Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vitelli and everyone at Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry! From my very first appointment several months ago, Dr. Vitelli took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, explain exactly what treatment was needed, and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and caring he was throughout the entire process. Over the past several months, Dr. Vitelli restored my smile by repairing my cracked teeth with beautiful crowns and creating a permanent crown bridge to replace my missing tooth. Today, he completed the final step by installing my crown bridge, and it fits perfectly! I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile looks and feels amazing, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Vitelli is an outstanding dentist who takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the results. Experiencia fantástica: Dr V is a great dentist and the staff are always professional and friendly. Maybe it's a bit much to say I love going to the dentist...but they make it easy and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Dentist. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: About a year back, I walked into Dr. vittelli's practice more as a long term infrastructure project than a patient considering the amount of work my teeth needed :). Their office is very professional, skilled and incredibly efficient. They turned something stressful to a very positive experience. The best thing I like about the practice is minimum referrals. Almost everything is done in house.

Experiencia fantástica: I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Vitelli. As a new patient, I did not need to wait 6-12 months for an appointment. The dental work that I needed was thoroughly explained and the anticipated cost reasonable. Dr. Vitelli takes his time; not running from one patient to another during your treatment. Truly unique.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Vitelli is very conscientious and attentive to his patients. Most importantly, he is very competent and skilled. He runs his practice with professionalism and integrity. I’m a fan. Ashley is a great hygienist. Super thorough and gentle and helpful!

The professionalism of the staff is impeccable, and the calm confidence of everyone in the office is very reassuring. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vitelli is a cool dude. He tells you everything you need to know about procedures, asks follow up questions if you're unsure about anything, and has great bedside manners.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy to write this review because the service was exceptional. Dr Vitelli is a very personable professional Dentist. He conducted the extraction very meticulously with confidence. But what I like most is the accessibility to care. There was no running around… there was no call back next week we are filled or not taking new patients. They scheduled the appointment and I was able to get the service that I required. I did not have any pain. His assistant Ida possessed a very calming touch and is quite knowledgeable in her aftercare craft. I have found a dental practice that feels like I am receiving authentic care and not for the proceeds. The receptionist was awesome and welcoming. Kudos to Dr. Vitelli and the team. Job well done!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever!! Caring and does a great job explaining everything

I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist now!

From the call for an appointment to the exit meeting, all of the staff were pleasant, caring, and explained all procedures. Dr. Vitelli has a great demeanor and put me at ease by showing me the results of the examination and explained the next steps. The Hygienist is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She also explained all steps to include how to complete improved home care of my teeth. The office is clean, well equipped, and easy to locate. The only minus is a small parking lot with some street parking available. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I would be comfortable at the dentist. I had a few traumatic dental experiences and eventually stopped going. I was too afraid. But Dr. Vitelli and his staff are outstanding and really put me at ease. They offer sedation options. They are genuinely warm and caring. They are patient with those of us who are terrified. A special thank you to my hygienist Ashley who treated me so gently and thoroughly. Five stars really aren't enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in MD for a few months earlier this year. I needed a cleaning and whitening. I'm glad I chose this place. They came highly recommended. It was easy to book, easy to check in, everyone is professional and Dr. V is very thorough. I ended up needing 2 crowns and a filling! My previous dentist didn't even mention these issues! Needless to say, I won't be going back to that previous practice. I'm due for another cleaning and exam and it would totally be worth the flight! See you soon! Xo Nicky

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff efficient and pleasant as always. Dental tech gentle though very thorough in cleaning. This time added X rays and gums imaging- their system is so non-invasive and advanced it sends instantaneous pics to their imaging system- zero discomfort ( and lead protective shield for xray) for the patient. Dr. V efficient and knowledgeable- and just plain kind. All in all an excellent experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry is a great dental office for anyone in search of highly qualified and competent dental staff. I have had excellent care since switching to this office. I can't say enough about Dr. Vitelli and his staff; very attentive and professional. They did a superior job on my dental implants. I am very pleased with the care I have received.

