Experiencia fantástica: It was great . Friendly, clean .

Experiencia fantástica: I had my 1st appointment there today, and I found the people to be both professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Miller is great at listening and understanding the needs of his patience. His whole staff is always pleasant positive and respectful. He has made the dental experience way easier to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Miller was great as always!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice new place ; very convenient ; just across our subdivision. Staff continues to be friendly, hygienist very good!

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Montana is the best! Always an easy visit at the dentist with incredible staff. Their new building is beautiful and has wonderful views.

Experiencia fantástica: Broken tooth fixed right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No wait time at all. Beautiful and Calm atmosphere, great views of the mountains from the chair! Best dental appointment Ever!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience. Friendly staff and left feeling heard and they made sure I was well taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: New Kalispell facility is amazing. Dr Miller took me in last minute for a tooth ache. It was just before 4th of July holiday weekend. Greatly appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful and caring staff. Dr. Miller is great, very personal and professional. I'd recommend Smile to any family or friend.

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Montana saved me…. Again!!! This is the second time I have been home visiting and had a “dental emergency”. Smile Montana is so amazing. I wish I could come home every six months so I could make them my regular dentist. The new Kalispell office is beautiful. It is clean, calm, well thought out and all of the staff are kind and welcoming. Zoey was very attentive, like a VIP concierge style of attentive, to make sure I was comfortable and cared for throughout my visit, while assisting Dr. Miller. And Dr. Miller not only resolved pain I was having today but identified a permanent fix that my dentist back east seems to have been missing. I am really looking forward to the long-term relief and appreciate the staff getting me in and the care I received. If you’re reading this because you are narrowing down which dentist to choose, you can stop now, Smile Montana is the best I’ve been to in my 48 years of life.

Experiencia fantástica: Great job by Dr. Miller and assistant Ian. New crown on a molar and small cavity filled on another tooth. All done in one session and pain free!

Experiencia negativa: They say I MUST verbally confirm my appointments, but no one answers the phone

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great first time experience there and am looking at getting back in to replace my front crown.

Experiencia fantástica: Hattie was very thorough as she cleaned my teeth today. She was very sweet as well. I would highly recommend Smile Montana.

Experiencia fantástica: I just saw the hygienist, Molly. She was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hillary Hoffenbacker was the same, very friendly and upbeat. The office staff were efficient and helpful too. I'm glad I go to Smile MT.

Experiencia negativa: I quickly remembered why I never came back to this place. Scandalous business practices. The dental assistant was nice but that’s it. The dentist (I won’t put her name) is arrogant and uncaring to the patients pain or overall dental health. If you’re looking for a dentist that cares, Smile dental is not it. Also “Urgent” is a complete joke. No urgency whatsoever. The “dentist” doesn’t feel comfortable doing extractions herself but wants the patient to be confident that she can handle a root canal and crown without it failing.

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Montana has been the best choice to bring my mom for her dental needs. They were extremely accommodating with her progressing dementia needs walking her through every step with great patience and understanding. I highly recommend this office for good quality, friendly care.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Molly .

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment today. Haddie Was awesome and explained everything she was doing Dr. Hoffman Becker was also very kind

Experiencia fantástica: Molly was my hygienist. It was a great experience. She did a great job and was very pleasant. I also saw Dr.Hoffenbacher, she is a great dentist, I would highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Smile! They’ve not only always done such a great job with my teeth, but they have also been extremely flexible and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff. Was in and out quickly.

Experiencia negativa: By far, kalispell smile was the worst office I’ve been to. I sat waiting for a procedure for 30 minutes, the whole time watching the dentist sit on his phone. Once he got to me he didn’t do a checkup or see what the problem is. instead told me I had to reschedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and do a thorough job. I have been going to them for more than a decade and have loved their service and flexibility of 3 locations!

