Experiencia positiva: Roshnie was really unprofessional and rude to me. there was a bit of a language barrier but it dosent call to be rude. the doctor parsad on the other hand was really professional and understanding.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with Dr. Kanwarpal Singh. I had tooth #13 removed by another dentist after it healed I needed tooth #12 and #14 filled. I paid Dr. Singh out of pocket his asking price but he was in such a rush that he left a large piece of number #14 unfilled I literally couldn't bite down on the left side of my mouth because there was too much space to fill, he left filling residue all over teeth I could feel the roughness on my tongue and on the inside of my jaw. When I went to get it corrected he only wanted to polish the left over residue he did not want to take the time to properly fill tooth #14, he treated me as if I was being dramatic and didn't deserve to get my tooth fixed. The visit was terrible I had to sit in the chair refuse to leave and demand that he fixed my tooth, other patiens were looking at the situation it was an entire scene, he finally gave in and fixed it, I demanded he give me back some of my money which he did, after he told me to never come back and I said why would I ever go back. I recently reached out to get my X-rays and dental plan they literally gave me incorrect information on my dental plan, I spoke to someone at his front desk and she was very rude and sarcastic, she told me sometimes mistakes are made and they will reach out with the correct information. I'm still waiting, I've heard from no one. I advise anyone going there to be very careful, be extremely careful wherever you go when it comes to your health because I realize it doesn't matter what oaths these so called doctors are taking they will destroy our bodies for money, they have no true morals everything is greed and ego.

Experiencia fantástica: Well for being a lot of years no visiting a dentist I was scared but we I get there and the receptionist welcomed me with a nice smile I felt much better and the hygienist was friendly to , she explained everything to , so did the dentist. Then the receptionist give me a high five and told me good job. Thanks everyone. My second time at Ace was also great the receptionist was awesome and treated me nicely, so did the hygienist too. Very nice dentist office. Thank you. It was great being seen at the dentist again. Everything was good no changes. Great dentist. Everything is okay no changes. It was nice to see the dentist again after a year and everything was great no changes. After another year everything is great no problems. After a year everything is well no problems at all. Like the new office. After a year I had no problems.

Everyone (hygienist, doctor, receptionist, EVERYONE) there is extremely nice and understanding. I have never felt judged or looked down on as I did as so many dentist offices in the last. Experiencia negativa: My cleaning was fine. However, the woman that has done my cleaning twice now has tried to push Invisalign on me even though I have mentioned multiple times I can’t afford it while giving me a different reason why I need it each time. She also lied to me about having a hole starting in my tooth to try to convince me to come in for a second cleaning per year so I could pay $120 out of pocket instead of using my insurance. On top of that she got annoyed with me when I had discomfort getting X-rays and needed to do a couple of re-dos which only took at max 3 extra minutes. I will be looking for another dental office.

My 37 year old son has a brain injury and can be extremely difficult to deal with. Yet the dentist and his team showed extraordinary patience and empathy and we were able to get the procedure done. Experiencia negativa: It might be a good dentist but they switched my appointment that I waited almost 3 months for in the first place and then Monday of the week my appointment was rescheduled to they called me and asked me if I can come in on Thursday instead and I said no I wasn’t able to do that change and they said OK we’ll see you on Wednesday. I received a text to confirm for Wednesday. I takeoff half day of work show up and they tell me the hygienist isn’t in today. My time is Valuable too! and the next appointment isn’t until the end of May

Not only do they provide top notch & prompt care, especially when its an emergency, but they educate you, which is a huge plus! They have a great little in house dental plan that helps to make getting care a little bit more affordable! I would highly recommend at least trying them if your not happy with your current dental office!

After calling several other dentists that refused to help with another dentist's work this office said it wouldn't be a problem and could see me within just a few days, despite being busy. Everyone was very friendly and even though I could tell they were a bit understaffed on the day I went, the staff was extremely patient and kind to each other which was so refreshing. I plan to return for my cleanings now because of all these reasons. Highly recommend this dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! I just had a great experience with Ace Dental Associates on wolcott road in Waterbury. Over the weekend, I popped off a crown eating sour patch kids. I saved the crown & this morning began searching for a dentist since I found my old one untrustworthy. I found this place in my Delta Dental network close by & requested an appointment online for the next day at 5pm because they're open till 6 on Tuesdays. Requested email/text response since I was at work. Probably like 20 minutes laterish, I got a text from the office offering me a 5pm today! (They close at 5 on Mondays so I was very surprised!). I accepted. The ladies in the front office were very pleasant & had me fill out some paperwork. As soon as I finished, the dental assistant brought me to one of the rooms & took a bit more information verbally. The doctor showed up minutes later, looked at my crown & my tooth, & quickly assessed it could be saved. He cemented it back in place in minutes & I was all set. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need (new crown, electric tooth brush, extra xrays (they took 1 bite wing so the doctor could verify it would sit correctly in place & that was it.), special cleaning, or anything else like my previous dentist! The doctor mentioned if I wanted to continue going to my old dentist that would be fine, or if I wanted to get my cleanings here, just let the front office ladies know. 0 pressure. Walked out only paying $55 and expecting it to be SO much worse. I signed up to get my cleanings with Ace. Easiest decision I've made in a while. Highly recommended.

Experiencia positiva: Usually everytime I’ve gone it’s been good but wasn’t fond of the person who did the teeth cleaning. Kept trying to tell me I’m not properly taking care of my teeth because I won’t (CANT) spend thousands right now to realign and literally wouldn’t stop when I told them multiple times couldn’t afford it. Also didn’t like how they were rough with the flossing and kept using the tools to pull my face towards them (no one’s ever done that). This session felt more like a passive aggressive lecture than a service.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Ace Dental Associates last year July to do implants in my mouth, My insurance didn’t cover it so Dr Kanwarpal Singh convinced me to get CareCredit, they approved me for 10k Dr Singh charged me 9k gave me prescription that cost me diarrhea didn’t receive any implant he wanted to do a second surgery, I said no he’s mad because he knew that he did something wrong in my mouth , if you couldn’t fix the first problem why would you think I would let you do it again, ever since I’ve been taking Tylenol everyday for pain can’t eat he left me with both base in my mouth don’t finish the job and he is charging me 6k for what he put me through, I stop the payment from care credit how can you do this to a person, if you do this to a person can you imagine doing this to a animal, you are unprofessional, disgusting human being, you are a disgrace to ace dental and also a disgrace to Waterbury community, where did you get your license from? You must have paid for it or getting it by jumping over the moon, a matter of fact stop calling me and texting and sending emails you and your workers, because already told that I’m not coming back there anymore, the implant that you said you made for me, that’s not for me you can take it and practice how to make a proper tooth implant and decent dentist. You have no morals for you it’s just about the money, you are a scammer.
