Sheehan Orthodontics

Experiencia fantástica: We had an excelente experience, the whole staff was awesome

Experiencia fantástica: My son, William got his braces off today and he looks great! He’s my third and final child to go to Dr. Sheehan and I’m so glad they did! They all have beautiful smiles! Not only is Dr. Sheehan top in his field but so is his entire team! From the front desk to those assisting in the back- it’s been a great place to spend my time (and my money)! Thanks Sheehan team for years of care and service- I really appreciate it!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sheehan and his team have been amazing. From the very first visit, they made us feel welcome and took the time to answer all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and have a wonderful way of working with children. They know how to make kids feel comfortable while making sure they get the best care possible. It’s easy to see that they truly care about every patient. They have the experience, the right equipment, and a great team to help your teeth and jaw become the best they can be. We are so happy with the care our family has received and look forward to working with Dr. Sheehan and his team for all of our family’s orthodontic needs. We highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Really great service! Everyone was so nice and informative. My inner retainer had fell out and the team was able to make time for me to fix it within 24 hours. I’ve always had to wait a least a week. I got the help I needed and they were so honest about what needed to be done!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice service from the staff and Dr. Sheehan. I loved how he explained in detailed my treatment plan and answered all my concerns. Very professional, good listener, and great customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly the greatest people you will ever meet!! I showed up on their doorstep two years ago after a horse injury that left me with a tooth shoved up into my gum line. Dr. Sheehan and his staff took me in and told me they would do what they could to get me fixed up. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It felt more like visiting friends than having to go to an appointment every time I went in. The entire staff was so invested in my progress too. They celebrated every milestone with me and made me feel like I was less alone as I dealt with my injuries. They truly care so much about every patient! Now I have my braces off and my tooth is back down where its supposed to be. When I first got injured I was so afraid I'd never be the same but Dr. Sheehan and his staff worked their magic and made me feel like me again! It's been a long journey that I wouldn't have wanted to go through with anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were warmly welcomed by the entire staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely happy to be there. You can feel the positive energy from their faces and the atmosphere all around. On our first visit, we were checked in by Ms. Jill, who was very kind, attentive, and well-prepared. By the time we arrived, she had already taken care of the insurance details and secured the necessary approvals. She had even read all the comments we included in the online form, so the case was fully prepared before we met the doctor. Ms. Jill is truly a role model when it comes to taking ownership and doing her job with excellence. Then came Dr. Sheehan — and honestly, he is something special. Although he graduated in the late 1980s, he has kept himself and his clinic fully updated with the latest technology and knowledge in the field. He explained our son’s case very clearly and showed us everything on the screen, walking us through how the treatment would progress step by step. He’s not just a dentist in my opinion — he’s also a very skilled engineer and a talented artist! What really stood out to me was his calm and respectful attitude. He listens carefully to every comment and answers all questions with patience and clarity. The clinic also provided us with clear payment plans right from the start. The treatment is going very well for our son, and we’re grateful for the care and attention we’ve received. I definitely recommend Dr. Sheehan to anyone looking for professional care and peace of mind.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had only positive experiences with Dr. Sheehan and his staff. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sheehan is a true diamond in the rough and so is his staff. ADULT PATIENT. - This will be long… after having ortho treatment as a teenager when my dentist told me I needed more I didn’t want to believe it. It took two years for me to finally consult with orthos in the area. Each ortho only gave me an estimate for Invisalign to camouflage my bite issues and said they couldn’t fix my symptoms. Dr. Sheehan honestly said, I can’t fix this with braces alone, you need jaw surgery… which I absolutely did. He was so forthcoming and honest. He worked with my surgeon to prepare my bite for surgery, something many surgeons don’t do, or simply don’t have the experience. He takes a conservative approach after surgery which I appreciate compared to other people I have talked to who have had multiple bite issues after surgery. Fast forward… four years from my my initial consult and two years from deciding to go ahead… he has been a pillar of strength. I can call and even text him (which is great as a hard of hearing person) and he answers all of my questions. His office staff is absolutely fantastic… even by text!! During my treatment I moved across state lines and happily drive 45 minutes to feel such a comfort and know I am in the best hands. Dr. Sheehan is who you should visit for complicated jaw issues at any age, I trust him implicitly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sheehan and all staff members are truly magnificent. The office is welcoming and comfortable. They don't waste your time. They care for everyone's health by making sure absolutely everyone (staff and visitors) wears a mask. Upon arrival, you take your temperature and sanitize your hands. You check in and within a couple short minutes you are seated for your appointment. The montly visit takes 20 minutes or less (depending on the patient's treatment). I am so impressed with the visible progress of the treatment on my child's teeth. The technology used is incredible. Dr. Sheehan loves his profession. He's so knowledgeable in the field of orthodontics and loves to explain with visuals how the treament gets done and why. He includes your child in the consultation by talking directly to the child.
