Experiencia fantástica: I recommend the care and professional service from the Doctor and the rest of the team at this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for your service. Agnes doing excellent job to clean my tooth . The dentist, dr Oleg very informative. Fully recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend beautiful work thank you

Experiencia fantástica: There is no better dentist and hygienist than Dr. Oleg Vinson and Agnessa. As a patient myself, you will get high-quality dental care and personal service that will make you feel like you are their only patient. Dr. Vinson even came in on a Sunday to help my elderly mother-in-law relieve pain for toothache.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oleg Vinson is professional and attentive. The office is clean and modern.

Experiencia fantástica: Totally satisfied and my dentist and hygienist are very gentle and courteous . Very professional and the office is exceptionally clean. I am so happy to recommend them to anyone who wants to be seen Kind and so.polite.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such bad experiences with other dentists that I was starting to lose hope of finding a good one. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give Dr. Vinson a chance, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Vinson and his team are wonderful. The office is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the care is excellent. I went in for a cleaning, and unlike other places that rush through it, they took their time and did a thorough job. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Vinson and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and hygienist ever. I put my whole family on them. I travel from Manhattan and my family travels from Long Island because we don’t trust anyone else :)

Experiencia negativa: Lady at the front desk was an absolute nightmare, waste of energy and time. I explained her my situation and told her it was an emergency and she kept repeating the same thing instead of listening and kept telling me I’d need to pay out of pocket for something that my insurance covers.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at Duo Dental and Laser! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The entire team is fantastic—the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone made the visit smooth and stress-free. The dental professional who took care of me was truly exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was at ease throughout the visit. On top of that, I even received a free sample, which was a really nice touch! Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Duo Dental and Laser to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and friendly dental team!

Experiencia negativa: So when this dentist charged me $450 for a bone graft, following an extraction of a tooth that broke so I HAD to take it out…..only to tell me that it’s not possible for me to do the implant when I subsequently showed up to do it (essentially wasting my $450 doing a bone graft.) I merely let that slide… This was back in 2023. However, in December 2024 - when Agnessa (the hygienist turned out to be a mean-spirited ole woman - this is where I draw the line). This is my determination after my last visit to this dental practice. She’s mean and angry at the world. It’s true that I was VERY VERY late for my appointment that day (for the first time ever). I called way before my appointment time because I was driving in from out of town and got trapped in traffic.. There I was thinking I was going to be early so I was asking for an earlier time - only to end up being about 50 mins late by the time I arrived and found parking in Forest Hills.. I kept them updated every 15mins or so… but traffic won that day. I have been going there for over 2 years - and was never late, because I live right next door. Nonetheless, every other business is ok with you waiting in the lobby to see if another customer doesn’t show up to be able to slot you in if/where possible. That doesn’t hurt anyone as long as there is a space you can sit quietly….or even in your car! That request however was a difficult consideration for Agnessa that day… which didn’t make sense! Agnessa made it clear that she has the most important job on the planet.. She came off very entitled and self serving that day. She was only focused on herself and not a customer’s need. I didn’t commit a crime by being late for a dentist appointment- yet her overall disposition was as if I had murdered someone. I didn’t need to hear about how hungry she was or that she needs therapy because her job was stressful.. How is that my problem? That type of dialogue has no place in a customer facing conversation. As a healthcare professional, if you know you have a packed calendar that day - you wake up early, eat a healthy breakfast - then snack on nuts when you can throughout the day. Simple. Those types of days don’t happen often- but as a business - you have to be prepared for those types of days! I have had to navigate busy days in my line of work and can’t hold clients responsible when your business has a packed calendar. It’s called business and you figure out a way to make it work - while putting the customer first. My request was simple. But she made it seem like it was unreasonable. She could have continued to do her job and let me stay in the lobby and wait like I was suggesting. However, as busy as she claimed to be - she kept coming out to have conversations with me centered around me leaving as opposed to waiting just in case someone doesn’t show up. By my standards, that was not an unreasonable ask. And it makes no sense whatsoever, why that was a problem. And it also made no sense why she kept coming out asking me to leave on one hand - while claiming to be busy with a patient . She wasn’t THAT busy. Evidently. Unless, of course Agnessa had a different agenda that has nothing to do with dentistry! I insisted on waiting - she insisted I leave and returned another day. She finally threatened to call the police if I don’t leave so I finally left. I kinda watched the door outside for a few and didn’t really see an unusually high volume of customers come through for appointments. So how busy were they really? I traveled away for 3 months. Today I called to make an appointment and I was told they cant see me and I should find another dentist. This begs the question…. Is it because my insurance changed OR is it because my address changed OR is it because I can’t change my skin? OR was Agnessa just telling me to come back another day with plans to tell me they can’t see me anyway?

