 2020. Unfortunately I had cavities on both sides of my mouth that would require filling. I was scheduled with Dr. Aiman (sp?) as the primary dentist was not available on the schedule for several weeks. Both procedures took longer than normal and the second in particular was worrisome as the assistant was repeatedly having trouble getting the spacers in. The next day I had significant pain and after a few days I couldn’t take it anymore and called the office - ofcourse they were away for the holidays and I’d have to wait for the new year. When they were open again I told them my teeth were really sensitive to both hot and cold and I couldn’t chew on the left side of my mouth without pain. They got me in that day to see Dr. Aiman again who simply shaved down my molars and sent me on my why. Now I had a new problem! My molars don’t touch when I close my jaw straight and only touch at the canines. Fast forward nine months and I’m still in pain after I eat and can only chew on the right side of my mouth. I’ve called twice and sent a text making them aware of the situation and that I would not be paying the bill (which was just the remainder from insurance; they were already paid the majority from my insurance company) and yet bills kept arriving. Eventually they sent it to collections and sent me a letter discontinuing our client-patient relationship (which was ironic because I called and did just that several months prior.) Now here I am seeing Dr. Aiman suspiciously doesn’t work there anymore (or at least isn’t on the website) and several other people complaining of the same problem. Never once received an apology, they never once offered to wipe away the debt. I’ve even called twice since being sent to collections to try and talk to a person about a resolution and have been ignored. I eventually went and saw my old dentist again despite the thirty minute longer commute and they were appalled. I asked if they could fix it and they said “we would probably end up doing more harm than good if we tried to fix it.” So it looks like I just get to have tooth pain for the rest of my life. Thanks No Smiles Dentistry! STAY AWAY.

I have horrible dental anxiety, but all the staff is so kind and understanding. They always make me feel comfortable. I am in the middle of an implant treatment, and it’s been the best process. I appreciate the staff and even though I moved cities, I’m STILL keeping them as my dental office :)

Experiencia negativa: Update: For several years in a row now they have told me that I need to pay out of pocket so they can do X-rays more often than my coverage allows. However I haven’t had any problems and there was zero reason to need this, unless you factor in the money they collect from it. I’ve been going here for years and slowly noticed a decline in customer care. The Uber-frequent X-rays is a prime example.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Jason for well over a decade. He imo is a trustworthy Dr with your best interests at heart, and has a wonderful bedside mannor (both important things for dental work). Every single staff member has always been a prime exmple of professionalism, they all do exemplary work, gental cleanings, and are always helpful. Wonderful dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a root canal today with Dr. Aiman, and Tina was his assistant. Both were new to me and I was very nervous- new dentist, new assistant, and a crazy root canal. Well, they both were so kind, reassuring each step of the way, and completed my root canal with no problems. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for taking care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: I'd like to start this review by saying I got a same day appt to address my dental pain after some fillings. I called, and they got me in. Then, I was taken care of by Cierra, and she was amazing. Very concerned about the pain and talked to me like a human. I felt completely comfortable. She asked a lot of questions about the discomfort too. Ran some different tests. And talked to me about everything. No surprises. I felt that Cierra quickly and professionally got to the bottom of my issue. Under my own circumstances it'll take a little longer to get the problem solved, but all smiles was prepared to get me in next day for a rootcanal. Highly recommend this dentist office. I've never been so well taken care of. What you say matters here.
