Experiencia negativa: Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 I left the White Plains Dental office feeling horrible, overwhelmed and a migraine headache! The dentist did not numb me well, so I felt everything that was being done. Absolutely horrible and painful!!! Also I came there with the thought I would be only an hour, and it turned out to be 3 hours! From a simple procedure as a small chipped tooth that needed only a filing to a crown! Which I felt i only needed the filing. I was in pain for 2 days and my mouth is still very sore on the 3rd day. This experience has caused me to start looking elsewhere. I’m valued more $$$. Where was Dr. Roman?

Experiencia fantástica: The White Plains Dentistry is operating on . The doctors are patient, caring and welcoming. Today I met with Dr. Jacob's. Dr. J took his time and made my visit as comfortable as possible. The team here is great. Best, Mr. Payne

Dr. Roman is great and Shane is a great hygienist that pays attention to detail and shows his patients extra care. Experiencia fantástica: I recommend WPDC for any of your dental needs. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff/ dentists are very knowledgeable and willing to provide the upmost care for their patients.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this dental office. I scheduled what was clearly a routine yearly teeth cleaning, which is fully covered under our dental insurance when performed by an in-network provider. I have been treated at this office before and intentionally returned because they advertise participation with our insurance plan. During this visit, I was never informed—verbally or in writing—that the dental hygienist performing my deep cleaning would be billed under a different dentist who is out of network. This information was not disclosed prior to treatment, nor was I given the opportunity to decline or make an informed decision. Only after the appointment did I discover that the services were billed under an out-of-network dentist, resulting in unexpected charges for what should have been covered care. At no point did anyone explain this arrangement, obtain my consent, or provide cost transparency before proceeding. This practice feels deceptive and unethical. Patients should not be expected to navigate hidden provider assignments or surprise billing within the same office—especially when they explicitly choose an in-network practice to avoid these exact situations. Trust and transparency are essential in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a serious failure to properly inform the patient. It’s not about the money I had to pay out of pocket—it’s about the bait-and-switch tactics that were used.

Experiencia fantástica: Regina is the greatest ever at cleaning teeth and she’s also so good at explaining everything so you feel comfortable and safe knowing your mouth and dental hygiene is in good hands! I would recommend anyone to come here!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and care. Always a pleasant visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Adina, the dental hygienist answered all my questions honestly, even the silly ones. Told me from exactly where my dental problems stemmed from. She did not demand I do expensive procedures but told why I need to resolve and offered solutions.

Experiencia fantástica: The health of my teeth has improved greatly. Highly recommend!

They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every procedure is fully explained and that you feel comfortable every step of the way. Their commitment to patient education really stands out nothing ever feels rushed, and they always take the time to answer questions clearly. On top of their excellent care, their scheduling is extremely flexible, which makes appointments easy to fit into a busy personal day. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they prioritize both quality and comfort. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines expertise with compassion, White Plains Dental is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I switched to this provider when my dentist retired because it was in my plan. Previously I had considerable out of plan costs and assumed the transfer to an in plan provider meant their dentists and support staff would be overbooked or less skilled.
