Experiencia negativa: My wife appointment was 3:45 it’s 4:45 and still Waiting for the provider , look this clinic need to be organized, because the waiting time it’s to long , Afecting the patients, look nobody care , probs my Ombusdman need to work with this clinic in San Leandro

Experiencia negativa: Armando Cervantes is such a terrible doctor. Didn't care at all about what was going on just because I am overweight. I have conditions that make it hard to lose weight and I have a referral that is 5 months out. But im made to feel like crap because someone doesn't want to do their job and just blame things on the weight, that shouldn't make you any less valued as a patient or a person. This phone appointment made me instantly depressed this tactic needs to change.

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala calidad dejan a las personas esperando mucho tiempo para la cita te hacen venir antes de la cita y encima te atendiende después la hora citada en pediatría tenías dos citas con mis hijas con una 1 de diferencia en el cual llegue una hora antes para tener tiempo y ya perderé una por quee tienen esperando más de media hora de la cita y las cita eran importantes para mis niñas ya que estaban enferma en Hayward el servicio es diferente y te atienden rápido aquí en San Leandro el servicio es pésimo lamentablemente mis hijas tienen su pediatra aQui

Experiencia negativa: Hace tres años atrás si era buena esta clínica. Ahora me dejan esperando hasta una hora para atender a mi niña. Los padres tenemos otros compromisos. Deberían ser puntuales con respecto a la hora de la cita.

Experiencia negativa: This is not a good clinic my newborn son should be covered for first month under mothers medical they demanded she change them to her primary care to be seen. Also gave me referral for circumcision telling me they sent it only to find out they never sent it because mom needs to make them primary for her. The insurance told me no even gave them the phone. The doctor had no sympathy really rude and un caring. I know a terrible low end clinic and that's what this is if you can take your kid somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Well, today I had a bad experience with the dentist that my child has, I really do not recommend it, it was super terrible with the child, assa said, go to my son, the doctor is called Tien, he has no patience with the children, if they are not going to have patience with the children, they should not work on that.

Experiencia negativa: Vine a Tiburcio Vásquez hoy 2/6/2025 con los niños a ponerle una vacuna que la escuela mando pedir, llegue sin cita por k cuando me llamaron dijeron k no era necesario una cita, traje mis dos niños y solo pudieron ponerle la vacuna a uno y al otro me lo mandaron para unión city , son una basura de clínica eh esperado una hora para k le pongan una vacuna y los niños no hiran a la escuela todo por la tardanza de clínicas

Experiencia negativa: My son's appointment was at 1:15pm it was 2:00pm and I was still waiting for the doctor. I asked the MA for a doctor's note that I needed to provide for my child's school she did not give me it I asked the doctor as well and she said she would have the MA provide it. The MA arrived and never gave me it 2:40 and I was still sitting there waiting. It's frustrating that they ignore you and wait for you to leave instead of providing the service. I have tried changing facilitiy but haven't been able to I have taken my son here for the past 4years and it's always the same terrible service and it's always new doctors and new MA providing the terrible service.

Experiencia negativa: Tengo más de 20 años en esta clínica y mis hijos también los tengo aquí cada vez esta peor para conseguir una cita agarran más pacientes y más pacientes pero no pueden dar un servicio alos k ya tienen años. Estamos en 2024 no puedo hacer una cita para vacunas de la gripa para mis niños que balla a una farmacia lo cual no agarran niños menores de 12 años que rayos pasa con esta clínica en vez de mejorar esta empeorarndo cada vez más

Experiencia negativa: Please do not sign up for this clinic I literally have been on a waiting list for two months now, I checked in to see what was taking so long for an appointment for them to turn around and say that waitlist expires every 30 days which they don’t tell you, so yeah basically you can die and never get a check up with them.

Experiencia negativa: This tiburcio Vasquez is the worst, I get a call 12 minutes prior to my appointment while parked in the parking lot of tiburcio Vasquez to then be told my dr only sees pediatrics today. When I’ve been getting callas all week about my appointment and not once did anyone prior mention this. This is very unprofessional. I have never had issues like this from the Hayward location. It’s very frustrating when you are taking you health concerns serious and your DOCTORS OFFICE DOES NOT!

