Wester Dental Care, P.C.

Experiencia fantástica: Woodbridge Dental Care provides excellent service, care, and gentle dentistry that you can trust. I have had nothing but great experiences for myself and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental has been our family dentist for well over 20 years. They do wonderful job. Good people. Very professional. Can I give you 10 stars?? More positive comments for all the staff at Woodbridge/Wester Dental; Laura welcome back, Karen good to see you there today, Janet always a pleasure and Dr. J...you are wonderful. How can someone make dentistry fun?? You do! Today I had my second cleaning with "new" hygienist, Karli. She is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Woodbridge Dental Care is the best in Portage, Michigan. They are painless and friendly, and they treat you with respect. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent all around! From staff to cleaning to doctors. I highly recommend this office. Very personable, everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good for everyone was helpful

Experiencia fantástica: We moved over Woodbridge Dental Care and it was a great experience. This team is fantastic! If you are looking for a new Dentist, this group is the one you want to choose.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and good care!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, comprehensive and gentle….my smile has never looked brighter…highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: My husband had a very difficult cleaning appointment Tuesday He has informed his hygienist more than once that he has numerous health issues and medications that can cause gum issues. Rather than moving on and cleaning his teeth she continued to lecture him on how to brush etc. When he mentioned he was struggling with his wrist, she rather rudely told him to use his other hand no compassion or useful suggestions. He felt like she treated him like a child. He does not need dental education, he has always taken care of his teeth and is not 12. I like my dentist but I am not sure I can continue to go to this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people, great service. Would recommend to all. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Jamie is absolutely great. She almost makes it fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental Care has been an amazing place for dentistry. Dr. Wester and Dr. Sorrantos are fantastic people along with their staff. Do a great job on teeth cleaning diagnosis and just overall hospitality. I strongly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, with wonderful staff. Dr Sarantos was amazing, had my smile back in no time. Thank you again

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jennifer was incredibly kind and professional, and Carly made me feel comfortable right away. The whole team was friendly, the office was clean, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are the best! Always cheerful and on schedule. Last routine services were painless and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff and the great care they provide.

Experiencia fantástica: Love it there. Everyone is very friendly!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had somewhat of an emergency. Needed an implant tooth put back in after it came off. Dr. Jennifer managed to get me in even though she is not my dentist. I appreciate what she and her staff did for me. Thanks very much.

Experiencia fantástica: The friendliest staff who are always on time. Jamie the dental hygienist is so great always fun with lots of great advice . Wonderful practice.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, had a very good experience at Western Dental today. Can’t imagine a lot of people say that about a visit to the dentist office. Always professional and always very good service. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, friendly, great place for dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: An outstanding group of people throughout the entire office. Easily the best medical/dental provider I’ve ever been to. Thank you Woodbridge Dental for being amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were professional and had my sons best interests at heart

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is friendly and helpful. The Techs and office staff are outstanding. Always efficient and organized. Dr Wester and Dr Sorantos are wonderful . Our family has been with Wester for 20 years, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience- by far the best dental practice I have had the pleasure of going to! And since I moved all over the world in the Army I have seen quite a few dental practices both military and civilian. Wester Dental Care is simply the very BEST! I have never felt so confident in my dental care. They provide great support and customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: Carly seems very nice and did a great job!! A great addition to your staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr S. took her time and did not rush. Carly was friendly and did a great cleaning. I’ll be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent first visit! Carly is knowledgable and thorough, and my teeth feel great!

Experiencia fantástica: By far one of the most professional and high levels of customer service across the board I have experienced in a long time. From checking in to every step of ensuring my teeth remain healthy was an extremely pleasant experience! Would highly recommend to anyone. Jamie was especially great!!

Experiencia fantástica: As always my appointment was on time, the staff is amazing, and Very professional. They take there time to do a good and thorough job. Was in the office for a cleaning. Always a good and pleasant experience. Thank you Woodbridge Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, but since coming here about two years ago- the staff here have completely eliminated that for me and I am so thankful. When we moved to the area, this was the only office out of six I called, who called me back and were accepting new patients. The hygienists and doctors are calm, friendly and very gentle, they love getting to know their clients. They have great communication, the space is clean and welcoming, easy to find and parking is simple.

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie and Dr Sarantos are awesome! I never feel like I’m having procedures pushed on me here, or being too aggressive filling cavities. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve loved my experience at Woodbridge. The staff and professionals are kind, work hard to ensure fantastic service, and make you feel welcomed and safe. I highly recommend their services!

