Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review for my older neighbor who does not know how to write a Google review. “Kevin Miller was my dentist. No more. I was overcharged double for teeth extraction and dentures and believe the whole procedure was unprofessional. My original quote was $4464 and my final bill was $9896. I was asked to sign all kinds of forms on the day of my surgery while I was already feeling stress about having all my teeth pulled. After the 30 minute surgery, I was released a bit woozy from the anesthesia with blood running down my face. When I talked to Kevin about his Google reviews, overcharges and procedures, he said the practice keeps the patients they like and gets rid of the patients they dislike. I then wrote him a letter and asked for a response. No response. I would like to forgive Kevin, but find it difficult. I would like my overcharge money returned. If I receive a refund, I will donate a portion of it to the church.”

Experiencia negativa: Had a 1st appt. As I had to change insurance. Spent 2 hrs on this 1st appt. They did x rays. Something went wrong, so had to do them again. Then had a couple of teeth with a level 4 pocket. Then I waited for a while thinking I was getting a cleaning. No. Found out I have to make another appt for that and I have to pay 200$ for a cleaning. Don't have a choice, as determined I need a deep cleaning. I am convinced this office is doing this to Bill insurance a lot $$$$. This is wrong. I well not be a pt. Here. Save yourself a lot of frustration and don't use this office.

Experiencia fantástica: So my experience was very positive! I had Jeff do my cleaning and we had a great conversation and he was very humorous and made me laugh a lot! Of course I did find out he was part of the “dental “ family! Dr. Miller was great of course I need to have some stuff done and right now…. I just don’t have the money because I have eight grandkids and I rather spend it on them!

Experiencia negativa: I went in for pain and stated that I would need a root canal, Dr states it was from clenching. I was in excruciating pain for weeks after going in again and i was quoted $2000 for a root canal. I went to a different dentist and they did some test and I was quoted for a root canal for less than 300. The first doctor’s visit to this dentist I was charged 500 extra dollars for same-day and other random things, they refused to resend to insurance. :(

They have a convenient online patient portal where I can do all of my paperwork before my appointments. But my favorite thing is my hygienist, Stacy. She is so friendly and she always remembers little details like where I went on vacation. She makes me feel like a valued patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be more pleased with the wonderful care I got at Parker Modern Dentistry (PMD) today. I cracked a molar (wasn't sure at the time whether it was a tooth or crown) and was only about 5 minutes from PMD, so decided to drop in to see if they could do anything for me. I connected almost immediately with Mariah, who became my Healthcare Coordinator and checked to see what could be done. In under a minute (no kidding, less than 60 seconds), she set up a treatment plan and in under under another minute (again, no kidding less than 60 seconds), was taken back for x-rays. Dental Assistant Bianey then took me in for x-rays and other imaging. Afterward Bianey escorted me to the exam room where, after being put in the chair, I was seen by Dr Vani in under, you guessed it, a minute. Dr Vani examined the tooth, quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a course of treatment (remove and replace the broken crown) to which, after Mariah came back to explain what it would cost, I agreed. Dr Vani immediately went about removing the remnants of the old crown, examining the underlying tooth (it was fine) and took measurements for a new crown. Twenty minutes later, Dr Vani had a new crown to fit over the tooth. After assuring herself the crown would fit, she returned it for baking (my term). Again, after another twenty minutes, the new crown was ready and Dr Vani put it on my tooth and spent quite a bit of time making sure it fit. At one point, she asked how it fit and I responded with a "Fine." She said she wanted it to fit "100%" and kept working to make sure it did. I'm so glad her standard for the crown fitting was perfection, and I walked out of there completely satisfied with how I was treated and the care I got. The whole experience at PMD exceeded my expectations of the dental care I thought I would get as a walk-in patient. Mariah, Bianey and Dr Vani were all caring, professional, efficient and very friendly. I'm very glad PMD provides dental care for me and my family, and I highly recommend Parker Modern Dentistry as a top notch dental practice.

Dental Assistant Youngmi (who I’ve worked with multiple times) was excellent as usual! Dr Vani worked quickly and talked me through each step in the process (she even allowed me to take a quick 5min phone call with my PCP, as my doctor couldn’t move our time slot). Experiencia negativa: Very predatory, I go to the Dentist religiously. My current dentist stopped taking my insurance. I went in today for a cleaning. They said two pockets need deep cleaning. They will bill my insurance over $2,000.00 my out of pocket will be over $500.00.Never in my life have I paid this for a cleaning. They refused to do a basic cleaning because a deep cleaning was ordered. I left with out a cleaning, wasted my day. I scheduled with another place this doing the exam and cleaning the same day at a Fraction of the cost. Beware this place is sketchy.

