Experiencia fantástica: I went for a consult to find out which of 3 teeth was the problem. Quickly found the culprit and had my root canal. I was anxious for days leading up to appointment, basically afraid of pain during the procedure since this tooth has been tough to numb up in the past. Didn't feel a thing, even the anesthesia injections were hardly felt! Very pleased with Dr. Volk and dental assistant Nikki. If I ever need this procedure again, this is where I'm going.

Experiencia fantástica: I was VERY nervous about having a root canal procedure. I have had other dental procedures before where they just didn't seem to go as well. Dr Volk and her assistant helped put everything at ease and really made sure that I had a good experience. I was also surprised how fast everything was. Dr Volk and her assistant were very in sync and talked throughout the procedure, which helped take my mind off of things. They made everything feel very comfortable to the point where I don't think I would mind coming back for another treatment, hopefully I won't need one though! After dealing with almost 3 weeks of pain, I was finally free. Cannot give enough praises and thank yous!

Experiencia fantástica: After almost 3 weeks of antibiotics, no quality sleep, and a rotating diet of soft food and advil liquid gels, I was feeling frustrated and exhausted. I knew my appointment was just going to be a consultation but was hopeful for some answers for a molar that was more than likely infected. The doctor did a scan, said my problem was straight forward, and she could get me relief that day before a long holiday weekend. She told me she was going to do a root canal and I was ready to cry tears of joy. She did it in between her very busy schedule and I was and am forever grateful. Her assistant was superb and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this facility enough.

Dr. Volk and staff were amazing! The process was quick and my son said it wasn't painful at all. It's been nearly 12 hours since he was finished and he has had no pain or swelling. Experiencia fantástica: My outstanding dentist referred me and highly recommended me to Precision Endodontics for further evaluation of a suspected need for a root canal after dealing with the pain for almost two weeks. They booked me with the earliest available appointment and I requested to put me on a call list in case they had a cancellation. An hour after I got home Helen called me and got me booked for the very next day. After a thorough exam and consultation with Dr. Volk it was determined I do indeed need a root canal and was scheduled for two weeks hence. Once again Helen called and got me in much earlier due to another fortuitous cancellation. I can’t say enough good things about everyone in the office there. Wonderful people all around. Highly recommended!

Secondly, the receptionist was very friendly and professional creating a relaxing atmosphere. Experiencia negativa: I visited the office to get a root canal performed. I was told that I had to get a three d film taken to identify my issue with my tooth. I paid 400.00 up front since my insurance probably would not cover it. I had the root canal performed thinking the problem was resolved only to go to my dentist a month later to find out my root was split. My family dentist then informed me that I had to go to an oral surgeon to have the tooth extracted. Two months later only to find out I wasted my time and money with this end result.

She explained everything and made sure I understood what was going to happen. She went to work and was done pretty quickly. I had previous experiences with not being able to get numb enough to do a root canal and that is why I had to go to her office. She walked into the room and said “the one thing I will not be humble about is my numbing skills” and she should never be humble about them because she is amazing!!!! She did an amazing job and I felt absolutely nothing. Truthfully, I almost fell asleep during the procedure.
