Experiencia negativa: Very upset about my experience here. I called to make a new patient appointment in September, in which I gave them my insurance. Made an appointment for early October. Their office called me the week of my appointment to reschedule. I agreed to a new time and date (late October) per their request. Go in for my appointment and the office says the copay is $421! The receptionist stated she told me that I was out of network and that would be the copay. (Was never informed of either). I am not only upset I now have to find a new dentist and wait another couple months for a cleaning, but I have an infant at home I had to coordinate to be watched and my husband took off work both dates I was scheduled. I am also breastfeeding and pumping in which I had planned my pumping schedule around this appointment. As I told the receptionist I was not informed of this when I scheduled, she not only argued with me but gave me nasty looks. Very annoyed I not only wasted my time, my husband’s, but now have to wait again for a cleaning.