Experiencia negativa: I'd like to start this off with saying that the staff is lovely and very considerate. However, I received subpar care and my veneers (done in Whitefish, the rest was in Kalispell), fillings (which I've never had a problem feeling them in my teeth when I got dental work done other places, but now I can feel them) and crown work (which I wish I just went with a filling because it looks like a toy tooth and now that it's been a few months I can feel that it doesn't fit or look right, it was not worth what my insurance paid), all cause me severe pain. I cry and have to medicate myself daily to prevent myself from pulling them out or doing worse to myself due to the PTSD and extreme anxiety I now have from this dental company. I can say I will be cancelling my appointment, and firmly never ever be coming back to this place. You can't get me in soon enough anyway and I'm in pain NOW. I will be going elsewhere to get my teeth fixed especially after hearing about their lack of quality of care from other dental institutions. I've been doing everything I can to take care of my teeth because of my depression, but ever since I've gone to Smile my problems have only gotten worse. *Edit to reply*- Hi again, I appreciate your response. However, I've said what I needed to in my review, and I do not wish to discuss it further or return whatsoever. You won't find me in your system under the name used here, as I don't use my real name online to protect my privacy. I'll be in touch later to get my records. Thank you and I hope you guys have a nice week. *Thanks for making getting my records transferred easy.* **Dec, 2025- I have found that unfortunately, basically the only teeth I have severe problems with, are only ones that Smile dental has worked on. I feel basically at this point my insurance was overcharged for subpar work, that has done more harm than good, compared to had I gone elsewhere. If I could take back every operation and appointment I've done with them, I would do it in an instant. I just hate my teeth now, and my dental PTSD gets worse every single day. It just isn't worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Smile) An excellent dental office with a wonderful team. Everything is well-organized, professional, and easy to understand — from the reception to the medical staff. The atmosphere inspires trust. Thank you for the great care!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff; and Dr. Hoffbacher has a very gentle touch and does a thorough job examining neck, jaw, tongue, mouth as well as teeth. Everyone is very helpful and answers all questions simply and straight forward. Best dental experience I've had for decades. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Really good experience! My hygienist was really great and Dr. Miller is outstanding. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to get me in for an evaluation with very short notice and even able to fix my failed filling on the spot. I am sooo thankful!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, prompt service. Love going every time!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful customer service! My daughter had an emergency dental service and the staff was so kind and gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Absolutely no pressure and they make you comfortable. Explain everything in clear and concise detail. Best dentist experience of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my first visit to Smile Montana! Professional, friendly and an upbeat atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Montana in Kalispell is the best dentist I have ever been to. Sophie is the best hygienist. You can't go wrong at Smile Montana.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, friendly, and thorough. Very happy to have found a new dentist and hygienist here.

Experiencia fantástica: I am impressed with Dr. Miller and his staff. He knows what he's doing, does a great job, is honest, assists patients with good suggestions and cost options. And to top it off he's got an entertaining personality! Barb Price

Experiencia fantástica: My husband broke a tooth and it was extremely painful. We called and the sweet receptionist got us right in to have it pulled. The dentures was wonderful with him. He didn't feel a thing.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, timely and very nice staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked to get my husband seen next day with broken tooth, saw to his comfort and very pleasant with great care and explanations. THANKYOU ALL for friendly professionals from first call through follow up after procedure. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Kenzie delivered a truly prestigious level of care during my cleaning—thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional. She made the experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Genny and Conner at the front desk were just as impressive—friendly, efficient, and organized. The whole team made my visit easy and enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment was for a routine check- up with Dr. Crockett and cleaning with Kenzi. My hygienist was professional, and thorough as well as gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: Kenzie is an exceptional hygeniest - skilled in her care delivery and patient care. As always the front end staff answered all my questions and handled my changing insurance questions. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist is very thorough when taking X-rays and cleaning your teeth. The dentist comes in after the cleaning and ask questions and does a cancer check and then the final dental exam. The dentist and hygienist are very pleasant. Everyone in the office is very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: EVERY time I have been to any of their offices it has been an amazing visit! GREAT staff /Drs !!! Highly recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hoffenbacker is the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had work done by multiple dentist between 4 states. She is always still my absolute favorite. She's quick, kind, smart, listens and cares. I also appreciate the way she handles her approach to dental care, that not everything requires getting drilled into right away. I appreciate her and what she does for this valley! She definitely chose the right profession! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate walking into their friendly office and after checking in, there is hardly any wait time. The staff is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Smile Montana for professional dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service all around here! Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars! My teeth feel great after a cleaning and I’m already scheduled for my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional office, great people I’ve been horribly sick going through Breast Cancer and missed a few appointments and instead of cutting me loose they gave me another chance! Love this office. I’ll see any dentist here they are that good.

