AAA Dental Care

Experiencia fantástica: I loved AAA dental the dentist there explained everything to me he showed compassion empathy the whole staff at the office was extremely nice and caring

Experiencia fantástica: Everything perfect. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at AAA Dental Care yesterday, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding care I received. Trevor, my hygienist, continues to set the standard for professional and compassionate patient care. Over several years of being his patient, he has consistently demonstrated remarkable patience and a calming presence during every cleaning. It's rare to find someone who makes dental visits genuinely pleasant, yet Trevor manages to do exactly that with his thoughtful approach and attention to detail. I also want to extend my gratitude to Dr. Andrew Kim for cultivating such a talented and dedicated team. His leadership and commitment to providing excellent service is clearly reflected in every member of the practice. It's evident that Dr. Kim's vision of patient-centered care runs throughout the entire organization, and it makes a real difference in the experience. Thank you to the entire team at AAA Dental Care for consistently delivering exceptional care. I look forward to my continued visits.

Experiencia fantástica: AAA goes above and beyond to provide both amazing dental and customer service. Feels odd to say but I genuinely look forward to taking the day off and getting my teeth worked on ny AAA

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, very clean and excellent quality of care!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kim is kind, explains clearly what he is doing, and virtually painless. His staff is excellent and Tina explains to billing clearly. I often recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit with AAA Dental Care and felt extremely comfortable, welcomed and cared for! Trevor and Dr. Kim were an amazing team, with appropriate treatment recommendations and proper accommodations during my pregnancy. If you’re new to the area and need to establish care, AAA Dental is a great place!

Experiencia fantástica: Per usual, my appointment with Trevor was amazing! He is the absolute best!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and his team are all gems. They know how to handle patients with anxiety, and there is a lot of availability for appointments. I needed wisdom teeth out, and they got me in ASAP. Dr. Kim called me the night of the extraction to check up on me. I don’t ever want to see a dentist who isn’t Dr. Kim!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service across the board!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't express enough how amazing this place is. Visited them for wisdom teeth extraction and first of all, Nidia is THE BEST. I called IN PAIN. She gave me the earliest appt available which was 2 days away BUT said she'd try her best to get me in same day and SHE DID. And Dr Kim..DR KIM was great. Didn't feel a thing and called me AT NIGHT from his personal cell to follow up. 5 stars isn't even enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience at AAA Dental. Trevor does my cleanings and he is amazing. Dr. Kim, Nidia, and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. I love it there.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this practice to everyone. It's hard to have both great dentist & hygienist in the same practice, but AAA has it all. I'm very happy with all of their services. Trevor has been my favorite hygienist!

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office consistently delivers an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in, every associate makes you feel welcome and cared for. Nidia, at the front desk, truly stands out with her efficient and proactive approach, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Dr. Kim's personable demeanor and constant smile make every visit a positive one. A major plus is their commitment to punctuality—you'll never waste time in the waiting room. I wholeheartedly encourage you to schedule your visit; this office is truly fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous before my appointment because I haven’t had the best experiences with my dental appointments, but this was a great experience! Every single person I met at this office was so kind and sweet and accommodating, starting from the reception to Dr Kim. The dental hygienist, Trevor, was genuinely awesome; he really took his time with the cleaning and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I initially visited for what was diagnosed as a medium-sized cavity that required a simple filling. However, after the procedure, I experienced ongoing discomfort that the doctor repeatedly dismissed as normal, despite my concerns. Over time, he changed his description from a “medium” to a “deep” cavity—suggesting that excessive drilling may have occurred. The practice seems overbooked, and the doctor appeared rushed and unable to devote adequate time to individual patients. I returned several times for follow-up visits due to persistent pain, but all I received were X-rays and reassurances that everything was fine. Eventually, I sought a second opinion. Another dentist referred me to an endodontist, who performed a pulp vitality test and confirmed that I needed a root canal. This issue wasn’t visible on X-rays, something I was surprised the original doctor didn’t recognize or investigate further. After months of pain and thousands of dollars spent, I feel compelled to leave this review so others are aware. I sincerely hope this helps someone avoid the experience I went through and that I can finally move on.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and experience!