The tooth didn’t even hurt before the filling, so I was pretty convinced that fixing it would somehow make things worse. After looking at reviews, I decided to go into Parker Modern Dentistry and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Miller and his team were friendly, efficient, and reassuring. Dr. Miller is clearly a man of few words, but wow, does he speak fluently with a drill. Whatever magic he worked, I can finally chew normally on the right side of my mouth again. Experiencia fantástica: I called for an appointment for a cracked tooth that I received eating chicken wing, I was given an appointment with in two days but, due to a snow storm I had to cancel got another appointment in a week I saw dr not who was very kind. The girls in the office are very untuned to people needs and we’re very professional and helped alote. Dr not told me there was no way to save the tooth and had to extract it dr not checked to see when the oral surgeon would be in it was not for two weeks so, he did the extraction that day and was extremely well in giving the injections and removing the tooth could not ask for a better dr. Will vontinue comming here for care

Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient being assessed and told the staff when I booked that I was looking to have my teeth cleaned and talk about teeth whitening. I came in for the appointment. Went through X-rays, (although the X-ray tech made a mistake on one X-ray and never went back to correct it), and then the dentist came in to look at my teeth. After a 3-minute look at my teeth, I was done for the day and told to come back another day for the cleaning. I asked why I wasn't getting a cleaning today, and the dentist told me that they only have 1 hygienist and they were booked. I asked why he couldn't do it, and he said that "it's their job to do it, not his". Ultimately, I booked a 2-hour appointment to have my teeth cleaned, and I got 3-minute observations, X-rays, and an hour left over, where we could have gotten a cleaning completed. Instead, I got zero cleaning and nothing out of the appointment whatsoever. I will be following up with my insurance company to hopefully stop payment. While the staff was polite and answered my questions, the overall lack of commitment to care and a willingness to clean my teeth as requested and expected was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Miller is very professional and efficient as well. He did a couple fillings for me a few years ago and I could hardly feel the shots - he was very careful and took his time administering which drastically minimized any pain. I’ve been going here for years and have had no bad experiences.

I first straggled needing an emergency root canal and they got me a same day appointment at another location (thank you Lena and Mariah!!) even though I wasn't a patient here yet. From the second I sat down, Nour made x-rays feel like a spa service. “Turn your head this way… how’s your comfort?” I was half-expecting him to offer me a cucumber water. Gentle, efficient, and so thorough I’m pretty sure my teeth felt famous. Then came Dr. Bor, who has the rare superpower of making dental anxiety vanish on sight. His calm energy was like Novocain for my nerves. He walked me through my x-rays, switched to some super high-tech views, and explained everything in human-speak (not dentist-ese). Best part? He gave me options. He gave me real, collaborative choices without pressure. The front desk? Lightning fast scheduling, crystal clear fees, full insurance transparency, and financing options offered in a way that felt thoughtful and inclusive like they know everyone’s wallet situation is different. If my first visit was this good, I might actually look forward to my hygienist appointment. Parker Modern Dentistry, you’ve ruined all my excuses for avoiding the dentist.

Stacy took the time to explain everything she was doing and offered helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene without being pushy.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for my every 3 months maintenance cleaning and they refused to do it . Said I needed a deep cleaning and it would take more time and I needed to reschedule for another two sessions because insurance won’t let them do it at one appointment. They came in went over the billing for this . So instead of the $58.00 maintenance cleaning I’d now be paying 158 and 136 . I said fine . First appointment was 30 minutes did the right side only same exact cleaning as a maintenance cleaning no difference . Second appointment they started to clean the right side again and I informed them they just did the right side two days ago. She says oh it says do the right side . So now she does the left side and I’m out the door in 30 minutes same as the maintenance cleaning but they divided it into two appointments charge me and my insurance for a deep cleaning. It’s a total cash cow for them beware !!

The office staff could not have been more helpful on the phone before my visit or in the office. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful! Not a typical word I’d associate with getting a crown done or going to the dentist but this was great. It was easy and streamline. Really glad I was able to get a crown done so quickly and all in one day. Dr Miller was super straightforward and the assistant Youngmi was very considerate that I was a little nervous about dentists. Will definitely be coming back and happy to have a wonderful dental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a crown installed by Dr. Miller and his assistant Young Mi. The best dentist experience ever. From zero pain during the entire process. No stinging of the needle for the novicain, no pain from shaping the tooth. They do 3D imaging of the surrounding teeth for color and fit. They make the crown on site so no repeat visit to install permanent. From start to finish, excellent work and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommended them.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for over 5 years now and love the staff and service. Dr. Bor does a great job. The hygienist do a wonderful job and are very detail oriented. The dental assistants are great as well shot out to Deb. I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you. Took my insurance, provided quote, did procedure, I paid, they changed price, I paid more, they changed price AGAIN and say I owe hundreds more. Nothing changed about my insurance but it took them 3 times to “get it right”.

I’m also 35 weeks pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time and wanted me to clear everything with my OB before doing the procedure. I have very sensitive teeth and had some sensitivity during my crown placement and they gave some more numbing to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend.
