Not only would I make a reccomendation, i already have made numerous reccomendations. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my results! I had dealt with cavities on my front teeth for a long time and had them repaired several times, but I was never completely happy with the appearance. I also had noticeable spacing between my upper front teeth. Dr. Garg recommended crowns on my six upper front teeth to address both the old restorations and the spacing, and the transformation has been amazing! My teeth look so natural, beautiful, and balanced. I absolutely love my smile and feel so much more confident now. The entire team was wonderful, professional, and caring throughout the process. Experiencia negativa: You can book online however apparently none of the appointments reflected are accurate. Booked for today, they rescheduled. Called me to tell me thought I didn’t see the voicemails. I didn’t confirm the new time because I didn’t know. I showed up today she told me she changed it to tomorrow. Well I can’t come tomorrow so I asked to reschedule. She asked me to take September 27. It’s August 26 and interestingly enough the website shows about 15 + available appointments in the next two days let alone the next month. Literally what was all this for and why doesn’t your own online calendar reflect the actual appointments. And if they do I’d like to know why I rescheduled without being spoken to and then offered and absurdly far off appointment.

Post crown work I asked her if I can floss my teeth and what kind of floss should I use? She answered me with such anger.

Experiencia negativa: I had a new patient Friday afternoon appointment. Upon arrival, staff was unattentive, loud, were busy yapping away their personal nonsense. I specifically asked for teeth cleaning an X-ray upon booking appointment. Hygienist was a very rude individual who wanted to go home and didn’t have time to clean my teeth. Wasn’t sure why I was told otherwise. I will def advise to stay from this place if you are looking for a professional services as this dental practice is far from it.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going here for years and when Dr. Loffredo left I guess they didn’t want to deal with my case anymore. Instead of being honest with me I had to find out from the dental lab that they never sent a prescription so I could have my bridge completed. I understand them not feeling comfortable working with something they are unfamiliar with but they could have been honest. And the attitude I got from Ashley on the phone when I called is beyond me. I’ve been fighting for 15 years to get my case finished and I don’t deserve the attitude I was given. Ruth and Vinnie at the front are amazing and so is most of the staff. I’ll never go here again which is sad to me as I thought I built up a relationship with the people at this office but I guess that means nothing in terms of the respect I’m given. Very sad! Edit: I found out they kicked all their complicated cases out of the office. So I am not the only person to all of a sudden have to find a dentist to go to. I have a rare pain disease and now I have to drive 2.5 hours round trip to see the dentist instead of 15 minutes round trip. This has made my life significantly more difficult and I want them to know Karma is coming for them. What horrible people run this company!

She is extremely friendly and courteous, and great at her job! My teeth feel pearly clean after she works on them. If you follow her suggestions your teeth and gums will be healthier! New dentist Dr. Kim is very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr Garg did a great job on my cap. I had trouble with different pieces of equipment and she found a work around. She is expert at numbing before injecting anesthetic. I hardly felt it. My temporary fits perfectly and just waiting to get the finished cap. Makes going to the dentist as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

The front desk/reception staff is super friendly and super helpful. Ruth, Ashley and Vinnie are quick, knowledgeable and are very willing to work with you to accommodate your needs in scheduling and billing. The only issue is the multiple reminders that come in for every appointment. I counted 8 (EIGHT!!) reminders. If you make multiple appointments necessary for some procedures, you get 8 reminders for each appointment.....it's too much!

The doctor took time to explain my x-rays and tell me the best method to care and address concerns. She explain how my teeth help is connected to my overall health and recommended me to other doctors that could help me for periodontal work and straightening my teeth. The doctor even took extra time and did my cleaning herself. She was very knowledgeable and I feel super confident that if I follow her directions, my teeth will be in excellent shape in no time. I am a happy new patient.

Experiencia positiva: I have been going here since 2005. Dr. Evangelista moved on. Since he left, there has been no comparison. The dentist are not very personable which in this profession I think is important. Many ppl are terrified of the dentist so making a person comfortable should be a priority. Most recent I went and had a new lady. She walked in, introduced herself and got right to business. I felt like I took a face shower with all the water and stuff that was going on. To say the least it was a very unpleasant visit. She didn't talk about treatment nor did she ask or follow up about previous treatment. As I left she had a brief conversation with her assistant in Spanish which I also felt was rude. I only gave 3 stars because the office staff and assistants are always great.

The dental assistants are friendly, organized, thorough in their preparation and providing support to the dentist. Dr. Loffredo is excellent at his craft, and has a very calm demeanor (which is great when you know you’re getting a needle!) A truly pain free experience, and due to his meticulous attention to detail, it is virtually impossible to see where a dental procedure was done. Lisa the hygienist is amazing! She has shared such great tips on improving oral care, and has made suggestions that have improved the health of my mouth. I highly recommend both Dr. Loffredo and Lisa!! Thank you!

I liked that she takes time to explain different parts of the process which helped me understand. Dr. Garg took time to do a cleaning for me one day when originally it would have been another appointment. She knew the pain in my gum might worsen so she offered to do a cleaning that day which helped and showed me that she cares. She has done several fillings for me which have been painless, quick, and clean. She recommended a toothbrush that has been very helpful and she took time to show me how to use the different settings on it. Everyone here is very kind, patient, and welcoming. I recommend this office and Dr. Garg to anyone looking for a dentist.