Experiencia fantástica: A friendly place and great technical expertise. What else would one want?

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist experience ever. If you’re in Stamford, Dr. Kim is the one! I had a number procedures done as far as fillings, extraction, and root canal. Feeling more confident with my smile and not in so much pain! Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch service by an excellent dentist and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't even know where to begin in describing my thoughts on AAA Dental Care, but I'll give it a try. Yesterday, I cracked my front tooth and was devastated, especially since I had a full day of work commitments ahead. Missing your front tooth is incredibly challenging. I called AAA Dental Care, and they immediately took me in. When I arrived, I was very upset, with tears in my eyes and so much frustration. Nidia greeted me and was so wonderful and calming, making me feel much better. The dental hygienist managed to make me laugh, which helped me relax. Dr. Andrew Kim was exceptional. He was able to fix my tooth and send me on my way, smiling and even skipping (Nidia saw me!) out the door. I highly recommend AAA Dental Care for their outstanding care and service.

Experiencia fantástica: Just got back from my cleaning - hands down the most gentle cleaning I've had in my life. Trevor was fantastic and I hope he's paid competitively. He was super gentle and is happy to accommodate sensory needs - people with sensitive teeth or sensitivity to light/sound you will be taken care of well here. Dr. Kim was super friendly as was the receptionist. 5 stars all around. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is amazing, he is very kind and honest. I haven't seen a dentist in a very long time because I had horrible experiences as a child. Today I had a follow up appointment and I was excited to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service Outstanding staff

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Kim is so nice and really takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and understand everything/answer all questions. The office is always clean and the staff are super friendly, especially Nidia. I've always had such great experiences here from a root canal to general cleanings. Thanks AAA Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Great front of house staff. Reception is very thorough, pleasant and friendly. Easy to make appointments when needed. Hygienists do a great job with cleaning, also very thorough

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and the crew are the best in the area. We moved, but my husband and I still travel to see Dr. Kim and his amazing team. The early morning appointments are perfect for busy work days. We highly recommend AAA Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been coming to AAA Dental for the past 6 years now and all I can say is everyone treats you like a part of a family. Dr. Kim is amazing and I am so grateful to the rest of the staff for always treating my husband I right.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful energy in this dental practice! I felt heard and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointments always go well. The cleaning staff does an amazing and caring job. Dr Kim is always very thorough and likes to explain things to you. My teeth are not great, but they're always taken care off well here. I also had a procedure and they did a great job with it. Love the view.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff great! Caring dentist

Clean office, efficient and professional, they will call and email reminds your appointment, and follow up on time. They are surely taking care of the patients. I will highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and the staff are great, they really care about your health! I've received great referrals as well and my checkups have improved. The dental hygienists at AAA Dental do a deep cleaning which I love ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at AAA Dental Care in Stamford for about three years now. They have been my one and only dental office since moving to Stamford. I have been so happy with the service and care I receive there. From the moment you walk in to when you leave, you feel very welcomed and safe. Nydia is so exceptional at running the office along with the rest of the staff. Dr. Kim is a very kind and thorough doctor who takes his time answering my all of my crazy questions. I’m overall so pleased with AAA Dental Care and highly recommend it to anybody!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is great! He made sure that i am comfortable all throughout my dental procedure. Best Dental Clinic ever!!! Kudos to Dr. Kim and all staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding patient service. The entire staff and Dr. Kim are truly wonderful, easy to work with, and very helpful. Anyone in the area that needs a dentist I will highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, Dr Kim is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I will highly recommend AAA Dental Care, Dr Kim and the Staff are wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome. I used to have a fear of going to the dentist from previous bad experiences. I no longer have any issues going in regularly because Dr. Kim and his staff take care of his patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My fiancé and I both love Dr. Kim and everyone at AAA dental care! When we first moved to Stamford, I had the worst tooth pain of my entire life. I was desperate to see a dentist and called about 7 local offices at two in the morning. Literally right when they opened at 8, I got a call back from Nidia, who was so kind and got me an appointment early that day. A few days later, Dr. Kim removed my wisdom teeth and even though I was nervous, I didn't have a reason to be. It was painless and so fast, and no issues at all while recovering. He even called the night after the surgery to see how I was feeling. Almost two years later he's removed my fiancé's wisdom teeth as well and filled two cavities. All the hygienists are excellent at their jobs and just the nicest people. My teeth have never been more healthy. I highly recommend AAA Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a pleasant experience at AAA Dental the staff and people who work there are amazing and they do really good work. Trust me Dr. Kim rebuilt my whole mouth my teeth look good again I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with AAA Dental has been great. Located in a prime downtown Stamford location with easy walkability, right on Summer St. The staff is all so kind, shoutout to Trevor for a great cleaning, he made my visit such a pleasant one!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very pleasant and helpful! The dentist is gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Dr Kim and the entire staff is very professional and great at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: We all love the team at AAA dental. Dr. Kim is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kim and staff ***** always.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service professional nice greeting make me comfortable l had give five stars always try do they best accommodate patients