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Duo Dental and Laser Spa for years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Every visit has been consistently amazing, which is why I’ve recommended so many friends and family members—and they’ve all loved it just as much as I do. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a state-of-the-art office. It’s always spotless, modern, and extremely well organized. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Vinson is exceptional. He has incredible bedside manner, is highly knowledgeable, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on and how he plans to treat it. You never feel rushed, and he makes sure you fully understand every step. On top of that, he is extremely gentle, which makes a huge difference, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental procedures. The best part is there’s rarely any wait time—they always take you in right away, which I really appreciate. Another huge plus is that everything is done in-house. If you need a crown after a root canal, it can be completed quickly with minimal wait time, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, this has truly been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Duo Dental and Laser Spa—especially Dr. Vinson—to anyone looking for top-quality care in a clean, advanced, and professional environment

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Oleg Vinson and Agnessa Vinson two beautiful people I am so lucky to have you as my dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at Duo Dental & Laser Spa with Agnessa. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has incredible attention to detail. I went in for a HydraFacial and Morpheus8 microneedling treatment, and she explained everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and seamless. Never felt rushed. My skin already looks brighter and smoother and BETTER. Highly recommend Agnessa if you’re considering these treatments. I will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Chipped my tooth and they let me come in right away. They got it fixed like it was before super quickly. Awesome people, super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vinson and Agnessa are absolute standouts. From the moment you walk in, the experience is calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Vinson is incredibly thorough, precise, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way — he explains everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and you can tell he’s operating at a very high level. Agnessa is hands-down one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. Gentle, meticulous, and attentive — she makes cleanings comfortable while still being extremely thorough. Zero rush, zero discomfort, just excellent care. The entire visit felt modern, thoughtful, and patient-focused. If you’re someone who values quality, transparency, and a team that actually knows what they’re doing, this is the place. Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve visited Dr. Vinson several times now for fillings and dental cleaning, and each visit has been a consistently great experience. From the moment I walk in, the staff makes me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes a big difference during appointments. Dr. Vinson always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable and informed about my care. The clinic itself is spotless and well-organized. Booking appointments is quick and easy, and I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such a high level of professionalism with a truly personal touch. I always leave feeling confident and well cared for, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Vinson to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very pleased with the care of doctor Oleg Vinson. He is always very kind and helpful. I have been his patient for a few years now and I have been always happy with his treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: My front tooth chipped yesterday morning and Dr. Vinson saved the day! Thanks a bunch!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vinson a few years ago. About six or seven years ago, he worked on one of my teeth, and I was so impressed with his care. This past December, I came to him with a broken tooth. While other dentists suggested a crown, Dr. Vinson saved my front tooth with a beautiful veneer. I truly appreciate his skill and expertise. He’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend him. I even travel from Connecticut to Forest Hills just for his care!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great visit at Duo Dental. Dr.Vinson is super attentive, patient and gentle. He made sure to explain the options and the procedure I needed was done the same day. The dental hygienist was so warm, kind and thorough and I truly felt cared for. Even prior to my visit, the front desk staff was super attentive and made sure to notify me of another patient cancelation which allowed me to get everything I needed done during one visit. I Highly recommend the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently came to this dentist for teeth whitening. Dr Vinson took his time, checked my teeth, and ensured I got the best result. The office is clean and modern, and I was seen promptly. Great experience overall!

