Experiencia positiva: I’m the a spouse. My wife had been traumatized by other dental groups and getting her to come in and take care of a molar was like pulling teeth of an alligators mouth! She called the office and was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half to address all of her dental issues! She elected to take the IV sedation. I met with the doctor and he was very friendly, had a plant place that didn’t require sitting here all day long! I’m happy with what I’ve seen, and knowing my wife, I’m sure she will be very happy as well! I would recommend coming back to this location because they really made it stress-free experience

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very thankful I found NorCal Dental group. For years, I’ve dealt with sensitivities with my teeth on the left side of my mouth. And for years, I was told that I just had to get used to the fillings that were there. No other dentist wanted to listen to me, for years I couldn’t eat or drink anything hot or ice cold without shooting pain from my teeth. That was until I made an appointment with Dr. Bhogal and their team. They actually listened! At my initial appointment I told them about the pain I was experiencing and they did scans, x-rays, among multiple other tests and found that 2 of my top teeth on the left side had fillings that were practically touching the nerve/root of my teeth. That explained why I was experiencing excruciating pain every time I ate or drink anything hot or ice cold because the nerve was so inflamed. In that same appointment, they told me that I needed a double root canal and crowns put in. I said that sounds amazing because I can no longer take the pain. And right there in the chair they brought somebody to talk to me about different payment plans, we worked out a prefect payment plan for me and I was able to have my double root canal done right then and there. I’ve had two other appointments since then one to install the permanent crowns and another one because one of the crowns didn’t fit properly the first time. Dr. Bhogal and their team are so accommodating and so kind. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband is in a wheel chair and he needed his tooth extracted today after we struck out twice at other dental locations this was the third times a charm for him! Throughout the whole process all the staff was very helpful and assisted my husband transferring him into the chair for the XRAYS and was very patient with him. We ended up getting the work done and now its over with. He now is going to be okay and will go back for the post op appointment to make sure all is well. If you have someone with disabilities, check here first. They gave my husband a chance where other facilities blew him off and gave him the run-around. Would absolutely recommend. On a side note - they do have a pharmacy across the street if you need to pickup medications or they call it into the hospital that you regularly visit. Once again thank you Norcal for helping my husband out.

I told them I was nervous and they were so accommodating and helpful about that. Both before and after the procedures I had. I wish I had their names but from who I’ve met so far they are ALL super chill and super sweet and very mindful and empathetic to me, my needs and my fears & very good at her Job. Any questions I had the they explained very well to me. I have never been so happy with my teeth results, they are super fast at their work and very good. Experiencia positiva: Got my cavities filled, wait was about 45-50mins for my scheduled appointment which was annoying. Once in the chair, they were quick and efficient with my filling. They were careful when I was feeling sensitivity and pain when the numbing hadn’t taken full effect yet. Appreciate my dentist and dental assistant, Desiree , they were awesome :)

Experiencia positiva: I recently had my first visit to , NorCal Dental Group in Hayward, after some years away from the dentist, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had a 10 AM appointment and, unfortunately, arrived about 10-15 minutes late to my 9:30am check-in time. I greatly appreciate that they still honored my appointment. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, which set a positive tone. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had great music playing. When I was taken back by the dental assistant, she was kind and explained everything clearly. However, I had a bit of a mixed experience with the numbing gel—while it was necessary, the texture was grainy, and the taste wasn't pleasant. I ended up with a lot of saliva in my mouth due to the swabs, and it took a little while for someone to notice I needed suction, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Once I received the injected numbing medication, everything improved significantly! The dentist discussed braces with me; however, I found it a bit challenging to concentrate during the conversation due to the procedure. I appreciated their willingness to schedule a separate consultation for me to discuss financial options without feeling rushed—this gave me peace of mind. What stood out the most was how on top of my insurance coverage they were and the caring attitude of the entire staff. I felt valued and well taken care of. Overall, I feel good about returning to them my new go-to for all my dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Came to Dr B. about 3 to 4 years ago. I was in desperate need !!! I came here from another dentist office that had pulled out all my top teeth due to bone less… what a mess I was .. he offered me hope.. it was a long process and at times I wanted to give up but Didn’t. Don’t let anyone with an experience of implants tell you theirs weren’t bad, because the next time you see them , their experience will be no different that yours!!! You have good appointments and the next one might be not so good!!! It’s a process !!!! I’m finished the process about 2 yrs ago with my implants and still continue my drive to his office 45 minutes away for checkups. From the minute you walked in the staff is WONDerful! Dr. B is great , straight forward and Dr Thapa is my favorite so easy to talk to if I could adopt her as my sister I would. Very gentle !! My teeth are beautiful I get compliments all the time!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience at NorCal. Super professional and all staff from the entrance to the x-ray to the actual dentists were very friendly. They were respectful of my time, and most important, they checked on my comfort levels throughout the exam. The paperwork process is pretty simple and the office offers text/email reminders for appointments. Making an appointment was incredibly easy once I confirmed my insurance. Dr Carr was my main dentist - the best!! Dr Bhogale has a fabulous team, and I’d obviously recommend his group to anybody in need of dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my two lower jaw wisdom teeth removed 4 months ago (on December 20, 2024), and I thought Dr. Bhogal and his team did an excellent job of taking care of me, telling me what I needed to know and do before the surgery, and everyone I met was really nice to me, and I had a wonderful experience overall. In addition, I would totally come here again for regular teeth cleaning, or for anything else. Great place!

It will take a few weeks to heal, but I already feel great one week post-op. They told me to call anytime with questions/concerns I have. Experiencia positiva: Overall a good experience. John, one of the assistants was very sweet. Very friendly and welcoming! Some things to note. 1. It can be a bit overwhelming trying to do a regular dentist appointment and invisalign consult as a new patient. So I'd recommend doing them separate. I didn't realize it would be all in one, so 2 hours later I was a bit exhausted. 2. There can be a lot going on. Multiple people did different parts of my cleaning, and the rooms are small. If you are sensitive to surroundings and people, this may be an issue for you. 3. Last, they charge for card use, both debit and credit card. So that's just something to be aware of. Overall, friendly staff, and a clean location. I would get my invisalign here, as they listened to what I wanted, in regards to my teeth and smile.

They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need like some of the other dental clinics. It would be great if they could start providing services on Saturday for people who find it difficult to schedule an appointment during weekdays.

My second daughter had to receive IV sedation, because of her anxiety. The surgeon understood this and allowed me to sit with her right before the procedure.
