Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tsai, is one of the last honest dentists left in Hayward. Not one of these corporate dental mills that are trying to tie you into some crazy commitment. He's caring and honest with your best interest at hand. I only wish I would've started going here 16 years ago when I started going to my last dentist. I feel I would've been so better off. The phrase disservice hits home hard!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had to get two wisdom teeth extracted in the last few months. I was terrified of dentists due to some traumatic experiences I had as a child(not a dentist) and this is something that was needed for a long time. I finally got the courage to go with my wife’s help because I was consistently in so much pain. Dr Tsai made me feel very comfortable and made me realize I never had anything to be afraid of. Now I’m pain free in my mouth and I couldn’t be happier. I will continue to go to this dentist for years to come and will recommend to all my family and friends

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to Dr. Tsai, for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. He’s incredibly patient and gentle with my 7-year-old son, which makes dental visits a breeze. My husband, older son, and I all trust him with our care—and we always leave feeling well taken care of. Even though he’s the only dentist at the practice, he somehow manages to make time for emergencies, which is such a relief when unexpected issues pop up. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It truly feels like a family-oriented practice where everyone is treated with kindness and respect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist who genuinely cares about his patients!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who grew up genuinely scared of going to the dentist, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tsai and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office made me feel welcomed and at ease. They’re all so friendly, attentive, and just have such great energy. Dr. Tsai is the perfect balance of professional and personable, super cool but always focused and thorough when it comes to the actual work. He absolutely knows his stuff when it comes to fixing a patient’s dental issues. I will never go to another dentist ever. I highly recommend Hayward Dental Arts to anyone needing dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here, and had a great experience! I felt very welcomed by both staff and the Dr. It was nice to find a place that still holds value in treating people like people. And who takes the time to provide informed care with patients. I often feel pushed out by Dr's or feel as if Im bothering them with my questions and concerns. Especially as someone with neurodivergence. But I feel I had the Dr.'s undivided attention the whole time. Staff were also very knowledgeable and shared information that aligned with the Dr's assessment. Everyone spent time talking to me and answering my questions. Lots of transparency with billing and procedures and no pressure to decide on next steps in the moment. Highly recommend! They truly represent their 5 star review! Experiencia fantástica: Great staff great doctor. They saw me the very next day when no one else would for a root canal. Helped me out with a great payment plan and was very patient while I figured out my financial situation. Then took care of me that same day! The doctor was amazing he helped me out and was very friendly same with all the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tsai wouldn’t approve of this message but — his office is way better than my last dentist. He is transparent and straightforward while my last dentist had me purchasing flouride rinses that yellowed my teeth and deep cleanings every single year. I was just thinking of having my mom come to Dr. Tsai when she is in town. Although, I’d be a little embarrassed because she could work on her brushing and flossing.
