Windsor Park Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and wonderful consultation!

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming atmosphere. The doctor and his assistants are golden. The doctor didn’t pump & prime me to do anything that I didn’t want to do. The entire experience was phenomenal. Nicole the DA displayed excellent customer service. The way the DR & DA worked together was so in sync I never saw that type of teamwork displayed in a dental office. If he wasn’t 20 mins away from me he would be my primary dentist. Thank you for being great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to discover Windsor Park Dental! The entire staff is amazing, warm, welcoming, genuinely friendly and efficient. Dr. Caputo is top notch! He has a delightful, uplifting personality, lovely rapport with his staff, caring and thoughtful with his approach, and is so mindful & passionate about his quality care and workmanship that he provides. I truly appreciate Dr. Caputo’s willingness and effort to support my holistic approach in my dental care. I couldn’t be happier and feel blessed to be taken such good care of by him and his staff. I highly recommend this office for a truly wonderful, professional and caring dental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! So friendly from the time you walk in until the time you are walking out, nothing but smiles from everyone that works there. A very pleasant dental experience. A modern office with all the new technologies. Dr. C is a great, funny, and just seems like he would be so much fun to work for and with. The energy in their office rubs off on you. A+

Experiencia fantástica: fantastic dentist. felt very comfortable even with dentist anxiety. explained everything very well. would 100% recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I have a fear of dentists, so it was a struggle to get me to a dentist. That will no longer be the case as Windsor Park Dental made me feel at ease the second my family and I walked in. The receptionist Becka did a great job of welcoming us! Ashley did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Caputo did a great job of helping me understand what was going on with my teeth. Just a class organization all around!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome!: Friendly. Caring! Such a nice experience! I even got a flavored polish when she cleaned my teeth. I would highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was awesome. I felt very welcome and everyone was very kind and generous. Would give them a 100 star rating if I could

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caputo was the best! I went in assuming I needed a tooth pulled. That is what I was told elsewhere. He found that a piece needed to come off but the nerve appears to be heathy. He built up a filling and hopefully I will keep the rest of the tooth. It took less than an hour. He didn’t assume anything. Checked my tooth, asked questions and worked with me. I knew the cost of the filling and a possible crown before I left. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you, Dr. Caputo.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! They do an amazing job walking you through every step, making you feel comfortable, and helping you with every aspect of your dental needs from beginning to end! I told all my friends to switch over to Windsor Park Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: My son had wisdom teeth removal, Dr Caputo, Julie, & Becka were awesome !!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, thorough, no nonsense dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time to the Windsor dental park office due to a change in our insurance. At first we were unhappy, having to leave our dentist because of insurance, but as it turns out, we couldn't be happier. The staff is exceptional. Their attention to detail and the service we received was outstanding! keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my second appt at Windsor Park Dental. I have had great experiences both times. Dr. Caputo and his team were able to explain a dental issue I’d been experiencing for years better than any dentist I’d ever had before. I feel calm and taken care of there, and I always leave knowing my teeth both look and feel cleaner. To add a cherry on top, the office is located right off the main entrance of the building - easy to find and no stress involved. If you are looking for a new dental team, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: Switched to Windsor Park dental about a year ago, and I am so happy I did! They are so nice and make dental visits as enjoyable as they can be. So welcoming! 10/10 :)

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome! Dr. Caputo is very nice and knowledgeable. Clinic is nice and well maintained. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I had a double crown put on three weeks ago. I have had on and off pain since. I was given an appt but pain went away. Pain then returned 3 days later and is now very acute. I called and was told by Becca, "we already scheduled you for an appointment and you canceled." I reiterated that the pain had gone but was now back with a vengeance. She gave me an appointment for three weeks out stating "we are very busy with root canals and such. We just can't get you in." Windsor Park Dental is rude and dismissive. Never have I been treated, by any doctor or dentist, in this way.

Experiencia fantástica: They fixed two uncomfortable issues in one quick visit. Great people here and they did amazing work. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: On time appointment. Doctor Works quick and gives options for care. Very pleased with the result of everything He has done. Michael

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience as a new patient at Windsor Dental! The entire process—from seamless scheduling and check-in to the cleaning itself—was top-notch. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I especially appreciated Dr. Caputo’s professional yet personable approach; he provided a very honest and thorough examination. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: State of the art facility a Dr. & staff to match

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and personable Doctor and staff. They were very thorough and explained every step of the visit. I know what the did, what they plan to do and how much it’s going to cost. No Surprises, just the way I like it.

Experiencia fantástica: Efficient and friendly service! They saw me last minute and were able to accommodate everything I needed. Thank you Dr Caputo and Nicole!!

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist was nice and very skilled. Dentist was personable, skilled and didn’t push anything. Great office

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my family in for cleaning and we left very impressed by the service and the staff. I arrived with pain in my tooth and the doctor didn’t charge me for grinding down my teeth in order to ease my pain. I’m grateful and I’m looking forward to the next visit

Experiencia fantástica: This group of office personnel was efficient, easy to work with and very pleasant, going above to provide a great experience all around!

