Experiencia fantástica: Traveling through the Kalispell area from Texas visiting friends and enjoying the Montana beauty when I broke a tooth. Needed a dentist right away to assess the damage and called the ToothBooth. Joel called me back and we scheduled an appointment that day. I had a temporary crown put in and they rushed the permanent so it was ready after the weekend. It's hard to find honest professional people especially in a pinch, and I got lucky. If I lived in the area he would be my dentist. The office staff is superb to work with and make your visit comfortable. Not that I want to break more teeth..... but, if I did..... I'd use Joel Booth. I was referred by my mom for a second opinion from another dentist giving me a suggestion for rather aggressive and unnecessary treatment as a “preventative”. Not only did he explain in depth why that treatment was totally unnecessary but he also explained issues with other teeth that had gone unanswered by other dentists for years! He fixed a poorly done filling, and another that was failing and causing immense pain. Its the first time I can floss between those teeth in years. Not to mention, I currently live in California and had to catch a flight but he moved appointments in order to fit me in to fix those teeth the morning before my flight. Incredible experience and despite the distance Dr.Booth is likely to be my primary dentist now!

Experiencia negativa: I recently was referred to this place. I went in for a routine cleaning as a new patient. I was nervous and while I sat in the chair, the loud music and whirring of the vacuum was not comforting. The dentist talked about how difficult it is to get people to follow through with their set appointments and asked about my availability. I clarified my availability for afternoons and he continued to ask at times I wouldn't be available several months out. And the final request he asked was, "how about September 11th?". It felt rushed and his demeanor was appalling. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I had higher expectations for the recommendation, but will not tolerate being treated like that in any professional establishment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Booth’s for five years, and I would never go anywhere else. Recently, I began bringing my teenage daughter there as well, and she has been just as happy with the care she has received. My daughter has autism and severe anxiety, and the staff, along with Dr. Booth, do an outstanding job communicating with her throughout each procedure and helping her stay calm. It is also a tremendous help that the clinic has a trained golden retriever there to provide comfort and relaxation during visits. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Booth himself is an excellent and outstanding dentist. The work he does has always been top notch and I have gone through some major procedures with him. He is very kind and compassion and even provided me with his cell to contact him outside of business hours if I were to have any complications. The building is nice and they seem to really strive to have the have a good comfortable family environment there. If you aren't happy with your dentist or are looking for one I would highly recommend Dr Booth and the ToothBooth. I highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I went here on recommendation from someone I'd see at the gym. Was ok until he got new office. Never re did work that wasn't satisfactory to me... I went in to have crown re attached product got into gums. I went back several times complaining about pain and inflammation at crowns base. Crown was rocking and uncomfortable. (Was charged everytime I went in to correct their mistakes.) Went in again because I was in pain and needed help with same crown. His assistant broke tooth off crown went flying across the room. Dr came in asking what I did Now that office wants $6500.00 to do implant on tooth they broke off in office. Don't go here.

He has a was of explaining things that makes it easy to understand so that you can make the best, most informed decision for yourself and your health. He truly listens and wants to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and he kept checking to make sure that I wasn't in any pain and couldn't feel anything, I have never had a dentist do this. The staff is amazing and you can tell they truly care about all their patients and providing the best experience possible. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure everyone who walks in feels comfortable and welcome. I will never go anywhere else, they truly care and have your best interest at heart not just trying to sell you on the most expensive treatments possible and things you don't truly need.