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars! My whole family comes to Wester dental for the past several years. Their services have been top notch. Our experience has been great. Update in 2025: I had a dental emergency today and called the office. Tracy was very responsive and immediately made an appointment for me to see Dr. Sarantos and Janet. I am supper grateful that they fixed the problem on the same day. I highly recommend their outstanding services.

Experiencia negativa: A few months ago, I went to get my tooth fixed at this place and paid around $500 for x-ray and filling. Since then, the tooth hasn’t been properly fixed, it constantly irritates and cuts my tongue and it's painful when I chew with it. I returned to have it corrected, but the issue remained the same. Two days ago, I started experiencing a severe headache and pain coming from that exact tooth. I’m not sure what they did, but their work and experience seem very poor. It ended up being a waste of time, money, and caused me a lot of pain. My name is Rana Almubarak, you can see it in your records if you are reading this review

Experiencia fantástica: Just started going to this dentist last month and it has been a great experience! The people are great, the office is clean, I have never had a more thorough check up and cleaning. I had fillings done and a few days later they called to check on how I was doing.. I’ve never had that! I would 100% recommend this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to Wester Dental since we’ve lived here...close to 30 years...and have always had pain-free, professional and friendly treatment from the doctors and staff. They take the time to know their patients and truly care about them. I highly recommend Wester Dental to anyone looking for the best care ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist around. The whole staff is amazing and very friendly. Will be my dentist for years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental was professional and efficient. They are a very good dental care provider.

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental Care is Aawweessoommee!!! Theere soooo Great!!!!!❤️✌️ I actually LOVE going to the dentist now!! It’s soooo great n Awesome!!!! ❤️✌️✌️❗️❗️!

Experiencia fantástica: Got a wisdom tooth out and it was a breeze. Didn’t feel a thing and it was so quick! The staff was amazing and so accommodating, making sure throughout the process I was comfortable. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is never fun, but I truly enjoy Dr. Sarantos and her wonderful staff. Pam is the best hygienist I know. Real great dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and kind. I’m very happy and relieved to have found them, as I needed to switch offices to find one on the west side of the state. They were very upfront with insurance coverage and copays, and Jamie was very gentle, which is a hard thing to do when you literally have to scrap metal instruments on people’s teeth! Very much a relief to find an office over here first thing that made me comfortable. Thank you everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. West are in a staff has always been exceptional!! Not just with myself but with my whole family and friends!! I highly and strongly recommend Wooodbridge Dental Care for your general Dentist for anybody that is looking to switch to have an exceptional Dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: Didn't hurt a bit. Sorantos and the rest of the crew are the best. I have been coming here for what is going on 20 years and dread the idea of ever going anywhere else. I have never had anything more than the expected discomfort and the usual ask you questions with their hands in your mouth kinda stuff. She is also the biggest Prince fan in dentistry for what that is worth. Nice Moorsbridge views, trust and atmosphere that nearly put me to sleep every time. All right being too nice at this point, but wherever you are going, it's second at best.

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental kindly fit me into their schedule when I had a dental mishap, even though I was not a patient of the clinic. Dr. Wester and the staff were very nice. The issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and painlessly. They all rate 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a wonderful group of people. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. They always put my fears to ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Nobody likes the dentist. Let’s admit that. But if you have to go to the dentist, which is obvious, Dr. Wester and Dr. Sorantos and the entire staff are amazing! Wish I didn’t have to have the work I had to have done, but that’s my problem not the dentist problem. Dr. Wester and Dr. Sorentos take the pain out of the process!

Experiencia fantástica: Keith Wester and staff provided ecellent service today. Highly skilled, caring and true professionals. They have provided our family excellent dental care since 1994!

Experiencia fantástica: Super thorough.. very kind, professional, and informative staff. I don’t like dentist visits, but the ladies that work there have me looking forward to going back because they’re so sweet and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this office. Dr. Sarantos is incredible. Jamie is so personable and friendly. (My hygienist). I came to Wester Dental after a long line of bad experiences with dentists. Due to this, I didn't go to the dentist for over 4 years, which created a lot more problems. They were understanding, not judgmental, and genuinely cared about my feelings, my story, and my wellbeing. We set a plan in place to restore my problems, and I am no longer scared to go to the dentist, or ashamed of my teeth. I travel 4 hours each way every 6 months just to get my teeth cleaned by them! That’s how good they are! Thank you to all of the Wester Dental team!

