Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very kind the moment we walked in. They saw all 4 kids at once and the whole process was great. One of our daughters is in a wheelchair and they did her exam in it. They also went the extra step and cleaned so much of the tarter she had off. She is non verbal and kept asking me to if she was okay to continue. The whole team was great with her, I’m so glad we switched.

Experiencia fantástica: We drove a little over two hours to come get a lip tie fixed when we got up here I was informed she also had a tongue tie dr took care of both in the same appointment made sure I was aware of everything. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable

Experiencia fantástica: We took our one month old for a tongue/lip tie revision & our experience was great. From the initial intake form which takes both mom & baby’s symptoms into consideration, through the revision process, including a nursing session for babe & learning the stretches took less than an hour & the actual revision took about thirty seconds. Dr. Marc & his team were great!

Experiencia negativa: My experience as a mom of an autistic child: In short, initially we had a couple good interactions and then we had a rough experience, was never checked up on, and when I called with a concern, I was never called back. The long of it: I was concerned about how my child with sensory sensitivities would handle having a tooth extracted and a spacer put in. I was assured that it would be mildly uncomfortable the first day or two. My seven year old is sensitive but does not like to emote publicly. He tried to be brave but the pain and pressure was a lot for him to handle. Dr. Marc and the nurse may have misread just how effected he was by it. At the end of the appointment my son’s body was shaking and he was whimpering as he held back tears. He was told he was doing a good job. But there weren’t any check-ins or pauses to make sure he was okay. The nurse asked once if he was okay and he couldn’t respond because he was so overwhelmed and hurting. They continued anyway. Afterwards he held me tightly and sobbed. I told the nurse that my son wouldn’t cry publicly unless he was experiencing a lot of pain and overwhelm. I was given the same script I had been given the previous visits when I had expressed my initial concern. “He will experience some minimal pain”. When I pointed out that he was obviously experiencing more than minimal pain I, nor my son, were acknowledged or validated. I think the nurse was uncomfortable that I pointed out his pain. As I let my son cry in my arms, his pain felt minimized by the nurses attempts to distract him with a treat. We were not checked up on in the following two days afterwards. I ended up calling the office with a concern about my son still experiencing pain on his gums and when he swallowed. I was told they would call back in 20-30 minutes. I never was. I ended up having to call them 15 minutes before they closed and was told he probably was experiencing pain from the procedure or possibly getting a cold. If your child is on the spectrum, has sensory sensitivities, or needs extra support, I would not recommend Dr. Marc or the staff at Summit Hill Dentistry. I think we deserved better.

Our goal is always to provide a safe, comfortable, and validating environment for all of our patients, especially those with sensory sensitivities. It is very hard to hear that your son was overwhelmed and that we missed the cues of his distress. I also want to sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication after your visit. Promising a callback and failing to deliver is unacceptable and falls short of the standard of care we strive for.

Experiencia fantástica: It started with my newborn needing her tongue and lip tie corrected, and they did phenomenal also I came back for my other four kids. Finding a dentist that accepts medicaid is hard enough so finding one with such great care and so great with the kiddos was amazing. It was quick and fun for them. They were nervous for their first appointment and now they want to go back. Also the fact that they actively give back to the community and children in need is a big plus. Would definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: My son fell on his bike and knocked a few of his front teeth out. They were not even open to patients at the time and took us in and we were very grateful! They were very patient with our son because he was in a lot of pain as you could imagine how a 4 year old would be with that. They took care of him and were very kind. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t rave enough about how much we loved Summit Kids! My daughter had an accident on her scooter over the weekend and broke one of her teeth :( I called and they got me in right away! Even though we weren’t established patients here yet. The assistant’s were SO sweet and made my daughter so comfortable! My daughter usually isn’t a fan of dentists, but she came home and told her daddy how much she nice Dr Marc was! He explained everything to me very clearly and treated her that day. She is feeling so much better. 10/10 experience and happy that an unfortunate incident led us to finding our new dental office for our kiddo’s!! Thanks again!

Bringing my eight-week-old in for a lip and tongue tie release was incredibly nerve-wracking, but the entire team made us feel so safe and supported. They walked us through the entire procedure, answered all of our anxious questions, and were incredibly gentle with our little one. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marc is amazing! He is quick, friendly, and gentle with his patients. He will inform the parents of the smallest potential problem and give solutions on how to manage it. He also answers any questions giving multiple opportunities to think of questions while there. His assistants are also super friendly. I switched my kiddo to a different brand of tooth paste. The assistant pulled up the brand online for Dr. Marc to confirm that it was a suitable brand to continue using. I was impressed every step of the way. To top it all off they have a really cool waiting play area for kids to play at so that they aren't as nervous going back for the appointment. I will have my kiddo go here for as long as possible. It was a great experience for me and my child. Thank you Dr. Marc and your amazing staff.