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kim and staff at AAA dental is the best. They are always accommodating to my schedule which is not easy Very friendly and always asking about spouse and kids

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend AAA Dental to everyone I know. From the moment I made the initial call, I knew I was in great hands. Nidia, the receptionist, was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my schedule, even setting up an appointment for me at 6:30 AM on a Friday. Upon arrival, Nidia's warm welcome, energy, and informative nature immediately put me at ease. Trevor, the dental hygienist, was exceptional in every way. Not only did he make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment, but he also went above and beyond to provide a thorough and detailed explanation of the procedure, ensuring I was well-informed about my dental health. Dr. Kim went above and beyond by providing me with excellent free options to address my TMJ pain, which I had been dealing with for months. This gesture clearly demonstrated that he values my health over financial considerations. Overall, my experience at AAA Dental was outstanding, and I am grateful for the exceptional care and service I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is the best in the business. Highly recommend AAA Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: In a few words….completely satisfied!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cleaning and check-up. Trevor, the new hygienist was exceptional: professional, efficient, personable, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim was, as always, top notch in all ways.

Experiencia fantástica: Good service and pricing

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean, everyone was so nice and helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Service is so great from the office staff (Nada), the only hygienist (Travor) to Dr. Kim!! They are the best and very gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: AAA Dental care is a fantastic dental care clinic. Dr. Kim and his entire team are highly professional and very friendly and provide excellent dental care service.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff, great service!

Experiencia fantástica: The friendliest staff, great tech and an incredible dentist. Highly recommend!!! They don’t just preach the same old but truly think about your dental health as it aligns with your overall health and life goals. Love this team!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental crown replacement done perfectly by Dr. Kim. He is patient, kind and genuinely caring. He's always checking in to make sure I'm comfortable and is constantly communicating what he's doing during procedures. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and as friendly as he is . Thank you to everyone on staff. Most importantly his work is impeccable. Dr. Kim takes the time to make sure everything fits precisely. My experience with AAA Dental Care has been extremely positive. Highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. I’ve been going here a few years and their customer service is top of the line. Personally, I like how they send important messages by text message, which makes it easy to confirm appointments. The Dentist makes you feel comfortable and always takes time to answer your questions. I’ve had serious dental work done there the last couple of years but they really took care of me personally and professionally. Really can’t ask for anything better.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to be in your care. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Beware of the hidden fees and up-sell. This place has a tendency to recommend services not covered by insurance and you have to pay out of pocket. The hygienist named Trevor always do this to patients. He NEVER tells you upfront how much that service will be until you check out and be surprised. I also did a careful comparison of the fee they charge vs. what the average dental care charges in Stamford. They always charge at least 50% more than others. This is cheating. I save all documentations of their fee receipts and will submit the complaint to FTC.