Experiencia negativa: Be cautious of this dental office. They recommend unnecessary treatments and use fear tactics to keep you coming back. Their approach feels dishonest and driven by profit rather than genuine care for their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Pam, the hygienist, Dr Sarantos are terrific! The front desk staff are very pleasant. The cleaning and review are thorough and very helpful. The best dental visit ever. I will now look forward to going to the dentist! I never would have thought that would happen. Thank you for your expertise and great visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist in Portage (and I’ve tried several). Hygienists Jaime and Pam are wonderful as is Dr. Sarantos. They are kind, friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how they include you in the care and explain what they’re doing/about to do. I feel like they truly care about each patient’s oral health and experience in their office, not just about making money. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sarantos and her team are caring and highly competent. I am so glad I found this practice at a time when I needed some considerable dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wester worked me in to repair a jagged front tooth On the next day. The cosmetic appearance is excellent, and the fee more than reasonable.

Experiencia positiva: Friendly faces All around! I’m comfortable with the next steps.. (The cost of all medical care seems to have exploded since my last visit). Mike

Experiencia fantástica: These are the most kind, gentle, and fun people I've ever been around in a dental office. Having had bad experiences from other places in the past, coming here feels like a gigantic weight lifted off my shoulders. They do everything they can to ensure I'm comfortable, and will walk me through every step of any procedure before and during. I love this place, and won't ever dread the dentist again.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from receptionist to Dentist was very nice and helpful. Jaime my hygienist was very accommodating to my situation. Dr. Jennifer was also very helpful for my unique situation . I would recommend anyone to this office.

Experiencia fantástica: My family (three generations) have been going to Wester Dental. This is more than just a dental visit the staff have become part of our family. You get professional care with smiles from great people that care. I can't imagine going anywhere else... Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Wester dental for over 20 years and they do an awesome job comment. I am very happy with my Care at Wester dental

Experiencia fantástica: I love to get my teeth cleaned and see the fabulous crew at Wester Dental. Jamie rocks and it was great to see Dr. Santos this morning. The kind and caring staff at Wester Dental have exceeded my expectations as usuals! They are the best!!! Thank you for making my visits to the dentist so enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Western dental care for over 20 years. The dental care is excellent for me, my children, and grandchildren. I have a recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: So grateful to Dr Wester and his team for getting me in on short notice to fix a broken tooth. As always so kind and professional. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sarantos is amazing and has miraculously revived my teeth! After not going to a dentist for 14 years a coworker recommended Wester Dental and I haven’t looked back in the two years I’ve been going. Every visit is enjoyable no matter the reason and all the ladies on duty are great no matter who I get! I must add they’re out of network for me as well, Enough Said!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental is the BEST in all ways! Compassionate and caring in every way. Their treatment is painless designed for you. Every person is all smiles all the time. Makes going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my experience with Dr. Wester and staff! Previously had a bad experience at a different dentist (not in Michigan) so initially I was hesitant but was very satisfied after choosing Wester Dental. Dr. Sarantos did most of my work and she was fantastic. All of my coworkers recommended Wester Dental and I see why!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient at Wester, but love it here. I recently had a crown done and was so happy with the procedure and how I was made to feel so comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Like most….going to the dentist office stresses me out, but the team at Wester Dental made my visit relaxed and comfortable. They took their time and was very patient with me. I will definitely be returning for my annual cleanings with less stress!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the team at Wester Dental Care. As a child, dental maintenance appointments and care were not a priority in my family. As an adult, this was something I wanted to change and the care I've received at this office has been imperative to maintaining not only my own health but now the health of my daughter Olivia. I am super thankful for this team!

Experiencia fantástica: I've moved a lot and been to a lot of dentists. This is the kindest most gentle dental practice I have ever been to. Even when I had insurance that did not include Wester, I stayed because of how well they treat me.

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental care always goes above and beyond to treat our family with respect while offering the best possible dental care. We have been so happy with the providers and staff at Wester Dental Care. My family highly recommends this office to your family!

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentists and Hygienists at Wester truly care and are extraordinarily thorough in examining and taking care of their patients. The office is in a beautiful setting and is easy to get to.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about the extraordinary regard, commitment, and care this office shows to its patients. Dr. Wester rearranged his already very busy schedule to fit me in to fix a broken tooth followed by a phone call from staff to check in with me. Incredible group of professionals! So grateful for all of them! Marcia A.

Experiencia fantástica: Had 2 crowns installed by Dr. Wester today. I have had a few crowns before but not like this! Excellent work and care! Thanks as always! Great group!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Wester Dental Care upwards of 15 years. As always friendly staff, excellent care, and beautiful teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist and hygienist were great; the billing and receptionist leave something to be desired. Apparently they take no insurance, but my insurance said I was covered by the dentist who saw me. The problem is they only bill under the dentist who owns the practice so therefore I was not covered. That is something that should be discussed over the phone when making an appointment! They saw my three year old and didn't want to scare her so they only brushed her teeth and then charged me an atrocious amount for it. Ridiculous.