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Vinson is very calm, collected, and has great expertise. He definitely is passionate about his work. I genuinely enjoyed my two visits. My first visit was for a check up and clean and I was new to his office but he did such a fantastic job explaining anything he saw and I was able to understand. My second visit with for wisdom teeth removal. He always lets me make the choices and is willing to help and support the decisions. Front desk receptionist is also kind. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Agnessa always does an amazing job, she has been doing my lasar hair and morpheus treatments for years.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not one to write reviews by any means but I must say they are the best! I definitely recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Professional and courteous as always! Grateful to have them as my dental care providers and I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My first experience at Dr. Vinson's office went smoothly. I was seen on time. Stanley helped nicely at the front desk and doing my X-rays. Dr. Vinson was very nice and efficient as well. Nison the hygienist who did the cleaning was also excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW, incredible. The service and place is impeccable. The dentist Mr Vinson is very good with listening to the patients concerns. He works and explain in details what he is doing. I highly recommend this dentist to all. For me personally I have to say this is by far the best dentist. I have already spoken to member of my community and family and referring Duo Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve said this so many times before about dental visits before Visiting Duo dental. I REALLY disliked most practices. But Duo dental is incredible. Soon as you walk in the door, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and always has pleasurable music playing in the back ground to calm the nerves. Now let’s talk about the office’s capabilities. The X-ray machine takes a full 360 X-ray so effortlessly. They LITERALLY make your crown right in front of you for you . I needed a molar made and I personally watched the machine create it. Another great aspect of this office , if you need laser hair removal treatments, they can do it! Teeth whitening, they can do it. This isn’t your run of the mill dentist office.. And last but definitely not least, my dentist has a incredible presence while working. His work is done with precision in mind and always makes sure his clients are well informed about what’s going to get done or what needs to get done next. Don’t hesitate to try Duo if you need top quality dental work. I stand by these words and have sent many people to this office and will continue to do so. I love you guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional service and great environment! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I think my First Visit was outstanding, I really really mean it. It was spotless, all new environment - I went just to have my teeth whitened and walked away with a cleaning too ( they took my insurance for the Cleaning and X-rays ) - it seemed the Dental Hygienist really got into cleaning each tooth and took her time ( in a good way ) to get the best job done… The Dentist too took his time and explained everything in detail - Im extremely happy and will definitely continue my relationship Duo Dental and Laser Spa - PS my teeth look 100% Better

Experiencia fantástica: January 2025: Wonderful staff and beautiful office. I had the best, easiest routine dental cleaning ever. Thanks!! Added July 2025, since you can’t post more than one review per business: They are the best! I was honestly looking forward to my second cleaning appointment here. The staff are just wonderful, every single person there. Dr. Vinson is knowledgeable and great, and Agnessa is awesome, super skilled and kind. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you all so much.

Experiencia negativa: EXTREMELY rude staff at the front, both females at the desk ping pong off each other to give three different stories about taking insurance when I found them on my provider's list to begin with. Went for X-rays. Then went back for first appt and the story from the dentist changed on what was needed. My mouth was basically numbed and issues weren't fixed, my initial inquiries weren't addressed, and now I've wasted two days off when I could have made progress on what is needed. The red flag from the front desk was gonna be an immediate no go but tried to give them another shot and it was not worth the time or hassle wasted. Would not recommend. And I will make this known everywhere possible because nobody should be spoken to the way these receptionists speak to clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oleg Vinson is the best dentist I’ve ever had !!! Thankgoddnes I found him ! He is respectful , passionate, knowledgeable and very meticulous; he takes pride in his work. All the dental equipments are modern, clean, and sanitized. The staff are nice, welcoming and friendly. The office is fancy. I have recommended friends and family to him ; he’s a gem !

