The staff were friendly and competent, the team took the time to carefully explain everything to me so I truly know what’s going on with my dental health, listened to my needs, and came up with a reasonable plan. The dental care is also some of the most precise I’ve ever received, with every nanometer of tooth inspected and cared for, truly impressive. Oh yeah, the facility is also beautiful and very calming. My hygienist, Jacque, was fantastic - quick but thorough, gentle and made the appointment feel like a breeze. Dr. Kim is the best dentist and I have been seeing her for years. She is always kind, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a super positive experience and I couldn't recommend the office more.

How good can it be? Well, so good, I’m compelled to write this review as it’s the only way I can think to thank them properly. From pre-visit communications to the warm staff that treats you like an old friend, to their timely appointments and follow-ups, every aspect is exceptional, and that’s not even going into the thorough in-office care. It’s a strange feeling, but they make you feel like your time is more important than theirs. Never was I waiting, never was I not receiving care. Dr. Britt spent calm, relaxed time with me and only left because I had to go. That’s right. I ended the appointment. I initially balked at the two-hour first appointment, but it flew by. However, this is not an old-fashioned, old-timey dentist evoking the care of a bygone era.They are on the cutting edge of technology, with gleaming spacious offices combined with sparkling equipment and an effortless chairside charisma. They are like the five-star restaurant, luxury hotel, and first-class international flight of dentistry. I truly feel lucky to be their patient and to have experienced a business that not only exceeds all expectations in the medical field but also sets the bar for all businesses, period. It’s inspiring that such excellence exists, and I sincerely doubt there is a better dental practice in America. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: After posting this review Dr. Britt personally reached out and apologized for the communication slip up. He went above and beyond to offer me amazing care and support in helping me find exceptional dental care, even though it might not be with their office (dependent on costs that come back). The experience at the office was the most thorough and considerate care I have received from a dentist/hygienist. I can tell this group strives to deliver the absolute best care to any who come seeking help. All I'll say as a caution is just be prepared to wait up to 3 months or more to be seen, but that is true of most good places in Boulder. Never got to my first patient appointment. Wait 4.5 months to be told my insurance no longer listed them as in-network - despite that they knew that for 3.5 months before passing that along to me. Was told the max out of pocket would be $500 for my new patient appointment.

Hygienist Liz did her usual marvelous job but this was likely the last time I'll see her in the office -- she's retiring. However, she assured me that my mouth will be in good hands (couldn't resist) and I'm sure that will be the case. It's obvious that Dr. Britt sets the bar pretty high with his hires!

Dr. David and the entire staff are friendly and professional. They're great at explaining what they're doing, why, and discussing results in as much detail as you'd like as the patient. I am happy with the balance struck between (and my education on) tracking issues for follow-up vs. immediate work. I didn't feel pushed into anything and am very happy with the results. When a proposed work item wasn't covered by my insurance, the office worked with my insurance to relabel it in a way that's covered - I didn't have to do anything!

Experiencia positiva: This is a wonderful dental practice! I was referred to Dr. Britt after a couple of years of extremely challenging dental appointments regarding severe periodontal disease. He assessed my situation very thoroughly and suggested good options that were much less aggressive than others I had heard. He stayed late to answer all my questions and was extremely considerate and calming. I trusted him implicitly! I have been back a couple of times for cleanings. Always positive friendly staff. My last cleaning did not seem as thorough, and we were short on time to measure pockets… Something that is critically important to me as I manage periodontal disease. I’m hopeful for a more thorough exam at my next visit there. They work really hard to do professional exemplary work.

An acute emergency needing urgent attention arose while my regular practitioner was away and this is where I was referred. The office is open and bright and they have up to date technology that I’ve never seen before that was super cool. They also have tvs on the ceiling! The dentist and staff were super friendly. I’m so happy I found a modern dentist - can’t believe so many other ones are so outdated and stuffy and awful.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr. Britt for a number of years. Prior to Dr. Britt I've seen quite a few different dentists. My experiences with other dentists has caused me to be a bit of a "Nervous Nellie" but Dr. Britt is truly the best dentist I've ever worked with. Not only is he very kind but his work is exceptional. And I've given him some tough dental situations to fix :) I had a problem tooth yesterday and the discomfort was starting to ramp up. I knew his schedule would be full but I was leaving town and couldn't wait for an appointment. So... I showed up unannounced with no appointment hoping for the best. Not only did the ladies at the front desk NOT shame me or turn me away but they let me know they totally understood and they got me in right away to see Dr. Britt. He got me taken care of and put my mind at ease that everything should be fine. I totally trust this guy. He's the real deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rivera did my filling today- she was so easy to talk with and made the appointment quick and painless. Gabby was the assistant - she was so friendly! Bethany was warm and kind when she checked me in. Everybody was so friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend!
