A crown came loose from a molar so called his office expecting to wait for a few days to be seen. I was shocked when they saw me immediately and the crown was in back in place within an hour. As former dental professional I read his bio and loved that he’s a Christian, is a father and is involved with his boys and the fact that he played college baseball was also a plus, being that we are WSU baseball parents of a 2008 graduate! Also, I didn’t say I was a former dental assistant /office manager because I wanted to see if he would find unnecessary work to do for financial gain. And he did not! I received a good exam, we had a nice meet and greet and I left with a great feeling about the office! The office is exactly what we were looking for! Laurie, the front office manager is very pleasant and sociable to everyone walking in the door, the hygienist was very thorough and did a fabulous job! We both walked away feeling like we now have a great dental practice established now!