Experiencia negativa: 2 starts for super kind front desk receptionist on the top floor . But I won’t say this woman’s name but horrible service she made my wife feel horrible because she was pressing her for not being able to produce enough milk and make my baby latch it’s only been a day off since we were dismissed at the sutter Hospital even the Doctor there told my wife strive to feed her every 3 hours and the one here said it in a tone as if we were in the wrong and that it should be 2 …. And second impatient with our actual sincere uncertain answers to questions due to lack of sleep needing care for my baby . I really don’t want to have a grudge against her , due to that I will try to switch the pediatrician and hope I can still count on tiburcio .

Experiencia negativa: I went here a couple of weeks ago and didn't really care for my experience. I give this place a 2 star rating because they were willing to see me earlier than the appointment time and, ultimately, did me a favor. But, honestly, the service could be better. The doctor who performed my (very quick) breathing test clearly was agitated with me and, for that reason, probably should have had me wait the extra hour if it bothered her that much that I came early. But what REALLY didn't sit well with me was the fact that the guy who checked me in actually yelled at me. It was a young dark-haired guy of Spanish descent and I got confused when he told me to sign a regristration paper. Because I'm black with a confused look on my face, he got really defensive and actually yelled at me. I asked him, "Are you okay?" and he actually had the nerve to get smart with me and say, "Are YOU okay?" When I told him I had never been there before, he realized that he was overeacting for no reason at all and totally changed his tone. I don't know if he was intimidated by me because I'm black and a female and maybe my look was too much for his insecurities or lack of self confidence as a man to handle, but I felt very disrespected and thought that his service at the job was extremely unprofessional. From now on, I will avoid this health center and only visit the one on Mission in Hayward.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed at how they treat their patients. Livier Bejinez, who has seen my mom multiple times, is probably one of most impatient and rude practitioners we've ever dealt with. I understand majority of appnts are set for either 15 minutes or 30 minutes. However, she is always in a rush to get out of the examination room and doesn't listen to the patient's concerns. People like that should not be in the medical field. I understand some patients are a bit different than others, but it doesn't give them the right to make them feel unheard and worthless, especially with the elderly. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing, especially since my mom has to attend these appnts on her own and I'm not able to be there due to work. Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center please do better. This is not okay.

Experiencia fantástica: TVHC has a very nice facility and offers you like range of services that are needed. The most important part is the stuff they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially after my PCP retired I was moved to this facility and I have been happy ever since they have everything from podiatry PCP and even dentistry you cannot go wrong. And did I mention how friendly the staff are?

Experiencia negativa: What a joke. Called this center and was put on hold for an HOUR for care and they hung up when we finally got a representative to answer. The rep who answered was so unprofessional laughing with someone else off the phone and placing us on hold while she's laughing. Letting our insurance know about this incident but save yourselves the headache and cost to your wellbeing and RUN from this place. Get healthcare anywhere else, this place is a train wreck of bad employees and poor management.

Experiencia negativa: Was told to come here for dental. By 211, case worker, social worker. When I arrived And was told oh yeah check back in 6 months for new patients. And when I tried to set up for a doctor visit they said sorry we're booked solid for the next 6-9 months. Front desk was nice and kind but the lab and dental were kind of rude.

Experiencia negativa: Clinic is bit unorganized especially the dental department, theirs a blonde hair receptionist pretty rude. Out appointment was at 8 we got there 755 and it's almost 830 we were literally the first people there and yet they are behind. We were the first peron here and out appont was at 8 when they forst open but yet they called someone else before us. If they are behind with their first patient that means they going to be behind all day long. And if we were to be slightly late they would make you reschedule and wait month. Not coming back here for dental let's see how the dentist are though dentists were good just put up with the rude receptionists we don't get a say in who the choose to represent yheir company image.

Experiencia negativa: No se preocupan por la salud de los pacientes nunca tienen cita siempre me mandan para otra de sus clinicas y la pediatra de mi hijo nunca esta disponible para chequearlo mi hijo esta con mucha fiebre lo lleve a emergencias me dijeron q la doctora lo tenia que ver dos dias despues de ir a emergencias y me estan dando una cita para 12 dias después es muy triste espero pronto cambiar de clinica

I have a lot going on in my life and I at least deserve better when it comes to BASIC health care needs. Shortly after writing this review I will contact my insurance to change provider.