Experiencia fantástica: Love everything about this place! I had to stop seeing my hometown dentist, whom I've been seeing my whole life. I've always loved going to the dentist and I was worried I wouldn't find another dental office as caring, friendly, and helpful- but I did and they are!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, this place is phenomenal! From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Caputo, everyone was excellent. They were friendly, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years due to a terrible experience I had with my previous dentist, but I highly recommend visiting Windsor Park Dental. Additionally, getting an appointment in a short amount of time is very easy!

Experiencia fantástica: I had only had a cleaning and checkup at Windsor Dental before. That was all positive for me. Today I returned for two fillings. I normally have a bit of dental anxiety. I must say Dr. Caputo and his staff made it so relaxing and stress-free I was very impressed. He is professional yet very personable, kind, and explains as he goes along making fillings a breeze. The teeth look great. Windsor Dental will be my place for dental visits from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: The team was very gracious and accommodating, providing a same day appointment as well as a solution for my issue. Dr Caputo was very giving of his time in treating me and offering counsel regarding my dental issue and potential remedies. I found this rare and refreshing and cannot recommend this dental office enough.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first time i visited Windsor Park Dental, as a new patient. The staff and Dentist were very friendly and informative as to what they would be doing today, along with letting me know the cost up front. I did schedule to have some additional Dental work done in the near future.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone with quite a bit of anxiety surrounding dental appointments, they made it so easy and everyone is so incredibly nice! Dr Caputo was super nice and made me comfortable through the whole process.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caputo and the dental hygienist were great. Very good experience...again. Will go back!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful, caring, quality, fun and kind staff. I love them and they take such good care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley did a great job with teeth cleaning, all went smooth and comfortable. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Windsor Park Dental! Dr. Caputo is truly the best! I drove from Chicago to see him and will continue to do so. He’s skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares about his patients. His team is just as amazing. Nicole, his dental assistant, is so warm and reassuring, and Ally and Rebekah at the front desk made my visit smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: nice, answered questions. I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years and they didn’t shame me or criticize- very professional staff from intake to departure.

Experiencia fantástica: As I walked out the door today from Windsor Park Dental, the sweet receptionist told me that her goal was to see that every patient had a bigger smile on their face when they left as when they came in. Well, between my hygienist, Ashley, and Dr. Caputo, I never leave their office without a bigger smile, often a giggle, than when I arrived. It's really rather incredible the good conversations you can have with your mouth open wide! Thank you, Windsor Park Dental! My entire family and I truly appreciate your gentle care in a fun dental chair!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so thankful to Dr Caputo and his staff. I had a crown come off and they got me right in to fix it. Great staff, everyone is very nice- which seems to be rare these days!

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience here!!! It was honestly the best, most thorough cleaning I have ever had and the dentist was so fun and energetic!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Going to dentist can be stressful but this place does a great job and putting you at ease and the place feels so inviting with how it’s decorated and the staff is great!. 10/10 recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a cleaning. Ashley is such a delightful person. She is a professional. She does such a good job. Dr Capitol comes in and he is so friendly. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: All right this is by far the best dental appoint I have had in a while. I will add, I do have anxiety and was completely fine. I already booked my next appointment. Staff and dentist is fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: K, so I've been coming here for a long time. I had a terrible fear of the dentist from my younger life. It sucked! Now I'm relaxed coming here to where I don't have sore forearms from having a death grip on the chair. Dr.Caputo and his staff are more than helpful making people feel comfortable in the office. They are a night and day difference from when I started going to the dentist in the 70’s. There is no pain and and people are gentle and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dental office I have been to in SE WI. Staff is great, assistants are superb, Dr. Caputo treats you as a valued human being and listens to your feedback. He saved my wife's #18 molar. His composite bonds are incredible and he is willing to try new technologies. I love Windsor Park!

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic is excellent. Dr. Caputo is thoughtful, skilled, and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional & accommodating. Finds alternatives for less invasive procedure(s) originally suggested by my dentist. Explained everything very well. Made me feel very at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: All I can say is I found my new dentist! I haven't had a place care for me and take the time to explain a true plan like here! And they came up with a plan that was affordable instead of one that was outrageous like others. Let me know what I really needed done and the goal to help save my teeth and to get my smile back! My mother has been going here for a long time and recommended. I needed a emergency extraction. I was scared. They put me at ease, got the extraction felt no pain at all, then gave me a plan. Nicole (I think that was her name) was very friendly and professional preparing me to see the doctor and Dr. Caputo was friendly and direct explaining where my health was at and what I needed. The office in general was pleasant and professional and it seemed like the staff there was a great team. Entrance is handicap accessible and the parking lot was easy to find/navigate. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended. Had my first appointment and was very happy with the experience. Dr. Caputo was transparent and walked me through his thought process as we were discussing my issues & how to address them. He was also proactive in considering the costs of different options including incorporating my insurance plan, and presented everything clearly and without pressure. He and his assistant, Nicole, made me feel a part of the process, which contrasts other experiences I've had where I felt like I was simply there being worked on while the dentist & assistant talked things through between themselves.

Dr. Caputo is thorough, understanding, and takes the time to explain everything he does, the options available, and the tradeoffs between them. I've had a lot of dental work done, and I've experienced dentists who push procedures (presumably) to drive revenue. I've always been pleased with the facilities and the quality of work at Windsor Park Dental, and I've never felt pressured or confused about what was being done or why.
