I was given the Star treatment Rathdrum Dental The staff that I met were polite, kind, loving, caring. Dr Jeff is one of the best around and I would recommend him to anyone that’s seeks dental care. Experiencia fantástica: I had all upper implants done and it was a long process due to issues with my own body. I finally got my permanent dentures and I was in tears because they were the wrong color and didn't match my bottom natural teeth. I went in today for my follow up ready for a fight. Not only did Dr. Oswell and his assistant, Elena, agree, but they did everything possible to figure it out and even sent pictures and called the lab while I was there. Turns out the lab did the wrong color and they are doing new ones. Thank you Dr. O for caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oswell and his staff are kind and courteous. His office was warm and welcoming and family friendly. He explained everything really well and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my son needed to ensure his teeth were taken care of.

Lady's at the front desk are welcoming, the Hygienists are gentle while being efficient and Dr. Oswell makes sure you understand what is being performed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr Oswell for close to a decade. Nikki is my hygienist and she is very gentle. I love that she allows me to customize my care. I am not a fan of having someone else flossing my teeth. So she doesn't make me suffer through it! The team is very knowledgeable and listen to my dental concerns. Dr Oswell has a very much let's wait and watch approach instead of just drill and bill. I appreciate that very much!

Experiencia fantástica: Rathdrum Dental offers a friendly and welcoming environment at their dental offices. Would recommend them for dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a new patient to this dentist and when you walk into the office you can tell that it's a comfortable space. Everyone there is very kind and respectful. What I love the most is that they listened to my concerns and didn't shut out any possibilities of what could have been happening. Went the extra mile to make sure they took every x-ray possible to find a determination for a treatment plan. The dentist was willing to listen instead of just giving out his opinion. To me that is a win because most doctors/ dentists that I've went to don't go the extra mile to find a solution and he did. He also gave options on trying to eliminate or to treat the issues that I was having. All I can say is thank you for taking the time to hear my side and trying to do your best to figure out what is the best outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant visit. Dentist and staff are kind and caring. Did not have to wait.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and dentist already set up another appointment.
