Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Keith and her staff today! Called to see if they could fit me in for an emergency extraction and they got me right in no problem. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Keith were amazing! All kept my anxiety down and we had some good laughs along the way. All made me feel so comfortable and the extraction was fast and pain free. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. Thanks again ladies!

I was sedated for the procedure and then when I went home, the healing began right away. After a few hours there was no more bleeding and very little discomfort. Today I have to keep reminding myself to be cautious because I feel so good! Dr. Hart and his staff were great and provided me with all the information I needed before and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend this practice.

From the initial consultation to the follow-up visit after surgery, everything could not have gone any better. Received a thorough explanation during the initial consultation and was totally at ease. The surgery was quick and painless. Had very little pain after the surgery and took only prescription ibuprofen for a couple of days. Had several questions after the surgery when I was home and my questions were answered immediately. Everyone was very kind and caring. All in all, just a very good experience. Highly recommend!

I was presented with all pertinent information at my consultation for wisdom teeth extraction: including exactly how much it would cost with my insurance. They had handouts explaining before and after surgery care instructions. After following instructions, I did not have any pain, bruising or swelling. My pain was controlled taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen, so I didn't end up using the stronger pain medication prescribed. I never imagined recovery from wisdom teeth extraction could be so uneventful! I am a violin teacher, and I was playing my violin four days after surgery without any pain!

The surgery went fantastic and I had a great recovery. Dr. Hart is exceptionally skilled, and his team is awesome too - we had a terrible time getting my insurance approved and Tara was amazing and dedicated at getting the process going. On top of that, she is very communicative and easy to get a response back if you need anything documents-related. The assistants like Ellen gave great and helpful post-op assistance, suture removal and follow-up instructions. The service you'll get with Dr. Hart and team is probably about the best you can get in all of the States, and I can't recommend them enough.

Experiencia negativa: The surgery itself to remove a canine went fine. Unfortunately, when we went back in for a follow up because my 13 year old daughter was feeling some pain, it was an awful experience. I didn’t know what Dr. Keith was trying to accomplish and was asked to sign a form and then pay an additional $90 fee for nitrous oxide. My daughter could feel all of it despite being told she “shouldn’t” feel any pain. She could feel it all and screamed for them to stop. I am so glad I went back with her to witness what happened. They tried to cover her eyes and afterwards my daughter said she would never step foot in that office again. I think Dr. Keith expected my daughter to take it and made light of her feelings of real pain. This was a traumatic experience for my daughter and I will respect her wishes to never go back.

I had my bottom 2 taken out (impacted) and I’m so glad I was referred to this office. The staff was amazing, kind and showed the most empathy for my anxiety and fear. Dr.Keith answered all of my questions and put me at ease during the consultation. The day of my procedure the surgical assistants were extremely kind and continued to show empathy. Dr. Keith came in and explained what she would be doing and advised me what to expect and what to eat to help with the recovery. I’m now almost 5 days post op and it’s been as much of a wonderful experience as it can be for a minor surgery. The post op instructions were clear and my husband was told what to do for after care as well. I have next to no pain tolerance (lol) and I haven’t been in any pain thanks to her expertise in her profession. There have been moments where I was uncomfortable due to swelling but I haven’t been in any pain and I am so thankful for that. Thank you so much to everyone in the office for making this not so great procedure as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office for your oral surgery needs!

Because of the degree of difficulty and the length of the procedure, I expected to be down for 3-5 days. 24 hours after the surgery, I was pain free and back on track! Kudos to her wonderful, caring staff that went way out of their way to keep me safe and comfortable. I recommend this practice without qualification!

Then a couple of weeks ago he did my son's wisdom teeth. My son's roots on the bottom were deep and close to a nerve but my so had little pain. The follow up care instructions were very detailed and specific which helped us to stay on top of his care. I am very glad we had Dr Hart for my son.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited Castle Rock Oral & Facial Surgery for a tooth extraction. Having had my wisdom teeth pulled years ago I was expecting the worst. I decided to just go with the local anesthesia due to the large cost increase for sedation. The procedure took less than 15 minutes. I had no pain or discomfort during the surgery other than the normal discomfort of having a dentist’s fingers and metal tools in your mouth. I thought they were still doing prep work when they showed me my tooth and said they were done. Today is less than 24 hours after the procedure and I have yet to feel any pain. Such an amazing and pleasant as it could be experience. I would highly recommend Castle Rock Oral and Facial Surgery for any procedure. Dr. Hart and all his associates were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable even though I accidentally bit the surgery assistant’s finger after the procedure. So sorry. I think I misheard her telling me I would need to bite down on the gauze eventually, but not while her finger was in my mouth. Again, so sorry.

They were the only surgeons that would take me at such short notice, the same day. The procedure when flawlessly. They are very conscious of my safety and sterile equipment. Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience with Castle Rock Oral & Facial Surgery. Everything from our initial visit to surgery day for my daughter was a great experience. I was especially impressed with the communication that I received before and after my daughter’s surgery. The level of care that was given to my daughter made her feel comfortable and safe. Her surgery went extremely smooth and we received a follow up communication on the day of her surgery from both the doctor and the anesthesiologist- very impressive! If we have any other dental procedure needs, we will definitely be seeing Castle Rock Oral & Facial Surgery.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Lesnick and her team. They listened and I felt valued. Each visit was an exchange. My fear was high before the first visit I can say they earned my trust and I can’t offer a higher recommendation than to enthusiastically recommend the office to others.