Experiencia fantástica: Accommodating- professional and patient centric. One of the best dental experiences ever. Very pleased with the care provided by Dr Vitelli and his team! Back to smiling without pain for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry, including the doctor himself and his entire staff, have been nothing short of spectacular for each of my visits. Alternatives for sedation such as nitrous oxide are a requirement for me and were crucial in getting me to try this practice. However, the attitude and professionalism of the staff are now equally important in retaining my business. I would definitely and highly recommend this Dr. Vitelli to anyone else looking for a similar experience.

The tech staff for cleanings and such- so personable and absolute experts in their area. Dr. Vitelli and all of the staff are upbeat, on point and professional all the way around - actually fun! ( and you know it’s hard to say that about a dentist office)

Dr Vitelli immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor and professionalism! His patience in allowing me to get comfortable was unmatched. It is a beautiful office, and he has the latest state-of-the-art equipment, which is amazing! Experiencia fantástica: I'm an older patient and all of my teeth were worn down through the enamel and beyond. They were so terrible I was afraid to smile but the root system was healthy. I was a candidate for a full mouth restoration and on the advice of a friend I called Dr. Vitelli. Over the summer Dr. Vitelli patiently and professionally installed 28 crowns on all of my teeth. I am delighted with my new look and to celebrate, we went on a 10 cruise - I really look great in the photos! Thank You Team Vitelli Bill "28 crowns" Potter

Very friendly staff and Dr. Vitelli took the time to explain and show me what was needed for optimal care. As a deaf person, I 100% appreciated the patience and accommodating support they gave. They also took care of my small children who were instantly comfortable with the staff and medical team.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient for about 5 years and I always receive the best care. Dr Vitelli and his staff are terrific

Experiencia fantástica: Such a wonderful practice I felt welcomed from the first phone call. Faith is so warming and polite and very reassuring! Dr. Vitelli is informative, gentle and super fun! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vitelli and his team are the best! I have severe dental anxiety due to some traumatic experiences as a kid but this was my first dental visit ever that I felt safe, seen, and truly well taken care of. Due to my pregnancy, extra safety measures had to be taken and Dr. Vitelli really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable. He has a lovely team - particularly Uniquewa who was kind and reassuring throughout my procedure. Can’t wait to be a regular here!

Experiencia fantástica: They're great! I just went for my routine cleaning yesterday and was so competently served that I nearly fell asleep in the chair. They are thorough and don't just care for the teeth but for the whole mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dental care I’ve ever had. I used to hate going to the Dentist. At Vitelli’s Dentistry you’re not just another name in their patient Roladex. You are provided with an all rounded professional dental Care according to your needs. The staff and hygienist’s are welcoming and personable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Vitelli and his staff are very friendly, the office is clean, he gives good clear explanations along with pics of what needs to be done.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not going there again. They have very harsh penalty policies for customers. Cindy threatened me with $60 penalty when I had to reschedule because the appointment was on my first day at a new job. Even as other dental offices are open on Saturdays, they have very inflexible scheduled.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vitelli and his staff would rate 100 stars if I could! Dr. Vitelli shines in every way! He is so gentle, kind, caring, and he is perfectionist. I have been so blessed to have him taking care of me. The front office staff, hygenists, and assistants are professional, courteous, genuine and comfortable to be around. I totally Dr. Vitelli and his awesome staff. Thank you for everything. ⚘

They work with the patients to be sure they get the best care possible while also working to save their clients money! They have a really good package deal for those without insurance too. They That's unheard of these days! I am recommending them left and right. Been going for years and will continue for as long as possible. Gentle and kind. I was having anxiety explaining my tooth problem and they gave me a stress ball to help me talk about it! I feel cared for here, seen as a person, not a walking money bag. Please please please check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Found Dr. Vitelli during an online web search. Looking specifically for sedation dentistry. Wonderful office team and Dr. Vitelli couldn't have been any warmer or nicer!!

