My son had a cracked tooth, and she made sure that we were completely happy and comfortable before we left. She was incredibly kind and treated the situation as if my son were one of her own children. We are so grateful for the care and compassion she showed us! Everyone was amazing in the office.

The staff truly care about their patients and go above and beyond—they even follow up with you and voice their concerns, which shows how much they value your well-being. The office was very clean, especially compared to my previous dental office. They maintain strict hygiene standards and take all the proper precautions, which made me feel very comfortable. They make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in—it really feels like family. There’s an older hygienist there who is an absolute sweetheart. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. They also took very good care of my husband and his more difficult dental needs, which meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients. I honestly wish I would’ve found this place sooner.

The staff are pleasant and help making going to the dentist fun. (I mean who really enjoys going to the dentist?!?)

Kristen and the office staff are awesome and always willing to help you with anything you may need. In my opinion, you will not find a better dental practice than West Main Family Dentistry.

She figured it out (it took a few months) but she never quit and I will be forever grateful for her patience, skill, and expertise. The staff is welcoming and understanding to all your needs. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for more reasons I can list. I have been a patient for 40 years and plan to continue even if I relocate out of state.

The hygienists are gentle and friendly and Dr A and her husband who own West Main Family dental are both the most down to earth, personable, kind, reasonable priced, and gentle dentists I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient. I assure you, you are in excellent hands with them. A key part of their company name is “Family” and when I am there they treat you as if you are part of their family. Just wonderful people.
