Experiencia fantástica: I recently called my dentist, Dr. Richard Gardner from Austell Dental Assoc, at 3 am because a toothache woke me. I left a voicemail and his office called me first thing and told me to come on in at noon. I had xrays taken and it was decided I'd need a root canal! But, first I needed to get on an anti biotic right away. I've been going to him for over 20 years now...they understand when you are suffering with tooth pain and call you back asap. Love this place, but I hate going to the dentist like everyone else! They're the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to the Austell Dental Associates for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Edwards is the dentist that I have seen since Dr. Pace retired . She always explains whatever procedure I am having in such a way that I know exactly what is going to happen and what to expect. I recommend this practice to everyone that I know. Alexis is my hygienist. She is excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience and the dentist is very nice. I have been a patient for years! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Edwards does excellent no pain dental work. I recently had a cavity repaired. No issues the following day and no pain. details matter to me.. such as when being X-ray not having to remind staff to place the vest on me regardless of the type of X-ray and if you have placed your tools or hand in my mouth to offer a rinse upon completion of work. These things do matter. This gives me great confidence in her and the staff abilities and skills. She has calming effect on you and she makes you feel confident that she will complete the work without worry of follow up pain to affected areas. Will definitely recommend to family and friends…she is the dentist to take care of your dental needs. Thank you Dr Edwards and staff members at Austell Dental Associates.

In recent years we have utilized the services of Dr. Melanie Tang who has a remarkably light tough while doing procedures. She recently capped one of my teeth from start to finish in one visit. The cap was manufactured in the office and I was unable to feel any difference between it and the original tooth. I would readily recommend this practice to anyone desiring excellent dental care.

The staff is friendly and respectful. I am now seeing Dr. Joi Edwards who is my fourth dentist in this practice because some have retired over the years and have been pleased with every dentist I have had in this office. Wysteria is my hygienist and she is fantastic in every way. She is always so pleasant and fun to see - I look forward to seeing her to get my cleanings done. I can smile again with confidence His staff deserves just as much praise: professional, warm, and always on top of appointment reminders. Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist Jessica and Dr Tang were amazing! I’m so happy with my experience will definitely be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Alexis is a great hygienist. She went above and beyond to remove all the medicine stains on my teeth yesterday. I am so happy to be her patient.

They are patient and kind, and punctual! For a couple decades I've had anxiety in the dental chair but really, they have helped me get past that!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit after changing dentists and I was well pleased with the experience. My teeth felt great after the cleaning.

Experiencia positiva: I love ❤️ my Dr Tang and Hygienist Westriea! They are very professional and a joy to be around! The only problem I have is that there is no support for Medicare at all! Also my son just was able to get insurance with Delta Dental Care and no support for it! Which puts us in a bad situation to go elsewhere that does!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, Wisteria, Dr. Gardner, and the wonderful staff took excellent care of my family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome dental experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gardner and his staff are always wonderful. They put you at ease, make sure all my concerns are addressed and I always leave with a smile. I recommend them highly!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an urgent issue, staff got me worked in ASAP Dr. Tang who is an amazing dentist. Not only did I feel welcomed but also calmed my nerves and fixed a major issue in a matter of minutes all while making feel welcomed and comfortable. Definately will be back for years!

Experiencia fantástica: So far I'm thrilled with this dental office. I recently had a 23 year old bridge replaced and the procedure was so less painful than I thought it would be. The numbing process didn't hurt like it usually does and the process was efficient. I was in and out less than two hours with the removal and rebuild of the temporary bridge in place. I had put this off for several months with trepidation and angst about the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised and the office accepted my insurance that helped with the bill.

Experiencia fantástica: I do not like to sit around and wait. When my appoint is for a specific time, I expect to be seen with 10 to 15 minutes. Other than that, in my 76 years, I have been treated by a number of dentists. Austell Dental is the best, good people, knowledgeable techs, quality service.
