After Novocain (sp?) wore off, it felt like nothing had happened (which is exactly what I hoped for!). Everyone there is friendly, and they make sure you are comfortable!

When I saw their intro special pricing for new patients I checked them out, and I’m so glad I did. The hygienist was the most skilled I’ve ever encountered, and when it turned out I had a small cavity I had the pleasure of getting a completely painless filling - without anesthetic - from Dr. Ishi. She is so, so, good. I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Madison Street Dental. Way above expectations!

They need to be trained on office profesionalism and how not to speak about your patients behind their backs. *Upadate 12/2025 - I went for my regular cleaning today and Danielle (my Dental Hygenist), is amazing! She is always professional; takes pride in her work, show's care & concern for me while cleaning my teeth, and is very respectful of patient privacy. I so appreciate her and her professionalism. I’m not a huge fan of any dental office because of past experiences and have developed an associated fear of dental work; however, this dental office is an exception to all my fears. In regards to this fear, I take very good care of my teeth in order to not have to go to the dentist often (more than the prescribed twice per year). However, I had some cracks in one tooth and needed a crown. I tend to have anxiety while at the dentist, but yesterday I went for a crown fitting. The dentist and the assistant that worked on my tooth communicated with me throughout the entire process - I was told what was going to happen before it happen; I was told what was happening, while it happened; and I was spoken to (just general conversation) during the process, which all made me feel much more comfortable than I typically would. Today I received a phone call from the office to check on my status. I so appreciate this dental office! They are very professional, respectful and they show real care and concern for all their patients. Thank you Madison Street Dental Office staff - from the front office staff members to the Assistants, to the Dental Hygienist, to the Dentist - great job all!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give a shout-out to a hidden gem inside of the town of Woodstock, IL. I was looking for a new dentist and googled one near me. When I found Madison Street Dental, I was surprised that I had never seen it before in the cute little part of Woodstock's Square. Upon my arrival to my appointment, I was greeted with such big smiles and happy vibes. The entire process of seeing a new dentist was such a breeze. The icing on the top was my Dental Hygienist by the name of Nikki. Nikki was not only very informative when it came to what she saw inside of my mouth, but was also very helpful in describing possible treatments and solutions to my issues. She cleaned my mouth without me feeling any type of pain or sensitivity, which for me, is rare. Dr. Wu was also very professional and nice. I highly recommend this business and look forward to receiving future treatments and cleanings from them. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’m going to have to say no to this one. Dentist was gentle but I paid cash and had resin put on to hold my retainer. Needless to say $500 later and two weeks later I had no more resin on my tooth! They also tried to sell me a so call “Deal package” not a home feel at all.

I was super nervous to change from my forever dentist Dr. Mike, because he truly has been more than a dentist, he became a friend. Arriving at Madison Street Dental, I told them, I'm not happy about switching and I was going to be very particular about my dental care. Madison Street Dental was not only fantastic, they were kind, patient and very accommodating. I had to go back in two weeks, because I had something the dentist just wanted to look at again... and they no charged the revisit. The place is clean and the ladies are so professional, ALL OF THEM. The dentist is SOOO KIND. GeGe was the dental assistant, and she KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK, as far as cleaning went and kindness. Experiencia fantástica: A great place to go to, if you’re in the Woodstock area. I’ve been looking for a place near my house that I can go to after work (appt set at 6pm). I had two fillings done by dr Kim and hygienist/asst, Jenn (I hope I have her name correct). They were fantastic and super nice. Each of the ladies were attentive and asked if I was in pain and whatnot. The receptionist, Vanessa, was very sweet and pleasant to talk to. Everyone made the process easy and smooth and made sure it wasn’t stressful and painful experience.

The entire staff was a pleasure. I ended up seeing Dr. Kim and she was very kind, gentle, and explained everything very clearly. Her assistant was very thorough and when it came to putting on a temporary crown, remade it as she felt it wasn't proper and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly for me so I wouldn't have any further issues. Going to the dentist is still going to be a nerve racking task for me, but this office definitely helps ease some of the worries.