Experiencia fantástica: A Kind, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful team at AAA Dental! They go above and beyond for their patents in needs, comfort and well-being and have generous appointment hours/days. So happy I found them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so friendly. My dental hygienist very professional and very nice. Dr. Kim was also easy to talk to. Loved everyone here

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice! Everyone is very caring and respectful of my extreme fear of dental work I would highly recommend AAA Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: I am glad and grateful to have received care from a courteous and professional staff at AAA Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: AAA is a great place to take care of your teeth. I had to do implants and the doctor did a great job. Dr. Kim made me feel that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on, and they give me the exact price for the work I needed to be done. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Thanks to all team of AAA

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptionally clean, pleasant staff and Dr. Kim is excellent. Great service whether for a cleaning, filling or crown.

Experiencia fantástica: A very good cleaning. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: They really care about their patients and are very friendly, especially Dr. Kim.

Experiencia fantástica: Lovely environment. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to give you a positive experience. Def recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is the best! He is the first dentist that I am truly comfortable with.

Experiencia fantástica: Always an awesome experience going to AAA dental. Dr Kim and his team are the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very kind, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kim and his staff. They go above and beyond to take care of your teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist - I don't think my teeth ever been healthier. But what I really liked about it is had a hygienist looked thru my teeth after an x-ray and suggested to take out my wisdom teeth - best decision ever made since prior to taken out, teeth was very unhealthy and harboring bacteria. The whole staff is very good. The environment is clean, courteous and very professional. I lived in brooklyn and NYC and of all the dentists, Dr. Kim and his staff have been the best since they look at the whole overall issue - for instance, Dr. Kim noticed I grind my teeth while I sleep and using night-guard made a big difference. My teeth are hygienic and much better now.

Experiencia fantástica: The Doctor and staff are very friendly and professional!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr. Kim for a few years now. This office really knows how to care for their patients and are thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain any issues you may be having and gives tips on how to upkeep with your teeth… always a pleasure. I always deal with Nidia in phone, email and in person, they are very lucky to have her on their team, she really goes above and beyond. All the assistants and hygienists have been so wonderful too!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is amazing!! Dentists usually scare me but I feel super comfortable with him. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years. He's the best! The staff is also amazing!! Thanks AAA for taking such good care of me :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is not only an exceptional dentist, but even more importantly.. he connects with and cares about his patients. His staff does the same. He and his wonderful hygienists have my teeth is much better shape these days. Most of all, they actually care.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful I found AAA Dental Care when I moved to Stamford in June of 2022! Dr. Kim and his staff are the best! I always look forward to going to my dental appointments because of how kind and wonderful everyone there is. Dr. Kim always takes the time to explain things thoroughly, and makes sure you are comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about AAA Dental Care. If you are looking for a great and reliable dentist, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and his team are the best. Nivia (spelled right?) is really terrific at helping you understand costs with true transparency. Quite a difference from those thieves at Dental Care of Stamford.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience, Dr. Kim & Maria were great! Dulce & Nidia from the front desk were very helpful as well. Looking forward for the next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dr. Kim were incredible. The process of booking the appointment to the time I checked out was so easy and efficient. They were so attentive. Maria and Nidia took extra care of me and Dr. Kim explained everything so thoroughly. I’ve already referred a few of my family members to AAA dental. Thank you everyone for such amazing experience.

Experiencia fantástica: AAA dental care, stands out from the crowd, I’ve been to a-lot of dentist in my life, but I feel that this place is truly exceptional with their service and care!

Experiencia fantástica: I used to go to other dental clinic in Stamford and I wish I could know AAA dental earlier. Dr. Kim is very professional but also approachable. I never liked dental treatment but he makes me feel less nervous. The office staff Nidia is also very helpful and thoughtful and enthusiastic. She makes everything easy for me and I really enjoyed talking to her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim, Lynette and all the staff were great. My kids (ages 11, 9, 5, 2) were all at ease . Now they are no longer scared to go to the dentist, how different from when I was a little kid.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience (yes, dental) with Team Kim! Needed to be seen & got in quickly-Dr Kim was excellent-identified the issue, communicated thoroughly & was confident & comfortable. Highly recommend his practice!