Dr. Mark was fantastic — incredibly thorough and patient, and genuinely happy to answer every question we had. What really stood out was the calm, relaxed energy from everyone there — it made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Dr. Marc was incredibly patient, informative, and easy to understand when explaining future treatment needs. He actually listens to concerns and questions and I never felt rushed in the process. My youngest was unsurprisingly not happy to be there, but he worked with her and was fast while still being very thorough, which made the experience so much less stressful for both of us. My oldest said she felt no pain and even said she wants to go back which says so much about the level of care they provide. This office is also so clean ! As a parent of a child with autism, Dr. Marc is patient, understanding, and truly compassionate and it means everything to us. His team goes above and beyond!! Every week/other week my daughter and I go in with her therapist (BCBA) to help her feel comfortable and not frightened of the dentist office. She has high sensory sensitivities and they accommodate us every single time. They take the time to connect, explain things in a gentle and simple way, and create a calm, welcoming environment. My child felt safe and supported the entire visit, which is something we don’t take for granted. You can tell they genuinely care and understand that every child has different needs. They were also wonderful with my 11-month old. They were kind, gentle, and reassuring. Both visits felt stress-free, which says a lot! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is not only skilled but also incredibly patient and inclusive, I can’t recommend them enough. We are so grateful to have found them! Experiencia fantástica: Brought our newborn here to have his tongue tie looked at. They found he actually had a lip tie as well. They were so informative on the whole process and made us feel comfortable to have the release procedure done on our 2 week old. They gave us paper and video instructions which were so helpful to look back on when we needed a refresher! Much better experience than what we had when we had to do this with our now 2 year old!

He has been terrified of needles since he had a bad experience with numbing when he was being treated for a badly split lip. They couldn’t get near his mouth with a needle since. I’m so glad we decided to give Summit a try! They used laughing gas to help him relax then a special device that delivers the novacane so precisely that he didn’t feel anything! He didn’t flinch or anything. It was amazing! And it didn't numb his lips or tongue. Besides that, the staff is professional, respectful, and kind. They know how to talk to and work with kids!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so traumatized by my seconds baby's lip and tongue release by a different dentist using a water laser that I was bawling my eyes out when I walked into Summit kids dental knowing my third baby needed it as well. Marc was so amazing and not pushy at all but gave his honest opinion. They use a CO2 laser which helps cauterize and as such there was no blood. They used a numbing gel and offered Tylenol before the procedure. Absolutely had a better experience and felt like he actually cared. Would highly recommend!

The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful. They had my child in for a consultation and did the release right after it was quick and precise. We had a follow up appointment a week later and everything is going well they gave me video instructions for aftercare. Overall 10/10 experience. I will continue to book appointments with this office as my baby grows.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is AMAZING!!! My 8 yo AuDHD kiddo hated going to the dentist I used for his older sister and has medical trauma as a cancer survivor. The previous practice never managed to get a full set of xrays or a cleaning of any kind due to gagging and fear, despite years of bringing him for exams and watching big sis. When he needed a cap on a tooth that failed to mineralize properly, we had to get a medical consent for sedation TWICE because they failed to schedule him in the 30 day window, then lied about doing the cleaning while he was under. Summit Kids Dental was recommended by another parent of my ASD support group and I'm so happy we gave it a try! Their waiting area had a cute camper play house that my son loved, playing with pretend food while we did paperwork. It was not too busy with electronics, movies, or music that can get overstimulating. The technician worked with him on HIS level, even giving alternate ways of getting xrays to avoid gagging and give him more sense of control, managing a complete set! No tears or fears! She listened to him when he said, "I'm in control of my mouth", giggling about it and agreeing. I would have been thrilled if we had to stop there, but there's more! They didn't force him to lay on his back for a cleaning, went slow when introducing all the tools to him, let him sit up on the head rest while polishing (I've never seen him hold that still for anything!) and allowed him to swish water from a cup to spit in a different cup so he could avoid the water squirter and suction, being patient, listening, and talking to him the whole while. Again, I would have been thrilled if we stopped there. But no! When the dentist came in, again meeting him at his comfort level, my son WILLINGLY laid down and allowed the exam and scraping of buildup on his teeth! He was allowed to wear sunglasses, as he is light sensitive, and given headphones to listen to his favorite Bluey show as it played on a ceiling screen. I was blown away by their ability to get him through a complete appointment without a total meltdown or tears! Words cannot express how grateful I am to the doctor and technician for working with him. I can breathe easier knowing he's cavity free, plus the office gave him a dollar to add to their cavity free club donation box for kids in need of dental care. That made him feel good, plus he got a coin for the capsule toy machine as a reward. The icing on top? My son THANKED ME when we got home for taking him to this new dentist! I will be singing their praises for a long time, and recommend them for anyone with kiddos who struggle with dentist visits. These guys are AWESOME!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with Dr Marc getting our 8 day old baby girls oral ties released. Dr Marc and his team were exceptional, made us feel at ease and did a great job with releasing her ties. I was very impressed with their knowledge on oral ties and the fact that they recommended we follow up with body work and feeding specialists as there is so much more to oral ties than just releasing them. We plan to switch our older son over to summit kids dental as well so we can keep seeing Dr Marc. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We came to Summit Dental because my daughter is terrified of needles and, shall we say, wouldn’t keep composure at our regular dentist’s office for a filling, (ie: freaked out and wouldn’t let anyone touch her). On the day of her filling she came to the appointment quite nervous, I was shocked when she came back out in 40 min, smiling, not traumatized, cavity filled and she shrugged and said she hardly felt anything, she shrugged it off as if it was no big deal! Summit made her very comfortable, they were clear about plans and pricing, I never wait long, the staff is wonderful, we had a great experience and highly recommend them!