They are on time with your appointments and staff keeps you comfortable during the procedures. I even look forward to seeing them!

Experiencia fantástica: WOW! This dental office was very thorough & HELPFUL!! I have much prior dental work & gum issues & they had answers/suggestions for ALL OF THEM!! I REALLY LIKED MY EXAM!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sophie, the front desk ladies, Dr. H. and her assistant are all very professional and kind. I love them all! And ofcourse Dr. Miller is great as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Madi is absolutely lovely! She has the best bedside manner and is understanding if you are nervous etc! The dentist has always made me nervous as someone who deals with mental health! And this office takes all that fear away! I know I will be taken care of and listened to! From the front desk associate to the assistants, to the dentist! Amazing!!

Experiencia negativa: double charged for evaluation the assistant took xrays of the wrong tooth. poor hygienic practices. Noone wore hair coverage. got the job done just had to pay too much ...hope they did it right. i suggest looking for a different dental facility

Experiencia fantástica: Got in fast and out and staff are nice friendly. They try to let you know what you are going to have to pay before they start work and have a credit pay plan.

Experiencia fantástica: While visiting in Montana, a family member had a dental emergency and we walked in the doors of Smile Montana Urgent Dental Center in Kalispell and they got her in immediately! Wow! Talk about customer service! They were not able to do the procedure but they did call around and got us in at another place.

Experiencia fantástica: Peps are friendly, helpful in front desk. After being seated my cleaning was great, through, and the Dr exam was also through, she looked at the x-rays and gave me a thumbs up.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous finding a good Denist moving back here after 30 some years.I looked online and read so many good reviews for Smile Montana, my husband had a emergency and we called and they took him in right away. We both have been seeing Dr. Hoffenbacker and Dr. Smith. They both are so professional! We dont even feel the shots. They made us feel very comfortable and explains everything very well. The employees at Desk and assistance are very friendly and Caring Thank You Smile Montana!!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff. Good cleaning. No complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually get my cleanings in Whitefish because that's where the hygienist I prefer is, but I needed to get a 2nd cleaning in for the year and she was booked out. I was able to schedule a last min cancelation same day at the Kalispell office and it was very inviting! Sophie was incredibly personable and great to talk to. She was quick too! Which I was all for! Dr. Hoffenbacker was also extremely friendly. I have seen Dr. Miller and Jacobsen for some fillings and they are both great...I just prefer a female dentist due to my personal comfort. If I ever need a filling, I will 100% go back to see Dr. H Thank you for making me feel welcome and not just like a number!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for a great dental cleaning experience! Super staff

Experiencia fantástica: Excellence all around!! All the staff members, from the front reception, to the dental assistant, and of course, Dr Miller were all kind, helpful, and professional, all the while, enjoying their jobs. Hats off to a great team!

Experiencia fantástica: Setting the appointment for a cleaning is simple but note the appointments for cleanings are booked far in advance so call sooner rather than later. If you are in pain or need of getting a crown put back on they work hard to get you in at one of the 3 offices next day. Receptionists and billing are polite and work to be helpful. My DH, Sophie, was professional, bright, friendly, and very helpful and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: Sophie was wonderful I'll be back anytime Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dental care just keeps getting better and my dentist and hygienist are real nice caring people.

Experiencia fantástica: I called them to schedule an emergency appointment due to severe pain I have been having in my jaw. Their team was able to schedule me for the same day, and they gave me a call telling me to come in earlier if I wanted! Brittany and Dr. Ivy worked with proper haste and efficiency, and they were so pleasant they made me laugh while I was in pain. I absolutely recommend anyone go here to deal with tooth pain or dental work, especially in emergency

Experiencia fantástica: I had a not so fun experience at my last dentist visit years ago and put off a cleaning a check up a bit too long! Smile ended up getting me in fast which is why I chose them and I’m so glad I did! My cleaning was pretty close to pain-free and it was the first time I haven’t felt shamed going into the dentist! They were super friendly, set me up for some other work I need to have done and seemed more affordable than what I was expecting! I highly recommend them!
