Franz V Steven DMD

Experiencia negativa: They changed they're policy at some point and stopped taking my insurance, but never informed me about this at any point until I got a surprise bill in the mail for over $340 for my wife and I to get basic cleanings. There were two of us on separate appointments. They could have told us when we booked, or when we showed up to check in, but they didn't. There were at least four opportunities between the two of us. Thank goodness I had to cancel the 6-month follow-up, because they took so long to bill that if I hadn't I would have unknowingly been charged another $340. And for both of us it was the worst cleaning we had ever had. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Stevens himself, but I will not be coming back after this experience with the rest of his office.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, looking forward to continued work with this practice. Recommend this practice, whole staff was fantastic.

The day we called they were able to see here quickly that same day. They both worked on her to fix the tooth. They were so kind and patient with her through the process that took some time. Our daughter left with a smile and was very happy with how natural the tooth looked. We are so thankful for them and their kindness.
