Courtney, my dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful. She is friendly, personable, consistent, and always makes me feel comfortable during my cleanings. I feel like I’m fortunate to get her each time I come in because she does such a great job. She is thorough and efficient while also being gentle. I’ve been to offices in the past where cleanings left my mouth sore afterward, but that has never been my experience with Courtney. She takes her time, does excellent work, and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. She is a true asset to the practice, and I really appreciate the care and professionalism she brings to every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, flexible, kind, and compassionate. Unfortunately, my dental situation turned out to be much worse than I was hoping, and it was definitely not the news I wanted to hear. But the way they handled it made such a huge difference. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through my options, and never made me feel pressured or judged. They were honest with me about what needed to be done while still giving me options that were fair and realistic. When you’re already stressed, in pain, and worried about what comes next, having people treat you with genuine compassion means everything. I felt like they actually cared about me as a person, not just another patient in the chair. I’m extremely grateful for how they treated me yesterday and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that is professional, accommodating, honest, and truly kind. Five stars without hesitation! I want to add. This isn’t the same place it was 20 years ago. These people are the best around and if you ever had a bad experience with the in the 00’s I’d give them another chance.

Experiencia negativa: When it comes to my health, I take it very seriously and I do not appreciate being misdiagnosed. I visited your office and was told I needed a deep cleaning based on the measurements of my pockets. Afterward, I went to two other dentists for additional opinions, and both told me that the diagnosis was incorrect and unnecessary. They also expressed concern that the recommendation appeared to be financially motivated rather than medically necessary. I believe patients deserve honest and accurate evaluations, especially regarding their health and treatment decisions. This experience was very disappointing and concerning to me.

Charlotte took such good care of me during everything and including my post op appointment. I literally moved my records to this office that very weekend. Dr. V is amazing! He listens to you, talks you through things, and is very thorough. I went there in tears (literally), and left feeling relief and peace of mind.

The medication I was given was making me feel sick so I contacted the dentist and they told me it was normal and to continue taking it. Turns out I was having a serious allergic reaction to the medication. Will never recommend anyone to this dentist

When I showed up I filled out the standard paperwork for a new patient and was seen by the Doctor within 5 minutes after completing paperwork. It was a great experience from reception desk to checkout. I will be scheduling another appointment very soon.

Experiencia fantástica: these five stars are honestly a lot coming from me. i have had horrible luck with dentist offices over the past few years and really struggled finding one that i liked. i have had four tooth canals almost back to back over the course of a year, which even led to needing one of those teeth pulled. even after expressing to my previous dentist about fixing cavities i knew were present, he never made a treatment plan or mentioned getting them fixed, which kept leading to more root canals. this office got me in VERY fast and they were able to fix 9 cavities over the course of a week. i cannot express how happy i am to have finally found a dentist office that cares about the integrity of my teeth rather than dollar signs. i finally felt as if my concerns were finally being heard. the entire team at the dentistry has been nothing short of professional, kind, and personable. i can’t wait to show off my new smile!

Experiencia fantástica: So I hate dentist. Like more than anything, nothing personal, but the sounds and feelings are dreadful. However, with that being said I LOVE this place. They have the most comforting atmosphere and the people are the most understanding individuals ever. High level of comfort, high level of service, high level of satisfaction. Side note I'm currently sitting in my mom's dentist office wondering why she isn't at your guys place right now, because these guys have nothing on this place! Update: still all these years later they're the only people I trust working on my dental work. I live an hour away and travel to come specifically to this location. Keep doing what you're doing! And thank you for all you do. Update #2: Just went in after a couple years of no cleaning, they did a deep gingivitis cleaning and made me so comfortable! First time I haven't been sedated and they still made it such an easy experience. I live up in Butler and will gladly keep making the drive to see these wonderful people. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Update #3: Still a big baby and terrified of dentists. Woke up Friday August 1st with a massive tooth ache. Called them and they got me in by Monday! Turns out I needed a root canal.. well, I opted to go the extraction route due to finances and it being my back molar. They were so supportive and helpful. They got me antibiotics and pain medication to get the infection down and then got me in within 3 days to get the extraction and bone graft. Typically I have to be sedated but due to my comfortability with the Dentistry i was able to do that procedure with 0 sedation! It didnt hurt one but and on day 2 of healing im still feeling wonderful! I cannot thank their team enough for the promt, excellent service!

She came in and talked to the hygienist but never introduced herself to me and proceeded to stick her fingers in my mouth and not gently. I would have liked that she wasn't in such a rush and actually took time to speak to her patient. I hope she finds another employer Another visit another doctor. Got an estimate for a procedure that I had done. Ends up another new doctor was not in network and was never told. Bill came in at $500 more than estimate. No recourse. Main office says I need to pay the bill. Insurance says doc was not in network. Never go here. Just found put they have an F rating with the BBB. Filed a complaint

Experiencia negativa: I have gone to the Dentistry in Irwin for many years then COVID came around and they were closed i finally made an appointment to go back needed a cleaning and I had a tooth in the back broke they come up with this deep cleaning and I would need a crown they give me a price on what I would have to pay so I agree to have the work done during couple of visit i paid more than what they told me i would pay then i get a bill for over 800 more dollars I call them they said my insurance didn't cover the procedure cause they never checked with insurance i have a big bill to pay and don't offer payment plans i have never had an issue with previous owner of this place verifying with insurance about having dental work done i will not be back they can't do there job when it comes to what the insurance covers then give you a big bill to pay

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time going it was great. They took care of my teeth and explained to me multiple options to do. They also tell you the price before they do the procedure.

Experiencia negativa: I contacted The Dentistry because they offer IV sedation and I needed to have a procedure done. They were able to fit me in very quickly for an appointment; that’s the only positive that I am able to offer. The x-ray process took an unusually lengthy amount of time - equipment wasn’t working, the tech needed help from the front desk associate to get the captures, and they stated that they still hadn’t gotten a good x-ray of the area that needed a filling replaced. The dentist then came in, looked at the x-rays and told me that he could fix the filling, but that if there was still pain afterward, then perhaps the tooth was broken and would need further work. After stating that I just wanted the tooth to be removed, he told me that it would be hard to get someone in to provide the sedation for just my procedure - ??? Why offer this treatment as an option if you are unable to provide the service? Upon leaving, they gave me a referral form - with the wrong tooth marked for extraction.