He was the first dentist to believe me when I said Novacaine does not work on me… he always has Marcaine on hand for me when I have to get dental work done. I HIGHLY recommend him as a kind and caring dentist that always puts his patients first. Experiencia negativa: 3 fillings = ER visit and CT Scan and no doctor follow-up. I've been a client of Joel Booth since 2019 and never had a problem until September 12, 2024 when I went in for 3 fillings in my bottom jaw due to some gum recession. Towards the end of the procedure it felt like someone was ripping off my right cheek. He got flustered and took some photos. I asked for a mirror and my right cheek was blown up like a chipmunk. I jokingly asked if I was going to need plastic surgery and he said, "No, but you're going to need to go to the hospital and get a CT Scan." I asked if his liability insurance would cover it and he said that I would have to submit it under my insurance. He also said this kind of thing can happen, but funny that I don't remember signing a waiver before the procedure. I had what's called subcutaneous facial emphysema, which can be fatal. It's very rare and it's where air gets trapped in the tissues beneath the skin. My face hurt and the air started to travel up to my eye, putting pressure on it and towards my ear making it hard to hear. Also, when you press on any area where the air settles, it makes a crackling sound. I freaked out and ended up driving myself to the ER. The doctor ordered a CT Scan because they needed to make sure the air didn't settle around my heart. They also had to administer IV antibiotics because all of that nasty bacteria that was in my mouth was now in my body. I also took oral antibiotics for a week. It took over 4 days for the air to mostly dissipate and the crackling sound to go away. To add insult to injury, after 10 days my jaw would only open 3/4 of an inch, which lasted close to a month. My new dentist thought it was because of all the trauma my jaw went through. It's been over 5 months and I still can't sleep on my right side because of the pain in my ear and jaw. So my visit to Dr. Booth's office cost me over $3000, after my insurance paid my portion and no one from Dr. Booth's office ever called to follow-up to see if I was okay. Side note - they didn't charge me for the visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had originally went to a different dentist and had a horrible experience. My buddy Bryan told about Dr. Booth and his dentistry so I had the VA switch me to ToothBooth. From my first visit it was a great experience. From Dr. Booth to his dental assistants they are very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. I just had him fix one of my old caps and had it made as gold and although he doesn’t do many Gold front teeth, he did mine and it looks amazing. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Booth and I came to the conclusion that two of my wisdom teeth had to be pulled. Having only heard horror stories of wisdom teeth extraction I was not gung ho to say the least. But to my surprise it was a piece of cake. Dr. Booth explained how he going to to remove the teeth and things went right according to plan. I talked to a few friends back on the East Coast who've had their wisdom teeth removed and they warned me about post procedure pain. Well, I'm happy to say that I had NO PAIN...no pain at all. I think it was due to the fact that I followed Dr. Booth's post extraction instructions using Ibuprofen and Tylenol...and because of the caution in which Dr. Booth carefully removed the molars. Dr. Booth has a wonderful, caring team and the most modern Dentist office you've ever seen. All of my experiences at The Tooth Booth have been pain free and any tooth problems I've had have been rectified.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this dentist. Was never really impressed with the office, professionalism of some hygenists, or especially Dr. Booth's bedside manner. But that stuff was all something I could overlook. The biggest problem I have is the incompetent care I received in getting a filing replacement. First attempt left me with serious sensitivity so after I followed the request to wait it out for a week to see if it would "calm down" the filling was replaced with a different material called glass ionomer which is better for sensativity. That seemed to improve the sensitivity (not 100%) but the filling also felt "off" to me. At this point I switched dentists to Big Heart. Fast forward about a year and a half... During a routine cleaning and check-up that same filling had already failed! It had always felt kind of weird against my tonight so I wasn't totally surprised. The dentist at Big Heart said they could do a normal composite filing on it and I shouldn't actually have sensativity if it was done right. Well guess what?... Two years later and I have no trouble with that filling/tooth, thanks to Big Heart.

Experiencia fantástica: The ToothBooth has been by far the best dental experience I have had in the valley. From when you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest receptionist. The assistants and hygienists are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Dr. Booth is by far the most professional dentist I’ve interacted with. Not only does he do an amazing job with my care plan but also discussing my options and how we should move forward. I’ve never seen a dentist who communicates so well with his patients. It’s very reassuring to hear from him what he is comfortable doing and if I should be referred to a specialist. Dr. Booth clearly has his morals set straight to help each patient with their oral health. I’ve never had an issue with this office and I plan on keeping the ToothBooth as my permanent dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr Booth to everyone I know.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist did something to my tooth for pain and told me to call him if any pain does come back. A year later I finally called because the pain is back all of a sudden and it is severe pain. I tried to schedule something, I was told I was discharged from the office and could no longer be seen here. I was told I missed ONE appointment August 2021. The receptionist is extremely rude as well. In a way I am relieved as I always felt unwelcome in this office to begin with, almost like my tooth pain was a burden for him. I do not recommend this dentist at all.

