Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing and if you hear otherwise then please disregard. The staff is super nice and all the doctors there are kind and gentle and have great bedside manner. I could not ask for a better place to have dental work done.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Fuller was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of work done in one day, my appointment started at 10 and ended at 3. Even though it was long, I utilized the anesthesia provided (nitrous oxide and pill) and I had a very comfortable experience. I received these lovely teeth stress balls, headphones that paired to my phone, and Dr. Fuller’s assistant (I am so sorry love, I forgot your name. You were absolutely the best.) was a breath of fresh air. She held my hand y’all. What a hero. It is so rare to have someone care so much about you as a person in a dental office. Thank you. You truly made my experience so comfortable. Yvonne was the most helpful and welcoming person. She guided me through the financing process and she was kind and nonjudgmental. She answered every question I had too. No matter how silly I thought they were, she did not judge me at all. EDIT: Do not come here. That “amazing” Dr. Fuller is no longer at the practice. The “amazing” root canal and crown procedure failed and I was told by another dentist inside that it was due to the doctor doing the root canal incorrectly. I had a puss filled bubble above the tooth. I called to try to get in immediately, that was met with a no. I finally got in days later and a dentist took one look, prescribed me antibiotics, and sent me on my way. Two days later, the PERMANENT crown comes out while I’m eating regular food. I try to call again to get in. I was told “the office manager is busy. I will leave a message with her.” I got no call back. I decided to call myself AGAIN. I finally got an appointment for the next day at 11. By the way… I work a very stressful job that needs me to be present… I can’t keep leaving my job. I told them this and they did not care. Once I get in, a very nice dentist actually tried to help me. He discovered that the root canal was performed incorrectly and now… my tooth needs to be removed and an implant inserted. Guys. I’m 29. The tooth needed a crown. Now I’m being told that I’m losing a tooth… I start to cry in the chair. The dentist and assistant were so kind to me. I had so many more questions, the dentist told me to speak to the manager first and then he would answer all of my questions. It was when I was taken to the manager’s office when it all went left. The woman’s name is Peggy. I will not disclose any other staff because they don’t deserve to be blasted for one person’s poor communication and customer service skills. She immediately told me that I bit into something that caused my tooth to break. I was SHOCKED. She instantly blamed me when the dentist told me something completely different. She then priced me out for over 4 grand for the new work… she said “we can take 400 off. That’s all we can do.” I was getting frustrated but I kept my composure. I explained that this was done due to negligence and she instantly cut me off and said that it wasn’t true… she got up and decided not to discuss calmly while sitting down. She decided to tell me that I was being a problem and that I should just wait for “upper management” to handle it. I have no tooth in my mouth….. this is devastating. I was told that I needed antibiotics by the dentist but I wasn’t allowed to ask more questions. I left, but doubled back in 3 minutes later because I had questions for my dentist and I didn’t get the script for the antibiotics. I asked the front desk for the PEGGY’s name and upper managements number. Peggy came out and refused to give it to me. She was on the phone with them when I came back in. She kept laughing and talking with Upper management saying that I refuse to leave. I had questions, I have a forward facing job, and now I’m so self conscious about my smile and self esteem. I have missed hours of work and I feel ugly now. I was supposed to get a good experience but I was treated so badly. Now I’m afraid to leave my house. I called again today and I was told to just wait. Save your time, money, and smile. Do not come here.

Experiencia negativa: Completely unprofessional experience. Showed up early (at 2pm) to my 3pm dental cleaning appointment. They took me in at 2:20pm only to tell me that the hygienist wouldn’t take any more cleanings for the day. I had to take off work for this appointment and they told me I would need to come in a whole different day again with no consideration to my time. A complete waste of my time.

Dr Erich Zimmerman and his assistant Krista were awesome the both of them did an amazing job. I went in there very nervous and scared but Dr Zimmerman was very patient and he spoke to me with a calm voice and he was very gentle every step of the way. Krista was an angel that never left my side and she was very gentle and talked me through the procedure. Krista made me laugh and she made me feel better ❤️‍ Overall the both of them were amazing and they definitely deserve 5 stars for the awesome work they performed. If you need dental work done and you’re trying to find somewhere to go (Three Rivers Dental) is the only place I recommend.

Experiencia negativa: This practice uses high-pressure sales tactics to get you to pay for expensive treatments before you can get a second opinion or verify your options. One of the tactics they use is offering a discount if you agree to the treatment before you leave your evaluation. Be wary of anyone that tries to rush you into making such an important and expensive decision.

Before I had hung up the phone I wanted to see if there were any spots open or any cancellations. Luckily, there was so I came in today and got my usual check up cleaning and Dr. Fuller was inspecting my cleaning and happened to notice there was a small cavity. Time may have running short on my end since my hour was almost up but she was able to take care of my cavity and I was out the door just time to return back to work. She was amazing and fast! I appreciate her agility and her taking more time out of her day to complete my visit. :)

I needed a root canal and that was a fantastic experience. I was knocked out and it only took an hour! No pain or complications. Just came back for a cleaning and it was flawless! Dr. Zimmerman is great to work with and very friendly. Kudos to Alex and Yvonne with their help in writhing with my schedule too. Close to home, caring, and welcoming; I found my new favorite dental office.

Experiencia negativa: Came in for a new client consult after not having gone to the dentist for a couple years. I was seen very quickly and everyone was super thorough and friendly! Came up with a treatment plan going forward with Dr. Zimmerman. I plan to make this my regular dentist. Edit: I came for a follow up appointment a week later and had a very different experience. I came in for a cleaning and they switched it up and told me I needed a deep cleaning and it would be $100 extra. If I did not choose to do the deep cleaning that day, I would have to put down a deposit for them to do it in the future. This made no sense since I didn’t have to do a deposit to schedule this appointment at my last visit. I was given a gift-card for my initial review and truly felt happy leaving but after the last experience, I do not plan on returning.
