Experiencia fantástica: The place is always clean and the staff is super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: i really like this location. the staff are really nice and friendly, customer service is excellent and they made me feel comfortable the entirety of my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: It was an excellent experience as always.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed my treatment with Dr. Sadreshkevary, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and well-managed. Thanks to Dr. Sadreshkevary’s expertise, I completed my treatment in just 13 months, even though I was initially told it could take 18–24 months. I’m very satisfied with both the care I received and my final results. I highly recommend Dr. Sadreshkevary to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care.

Experiencia fantástica: It was great, doctor was patient and nice everyone was chill and nice highly recommend

Experiencia positiva: 3 stars because the current orthodontist at the Forest Hills Austin Street location does not communicate well with patients. She often explains procedures to the dental assistant rather than directly to the patient, making it feel as though you are not part of the conversation. As someone who works in healthcare, I believe patient communication is important in every healthcare profession. She rarely explains what she is about to do before beginning treatment. Most of the communication consists of instructions such as where to position your head or brief comments like, “I’m going to polish.” There is little to no explanation about the procedure itself, what to expect, or whether there may be any pain or discomfort. I also found her demeanor unapproachable. When I asked questions or voiced concerns, her responses often felt dismissive. Additionally, her work seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. For example, she drilled between my teeth and left noticeable ridges. At the end of my treatment, she was supposed to remove all of the bonding glue, but there was still a significant amount left on my teeth that I ended up removing myself. She does not come across as someone who takes pride in her work, and unfortunately, that affected my overall experience. That said, the office itself is very clean, organized, and well run. The rest of the staff are kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with my treatment results, but I wish the practice would maintain a permanent orthodontist. Throughout my treatment, I saw approximately five different orthodontists, they all approached me as the patient cared about what I had to say concerning my care, I never had a negative experience until working with the current one.

Experiencia fantástica: Is it true that Diamond Braces provides braces for young adults who have insurance. Please respond as soon as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had a great experience at Diamond Dental today. She loves her new braces.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Place Always on time with appointments, no waiting Super Recomendation to anyone

Experiencia negativa: Why does it take so long for someone to answer the phone? This is extremely inconvenient. There should be no reason I am on the phone waiting for a whole hour l.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY

Experiencia fantástica: A great doctor and nice staff

Experiencia negativa: They told us our kid should do a pre-braces which would help when his teeth grow in and would help with how long he has the real braces on. Turns out it did nothing and was a waste of a lot of money. He has had braces for almost 3yrs and every time we go they tell us different things on when he will get them off, mainly because he keeps seeing different orthodontists and they are saying different things to us. They keep putting brackets on and he keeps breaking them off because he grinds he teeth but they won’t listen and we constantly have to make emergency meetings to get them fixed. Also because one dentist isn’t talking to the others. Unfortunately we’ve been stuck with this place for years but would never recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to fix your teeth . Great Customer service Sabina. Dr Schaf.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Diamond Braces was good, my lower teeth were crowded and my bite wasn’t good either, I used Invisalign for almost 2 and a half years which was perfect and discrete, and I had to use braces for almost two months in my lower teeth by the end of the treatment because the retainers weren’t fixing some small parts, besides that everything was great, the doctors and team were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Very efficient and effective. They really work with you on your schedule and your needs. Really great team there. I completed my treatment within 9 months and everything was amazing; happy with results. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a good place to get braces. I am very happy with the results

Experiencia fantástica: Clean place. Excellent attention. Good energy and attitude..

Experiencia fantástica: I really liked my first impression at Diamond Braces. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

Experiencia negativa: The craziest crash grab, I have ever seen. I Stop going to diamonds braces in forest hill to go to a different orthodontist location not associated with them at all cause it was horrible experience, because I was unsatisfied with my result and had informed them in 2024. Now I have a random appointment in NJ in 2025. This place had me scheduled for an appointment I never made with their location. Most terrible company, only dentist who don’t cause about their reputation work here. Still baffles me that I only got a an email reminder less than 12 hour ago, but they charge 10 dollars if you don’t cancel 24 hours ahead of time. Even worse their office has been closed since then, and I can not get a real person on the line, since I saw the email.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable at every visit. They guided me through the process with care and patience, and now I’m so happy with my new smile. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Natalia was attentive and explained everything clearly to the girls. I feel like they will be very comfortable here throughout the duration of this process.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really smooth experience with diamond braces! They always kept checking on my journey on braces and made sure everything is good. It took me 1 year and a 8 month to be done with my braces. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to start their braces journey!

Experiencia fantástica: I especially want to thank the employee Natalia for helping us and her excellent work. Wonderful employee( Forest Hills)

Experiencia fantástica: Review: I got my braces at this clinic on August 2, 2025 — and I’m really happy with the experience. Everyone was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and took great care of me. I especially appreciated that they offer a payment plan for braces — it made things a lot easier. Since I don’t speak English well, a Ukrainian woman who works there helped me out — that support meant a lot to me. Everything felt calm, clean, and welcoming. I’m honestly glad I chose this clinic. And to be honest, I wouldn’t be writing this review if I weren’t truly satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and care!

Experiencia fantástica: Easy to set an appointment, friendly staff and efficient service. Just got started and ready to showcase a new smile soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service Eduardo treatment coordinator was great and dr yoon

Experiencia fantástica: They are always super fast when attending me, all the staff is very friendly and nice and coming here for a year ive nevwr had a bad experience with them

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming here in the past 5 months. Several of the attachments had fallen off and I made an appointment to add them. The dentist confirmed a few attachments were missing, but the “doctor “ came and said that it was not a problem and refused to add those attachments. I had to ask my boss to leave early from work and come to this appointment, but refusal to fix the issue is rather disappointing. I don’t recommend Diamond Braces because of terrible services.

Experiencia fantástica: Great and quick experience! Staff is very good professional and my daughter’s very happy with her braces! Thank you for a very informative and helpful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here was nothing short of astounding. From the welcoming energy from the receptionist, to the smooth process of receiving my braces from the dental assistant and actual doctor. Everything was phenomenal. Looking forward to a great year with diamond braces!

I don’t feel any pain or discomfort and the process was super quick ! I would definitely recommend Diamond Braces in Forest Hills, NY for anyone looking for braces in New York City

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very fast to call me in , also very attentive to my personal care , also great advise on how to keep the treatment going without any interference. I want to thank all the ladies present

Experiencia negativa: Insurance benefits and thousands of dollars later ended up with more problems than when I started. Went in trying to fix 2 minor issues and ended the process with several issues that have to be fixed by another provider. Concerns were ignored, Dr reviews were less and 3 minutes and was always told "everything is fine" when they were not. The required check ins were missed by the office, 90% of the work is done by dental assistants and on site staff unfortunately cannot answer questions or provide solutions. Final retainers suspected to be inauthentic as they are missing the invisalign stamps. The compliance department was made aware of all these issues well in advance during the series process and it made no difference.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and easy process. No Long wait times ! Dr. And staff are nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience would recommend. The office was a breath of fresh air compared to the dental provider I saw before. Staff was friendly, communicative and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Very friendly staff

Experiencia positiva: The staff was pleasant, took their time explaining me the procedure. I was taken care in a timely fashion, no wait. The doctor was okay, good at what she does but she could have been more gentle. She never asked me how I felt while she was taking my braces off. I’m still satisfied with the final results of my straight teeth so far.