Experiencia fantástica: The BEST dental experience I've ever had! I came to Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry after having to deal with a broken tooth that my ex-dentist didn't know how to handle. After having a root canal that didn't resolve the issue, I came to Vitelli on July 9, 2024. Everyone--from the front desk (Cindy), to the dental hygienist, to Faith in billing, to Dr. Vitelli, I was treated with the utmost care, kindness, and professionalism! Every process was explained to me so plainly that even a child could understand. My tooth extraction was quick and seemed almost too easy, eventhough I know it may not have been, but Dr. Vitelli and staff made it that comfortable for me! Thank you, Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry! You have gained a new patient and family to your practice! If you're looking for an excellent dental practice, give Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry a call!

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff at Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry put me at ease right away. They were so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Vitelli was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me, including the procedure he was going to perform and why it was necessary. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was fully informed before moving forward. Overall, I had a great experience at Vitelli Comprehensive Dentistry. The staff and Dr. Vitelli were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this practice. When I was 9 months pregnant I needed an emergency root canal, the entire team was so helpful and compassionate. Dr. Vitelli and team consulted with my obstetrician to develop a safe plan to treat my dental needs while ensuring extra precautions due to my late term pregnancy.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen the same day I called about a crown that fell out. Dr. Vitelli and his assistant stayed late & did a marvelous job on preparing what left of the molar including shaping a temporary crown; great work. Walter W.

Experiencia fantástica: It is the best dental service I have ever received. It put me at ease with my anxiety over seeing the dentist. Friendly staff. Beautiful office. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great front desk/billing staff that will work with you to answer all your insurance/appointment questions. Dr Vitelli and dental staff take time to explain and perform procedures so you never feel rushed. Everyone at the office is very personable and friendly

Experiencia negativa: This doctor’s office is a SCAM!!!! What they quoted me was not what was submitted to insurance so I ended up paying over $800 in out of pocket expenses versus the $400 I was actually supposed to pay. Once I confronted them about this, they were very nonchalant and even had some nerve to tell me that my teeth is more important than paying rent so it doesn’t matter the price really. They kept going around in circles and couldn’t give me a clear explanation. They are very nice at first until they get your money. BEWAE OF THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. I will post on every major platform to assure what happened to me won’t happen to someone else. Read the rest of the negative reviews. Im not the first one this happened to. Now I know why they are so pressed for patients. SCAMMERS. *update* After reporting this to consumer affairs, I found out that they submitted a claim for services that was never performed at the time of submission AND they fraudulently signed my name days after the said service was supposably performed. They removed a filling, where I was supposed to get a crown placement 2 weeks after (april 2, which has not occurred) yet they submitted to the insurance as if they completed my crown. Now, when I go to a next dentist, they can clearly see that a crown was not inserted but yet insurance got billed for it. I have actual proof of these discrepancies from this doctor’s office.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at the dental office has been outstanding. The staff and Dr. Vitelli are very nice but what’s more important is that the doctor is a competent one. He knows his stuff and has experience. I give this office five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is wonderful and helpful. (Carla is seriously the sweetest hygenist. She'll make you smile and laugh all while making sure that she provides The best care she can. She truly loves her job and it shows.) I actually moved about an hr away several years ago but still male the trek to this office because I just enjoy the way they communicate, work with, and treat their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, Wonderful dentist and wonderful staff! And you'll get to enjoy some oldies music.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a few years of horrible dental experiences until I went to Dr. Vitelli, he's very informative and his staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you Danyelle

Experiencia fantástica: I had a horrible toothache and Cindy was able to squeeze me in just a couple hours from my call. Dr. Vitelli and his assistant were super kind and patient and took time to explain what the next steps will be. I really appreciated the TLC because even at my age I'm a big baby.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Thorough. Takes a lot of time with patients and explains process and procedures. Has great manners and care for the patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in as an emergency for a broken pre-molar. Great experience! Most dentists will try to push other issues and get the most out of your pockets. Dr. Vitelli and his assistants were very kind and prioritize your comfort and immediate concerns, lay out all the options for you including all the financial details. Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really like the office and the staff. The equipment and vibe is very modern. The staff is quite helpful. Very pleased with their assistance. Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly kind, understanding and patient people here. Dr. Vitelli and all staff members do an excellent job, cleanings are gentle and they have been fantastic in helping me get my dental hygiene back on track after years of dental anxiety. Excellent practice and were very accommodating with me needing to take a few minutes organizing payment this morning.
