Similarly to my first visit, Dr. Park took care of my dentals needs and was thorough and patient with me throughout the entire visit. This dental office really takes the notorious "dentist anxiety" out of all my visits, I feel entirely relaxed and calm throughout my experience. From the ease of making appointments and checking in with the wonderful front desk, Maggie, all the way to the cleaning with Dr. Park and eventually check out, it really shows they care for your well being every step of the way. I cannot urge or recommend this office enough!! Please do yourself a favor and visit this office, I can assure you, you won't return to your old office as long as this one is open. Everyone is very nice and kind walking in the insurance process is fast and easy, They let you know everything before you leave the door so that way you can go out with a clear mind, knowing that your insurance will cover your procedure or you walk out doing their very affordable treatment plan payment plan, which is also quick and easy and great for a college student like me! I came in with emergency pain and ended up needing a root canal and even though it sounded scary the doctor assured me that as soon as we do it the better outcome we would have and even though I had this root Canal for five years, he was able to save my tooth And to my crown, but it seems like to me to be a couple days later! I recommend everybody to come here, no matter how small or big they seem like their issue may be because this is a place where magic takes place!

Experiencia fantástica: My first three visits were very good even if they never followed through on the x ray that was part of my first visit deal. Today the price went from $100 - $149.99 ending the 'Special'. That was no special. This is a simple 50% price hike. Looking for another dentist now. Canceled my appointment. Very modern clinic. Assistant was very helpful in setting up an appointment and honored the first time client deal. Charges seems slightly less than somewhere I had been previously. The dentist was careful, professional and explained everything. Absolutely no pain. I thoroughly recommend anyone to try what I believe maybe a new business. There is ample parking right outside the door and the clinic is at street level so no need to worry about getting in and out of elevators or walking in the snow. Ok....to heck with the price rise...I was told i needed three fillings at one dental studio. I was concerned about that and the $2,000 cost. So I gave Clear Smile another chance. Aaliyah at the front desk recognized my concern immediately... They have an amazingly modern clinic, with all the latest machinery and what is more important, they are up to date with the latest technology which on occasions, provides an alternative to drilling and filling ( i believed them). The cost was $540....my next visit will be substantially lower. I'm glad I went back.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re like me and hate going to the dentist or had bad experiences with previous dentists, this is the place that will set all of those fears aside. I went here for a second opinion and a cleaning after developing a hole in my tooth that another dentist told me was a huge cavity requiring fillings in addition to other cavities. I decided to come here because it was very close to work (I live in New Haven). The staff made the scheduling a very easy process despite my busy schedule and the short notice. When I finally arrived the staff was very attentive and helpful with getting the paperwork done. After reviewing my X-Rays, one of the doctors informed me that it wasn’t a broken tooth, but rather: a broken piece of plaque that was hardened. He recommended that I get a full “debridement” to address the issue and didn’t pressure me at all. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover it, but the price was very fair and reasonable. We scheduled the procedure for Columbus Day when I had off from work. Despite the doctor himself cautioning me before starting the procedure that it would be slightly painful—it was in fact very painless. This is a testament to his skills and expertise. I walked out feeling very relieved that I not only found a great dentist, but also a dentist I can trust! So if you’re looking for a new dentist or even just need a second opinion, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: IF I could give negative starts I would COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. The free consultation is a SCAM- I went with hopes on improving my bonding tooth that has begun to chip and is the wrong color. The dentist agreed. The only thing the dentist was interested in doing was veneers. This is not an affordable option for me right now. I have a subtle sharp chip that the dentist could have smooth out for me relieving me of pain but he was not interested in helping me at all. They only want to recommend thousand dollars procedures.

Going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but they make you feel so comfortable and take their time to do everything right. It’s such a relief to find a place you can actually trust. When it comes to dental care, it's best to choose the right one that can really get your job done right ;) The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and feels fresh and new. Experiencia negativa: BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! I came for a tooth cleaning & X-RAY in February of 2024 and was told that I had 13 CAVITIES! Super alarming for a 26yr old ! I felt in my gut I should get a second opinion since he ( the dentists ) did not confirm though X-Ray and was not very informative when it came to explaining what mutation he was trying to do to my mouth , & to give a little backstory .. this office has canceled one of my appointments and then tried to ban me , after leaving a review explaining the situation , they called me in for a “ meeting “ to delete the review ! I still foolish enough continued treatment and that’s when I was told about the 13 cavities , after going to another Stsmford Dentist , she confirmed I have NONE ! I am terrified that someone white a medical license would lie and almost retaliate, not sure what to do but I do not recommend this place, aesthetic appeal does not mean quality !!

Experiencia negativa: Be very cautious when doing business with this office. I called ahead to proactively discuss two treatment options and was given exact pricing by the front desk. However, when I arrived, the dentist doubled the price from what was originally quoted. Even after I pointed out the discrepancy, they continued to manipulate the pricing. I’ve never experienced anything like this—it felt like a clear bait-and-switch tactic. If you do choose to visit, make sure to get everything documented because this practice is not transparent or honest.

Experiencia positiva: I am extremely disappointed that I was charged for the services. Initially when I called and made the appointment for my annual cleaning with your office I was told; and I asked several times, that you took my insurance and was in-network. Come to find out in December (since I had scheduled my last cleaning of the year) by a call from your staff members that you took my insurance but was out of network. I cannot believe that something like this is not clearly communicated, especially knowing how expensive dental treatments can be. Be sure that you communicate clearly with your costumers because it is unfair that someone gets stuck with a bill for the incompetence of your staff for not checking or communicating coverage and expenses prior the visit. - Giving it 3 Stars because the hygienist did a great job with the cleaning.

Experiencia positiva: Nice place to get cleaning done. As far as more involved procedures like getting a crown done, I didn't have a good experience. Had to get it reworked and then within a year it came out and had to be cemented again.