The building is accessible, the staff is kind and happy, everyone seems to enjoy their jobs, they are as good with my child as they are with adults, and Dr. Booth is fabulous. His work is solid, and he has a great sense of humor which helps immensely in making an unpleasant necessity more enjoyable. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia negativa: Missed one dentist appointment due to not finding childcare for my 5 month old. Was unable to call due to not having cellphone service. They sent me a letter stating they couldn't be my dentist any longer. I would understand if I missed 3 or more appointments. I believe this is unprofessional and they could have communicated with me and at least schedule me to try again or to understand my circumstances.

Experiencia negativa: Others have shared the same thing I am. Received a dismissal letter after I missed an appointment I didn’t even know I had. I made the appointment 6 months before and there wasn’t a courtesy phone call to remind me. I tried to call and speak to Dr Booth myself and the receptionist said I could not talk to him and she would not reschedule me. I explained that I did not want to reschedule but wanted to inform Dr Booth that his staff should remind patients of appointments and to apologize to him for missing it. I was refused the opportunity to speak to him directly and was told the strict cancellation policy was set by him. So if you schedule a cleaning in the future with this office be prepared for zero reminder. And if anything happens in your personal life you will be finding a new dentist. So maybe just start looking now since I don’t know anyone who can predict life to prevent missed visits. ‍♀️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Booth did some restorative work on my teeth and made a bet with me, if I did not feel the needle during numbing I would give him a review. I am a man of my word so here it is. Dr. Booth is the Steven Strange of dental work from what I have seen (in skill, not the narcissism you crazies), He and his team were very efficient and friendly during the entire thing, even with me accidentally trying to recreate the Nedry and dilophosaurus spitting scene from Jurassic Park. Prices were more than reasonable. Completely deserves that 5/5 stars, I would gleek on them again.

Experiencia negativa: I liked the Tooth Booth and was recommending them to anyone that asked for a dentist recommendation... until I got a dismissal letter. Apparently canceling an appointment 3 days before the appointment because of a sick child is considered a missed appointment and and then missing because you didn't know you had one (voice messages weren't working on my phone) was enough for dismissal. I understand everyone has busy lives I was just stunned that life isn't allowed to get in the way of the dentist. Will not be recommending them anymore. :(

So talented and professional, but also has a fantastic personality that makes you feel like you’re just going to see a friend (who happens to be drilling your mouth but whatever ). Upon arrival, Betty greeted me with a welcoming smile and kind words. Wendy, hands down the best dental assistant EVER! She went above and beyond to comfort me, as well as her and Dr Booth had me laughing most the time- such a great team. Dr Booth is such a skilled and gentle dentist. He preformed all the extractions with such care and skill. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing dentalnwork.

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently went to this office a couple days ago. I was following my hygienist who I have been with for multiple years as she was leaving another practice and going to this one. I was quite nervous going to a new place as I’ve had really bad dental experiences in the past. To my surprise it went extremely well. Even though I already knew who I was seeing for my teeth cleaning, I was a little reluctant about going back to a male dentist as in the past it has not went well. Dr. Booth was extremely kind and friendly, knowledgeable, and he truly wants to make you feel comfortable. He is too the point and honest about what you need to get done as far as dental work, but doesn’t give you a hard time if you can’t get it done right there and then. The office staff is super professional and friendly as well which makes the whole experience overall a better one. Especially for someone who’s always been afraid of the dentist like me. As far as the dental cleaning and hygienist, Iv been going to Blake Woods for awhile now and I HIGHLY recommend her. She is very gentle and generally concerned about you and your teeth. She takes pride in making sure you feel comfortable by talking with you and keeping your mind off of what’s going on. I love going to her. If it wasn’t for her treating me the way she does every time I come in, I wouldn’t have had the courage to continue my dental work. All in all this office is amazing!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Booth and his staff are an upbeat crew who obviously enjoy what they do and working together. I appreciate that he's not a 'hard-sell' dentist, who takes the time to explain what he's doing, and what he recommends being done. Expect a 'Country Music', horse-loving, "let's go even farther into The Bob" experience, when they're not encouraging you (i.e., me) to floss more. All good by me!