Experiencia fantástica: We have gone to Wester for years and always had good experiences. Today, we brought in our two young children for the first time and it was amazing. Jamie and Pam were so great with our kids that they truly enjoyed their visit. We were blown away with how positive the experience was. My kids were chanting “best dentist ever!” As we left. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always courteous and I always receive quality care. Exam rooms are always clean and inviting. Started using Wester Dental Care about a year ago and will not go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: The office and staff are amazing. They are extremely friendly and very helpful with answering questions you might have. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Only great experiences at this office! The entire staff is very welcoming and attentive. Dr.Sarantos explains details throughly and put my anxieties at ease. Best office I have been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wester’s office is professional and caring. I always feel I am getting the best dental care available.

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies here are amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better group, they even helped me find a pediatric dentist for my little girl. Great place!

Experiencia fantástica: Wester Dental Care has an amazing, professional, and caring staff. They always listen to your concerns and never make you feel rushed. Dr. Sarantos has been amazing with our entire family, including two teenagers. I have never felt like I was being upsold procedures. Having previously worked in the dental field I can spot this behavior quickly. Not at Wester Dental Care! They are honest when recommending treatment! If you’re looking for a new dentist office, check this place out! Don’t be scared that they don’t accept insurance. They will send away paperwork on your behalf and the entire process is very simple!

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't imagine a better dental experience anywhere. Everyone at Westra Dental is great at their jobs. Come here for great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family loves Wester Dental Care. We’ve been patients for 22 years! Laura and the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Jaime and Pam and the hygienists and assistants are great educators and vey competent. Dr’s Wester and Sarantos are awesome and have been available when we’ve needed them for the rate emergencies. Great staff, every time!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this dental office and their enthusiasm for everything! I’ve never met a “cheerier” staff… and I’ve had this terrible mouth of mine seen by far too many dental clinics over the past 35 years! I’m not one who enjoys going to the dentist, and neither are my elementary age kids, but all of us actually get excited to go to the dentist because the entire staff is so cheerful, kind, and helpful! Plus, they could win their own local Halloween costume contest every year (if the community held a contest); that’s my kind of people. I transferred from another office, which is always nerve wracking, and it was the best decision!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Wester Dental Care for more than 25 years. We have always experienced friendly and professional care. Whenever you have a procedure done the Dentist will always make a follow up call. I highly recommend Wester Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: Comfortable office, convenient location and professional, friendly, and experienced staff. We continue to recommend Wester Dental to our friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom first introduced me to dr.westers office a few years ago and I do not plan on finding another dentist. The staff is very sweet and kind and the atmosphere is so welcome. 10/10 recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I love Wester Dental Care. Dr. Sarantos and team make going to the dentist pleasant, which is not an easy task. I feel confident that I am receiving the best of care and you feel like a friend when you come in. Dr. Sarantos is so approachable and they always provide multiple options for treatment. I recommend their office to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly professional and extremely friendly office for all dental needs. Have been coming for years and give them a double thumbs up!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Wester Dental Care for 20+ years and they have been doing a great job of keeping my teeth stable in this 84+ year old lady's mouth. The staff is always courteous and very professional. I might add I am impressed with a place that has the same staff for years.....that means it is a great place to work, and they are treated well. I would recommend Wester Dental to anyone who asked me in a heartbeat.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire team at Wester Dental Care are amazing! From the moment you walk in the door for the first time, you're treated like you've known the office staff for years. I've never felt such a warm, fun, and inviting experience in ANY medical/dental facility and they are by far my favorite group of professionals. This office was referred to me by several people in my neighborhood Facebook group when I was on the search for a new practice since we are newer to this area and now I can see why. Several of the referrals have been patients at this office for over 20 years. You actually look forward to your visits and our kids even like going to for their dental care -that says a lot. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Wester Dental. They unfortunately are out of network for our insurance, but we still choose to stay because of the staff and care we receive while going. My husband, our oldest son and myself all use wester, and once our youngest is old enough, he will be seen by them too. The staff always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. They always make sure we are happy with our visit and the care that was given. Our son is almost 3, and he feels very comfortable going to the dentist and having his teeth worked on. Dr. Sarantos and Dr. Wester have been there during chipped teeth and infections. I would reccomend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Would recommend Dr Sarantos & the ENTIRE Wester crew to everyone! They are some of the most friendly & sincere dental professional around!

Experiencia fantástica: I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Wester Dental this year. I had a terrible experience with a prior provider who’s answer to my problem was to have my tooth removed. Dr. Sarantos and the staff at Wester were so compassionate and caring and went above and beyond to repair my tooth. I cannot convey how much I appreciate them! The office staff are so efficient and helpful too! They definitely deserve a 5+ star rating!!!
