Because I was a new patient, my first visit took a little longer — and I appreciated that it never felt rushed. They spent over an hour with me, completing full X‑rays, a thorough cleaning, and a detailed review of my dental situation. Most of my visit was with RDH Tayler, who was extremely friendly, patient, and meticulous throughout the entire process. Afterward, Dr. Gordon came in to review everything and discuss next steps. He was clear, attentive, and easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend Yulee Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and thorough dental team.

I specifically asked for a recommendation before I ever moved. If you want the best it requires skill and training and you get what you pay for. My families teeth are not negotiable when it comes to dentistry. His office team are friendly and hygienist's are thorough. Every procedure and cost is explained and you are given the treatment plan. For my family, our dental care is well taken care of at Yulee family dentistry.

Dr. Cole was wonderful and equally as thorough and informative. They are very upfront about costs. I went in thinking I needed 5 crown(s), turns out I only need 4, & a filling. Gave a awesome quote, saved me money. Next appointment to start is tomorrow. Experiencia positiva: It’s sad but I have to change my prior review because I’m actually really disappointed with Yulee Family Dentist. A few months after my appointment in January I received a bill, I left a message with the office because i only received covered services but just needed some clarity. No one called me back. I took my son in for a scheduled appointment and they were billing me for his routine service, when I asked about insurance I was told “we NEVER accepted your insurance”. This was odd, I had them review my last 2 appointments and they finally stated I could speak with their billing person who told me they sent a letter in January that they no longer accepted any dental insurance effective January 1, 2025. I have an issue with being given misleading information, I was told multiple times the office never accepted my insurance and when I was able to prove that they did accept my insurance in September when we started there, then I’m told they don’t accept insurance. I really wish they would’ve just been upfront instead of condescending. What’s also sad is how there billing practice is going to negatively impact the community at large. Just very disappointed