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment I walked into this dental office, I was blown away. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, and the customer service is truly next-level. The office is spotless—super clean, modern, and beautiful—which immediately made me feel at ease. What stood out the most was how patient, kind, and attentive the doctors were. They took their time to really listen and, for the first time in my life, I had someone explain everything in such detail that I finally understood what was going on with my teeth. I felt informed, respected, and genuinely cared for. My cleaning and cavity treatment were the most comfortable dental experiences I’ve ever had—no discomfort, no stress. They even worked seamlessly with the mouthguard they made for me during visit, which fit perfectly and made a huge difference in my experience. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, compassion, and such a warm environment. I honestly can’t stop bragging about them—they’ve set a whole new standard in dental care for me!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most thorough and meticulous cleaning I’ve ever received, thanks to Agnessa Vinson. She took her time, answered all my questions, and her passion for her work was evident in the quality of care she provided. Dr. Oleg Vinson was equally professional, clearly explaining all available treatment options tailored to my needs, which I greatly appreciated. He also informed me about their flexible payment plans. If you’re looking for a top-tier dental practice, this is the place to go. They offer a wide range of services, and you’re sure to have a great experience.

I highly recommend Agnessa and DuoDental Spa to anyone looking for top-quality laser hair removal or dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor - Oleg Vinson is very professional. The staff is friendly. The office is comfortable. Five stars

Experiencia fantástica: On January 14th I went to the dentist to discuss the installation of a crown and send a request for approval to the insurance company, at the same time the doctor examined and x-rayed all my teeth. He found several cavities and cured some of them right away. I like this approach, because just 3 months ago I visited another dentist who found a spot but said "come back in six months, we'll see if it's cavities, if it gets bigger, we'll cure it." This dentist thinks the same way I do - the sooner the better to treat! That's why I have confidence in the doctor and on the 17th I'm going to him to install a crown! Perhaps I'll add to the review after the procedure) Addition: I had a crown installed and it's been more than a month now. Everything is fine with me. The doctor also said that I have a guarantee that if something happens to the crown, he will fix it! I recommend it)

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned at Duo Dental & Laser Spa and I was exceptionally pleased with the cleaning. It was the best cleaning I ever had. Hygienist was very thorough and professional. I also had my teeth whitened and i was Amazed at the results. I truly recommend Duo Dental and Laser Spa.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of my treatment, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Whether it's teeth whitening, laser skin treatments, or general dental work, they have a way of making you feel like you're in the hands of true professionals. What truly sets them apart is the personalized care. They don't just treat you like another patient—they genuinely listen to your concerns and tailor solutions that fit your unique needs. I need 3 or 4 teeth pulled 4 crowns 4 root canals and it was late September early October, I needed everything done by the end Of October. I asked the dentist if it was possible and he assured me we had time to finish everything. Long story short he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to, had the cleanest office and dental area I’ve ever seen and he finished all the work I needed done within a month in 2 visits on the same week!!! Can’t find a better dentist mark my words and I will put my money on it any day against any other dentist. I’m usually a hard critic but this husband and wife team is amazing and I did this review for free because they gave me my confidence back! Thank you duo dentist

Experiencia fantástica: AWeMaZiNG experience! Over great place. From the front desk with Rebecca to Agnesa, who is a masterful dental hygienist. She was firm and subtle as she navigated my cleaning. Dr. Vinson as well is very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend them for a dental cleaning!

Highly recommend her for anyone in need of a top-notch cleaning!"

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Dr. Vinson! He examined my tooth thoroughly and quickly identified the cause of the pain, something my regular dentist was unable to do. He immediately filed the necessary insurance claim, and I'm now waiting for approval. On top of the excellent service, the clinic itself feels more like a spa, which made the whole visit really pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. Kind and understanding team that caters to your specific needs. Have been going there for years and will continue, for all my dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: I started coming to Duo about 10 months ago for laser hair removal. When first researching, I found that other places, based on whatever equipment/licensing used, wanted to charge ridiculous amounts for each session. Upon discovering Duo, there was a little misunderstanding about what each bundle of service would cover based upon series of sessions for back vs. front side, neck etc. No problem. It was concluded as a very good deal relative to the competition. So, I ultimately did the 6- bundled session for my back with 2 additional separate sessions for front. I concur with others that Duo offered me a very cost efficient and effective service for body laser hair removal. It is also a very beautiful, comfortable set up too. The procedures were done well by Agnessa. She is a proficient, courteous professional who knows her craft. I came away learning a bit more than I already researched prior. I am satisfied with my results and would come back for a touch up if/when needed in the future.