Experiencia negativa: AAA Dental is known in Stamford for using strong arm sales tactics to get you to pay for a $2,000 deep cleaning. They told me if I wanted to get any work done, it’s mandatory I get this deep cleaning. This was after Dr. Kim told me my gums were fine. I consulted another dentist, family and friends. One of them actually said they had the same experience with AAA Dental. They refused to do any work on a current cavity of mine and left me in pain. AAA does NOT care about patient care but about making money. How upsetting.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim may very well be the most talented, professional, trustworthy, kindest full-service dentist around. I've never met a dentist more capable in so many areas (general dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, surgery, maxillofacial issues, etc.). His state-of-the art facility is well-equipped and always spotless. His staff is always happy and friendly (which says a lot about the way he runs his practice). Safety, good work, friendly customer service and honesty are really the pillars of his practice. While being accommodating of your wishes/requests as a patient, Dr. Kim will always give you an honest assessment; not try to push for unnecessary services. If a tooth can be saved, he will save it. If intensive work is needed or he foresees an issue, he will warn you ahead of time. If something is unnecessary, he will let you know too. Price-wise: Unlike many practices around that tell you they work with your insurance (only for you to discover $700 later that they're not actually "in network"), Dr. Kim and his Billing Department will never try to trick you when it comes to cost. 1) They will tell you clearly whether they're in network or not (they always are). 2) They will always get an estimate from your insurance company prior to any big work. I could go on and on (about friendly office schedule, easy appointment reminders, painless anesthesia, children-friendly treatments, etc.) but Dr. Kim's reputation precedes him, and he fully deserves it.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely nice people that are really passionate about there job and they do a really great job Every time i go for an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: AAA Dental is a great place. All the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile! Dulce and Nydia are awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Dr. Kim a few years now and always a good experience. The hygienists do a thorough job and all the staff members are friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and every one of his staff members are excellent and friendly!! I had a bad experience with another Stamford dentist so I was so relieved to have found AAA Dental. Dr. Kim seems to always have the latest technology and his office is SPOTLESS which is very important to me, especially at a dentist's office. I go every six months for a cleaning, and Lanette is so gentle on my very sensitive teeth that it almost feels like a tooth and gum massage :) I've also recently had extraction and implant surgery and it was also as great an experience as that can be. Dr. Kim is patient, takes his time explaining, does his best to save your teeth before making any drastic recommendations and will always make time for an appointment if there is any discomfort. It doesn't hurt that Dr. Kim is pretty funny and Nidia treats me like a good friend. I almost want to go more often just to say hello :D Thank you, thank you, thank you AAA Dental and team!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so glad to have found AAA Dental Care a few years ago, after not having seen a dentist in many years. I was so anxious about it, but everyone made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Since then I've tried my best to go twice a year as it's so much more pleasant if you go on schedule. The office staff (Tina & Nidia) are very helpful and accommodating. My favorite hygienist (Maria) is wonderful, she is so gentle and kind, letting me know what to expect with each step. Luckily I've not needed Dr. Kim to do any work on my teeth, but when I see him before my cleaning he is always very friendly and gentle in reminding me to keep up with flossing. As much as I dread going to the dentist, I always feel calmer once I'm there due to the great staff. I would recommend AAA Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a fantastic dentist! So professional, friendly, and talented. Clean office, too!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Kim explained things thoroughly. He didn't try to sell me any extra procedures - which so many dentists have done in the past. He gets high marks for integrity!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to Dr.Kim and staff for being so professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout all care! I recently moved to the area and was lucky to find AAA by chance, I have never been more comfortable at the dentist. Extremely friendly and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: i am usually nervous when going to the dentist but Dr. Kim is by far my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to. Their scheduling is so easy, their staff is super welcoming and friendly, and I always feel like I’m being well taken care of by everyone. They really care. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous going into the office to get dentist care but everybody made me feel so comfortable. The doctor explained everything in layman's term. Nydia, at the front desk, was super amazing!!!
